_ ~Join me on my Love Quest Note ~
Day # 4. March 13th, 2012
We are halfway! Hello & thank you for joining us! I hope on this journey you are discovering what it is you are looking for. What we are searching for, is us. We are on a trip that will end where it began.
It is incredible really, the brilliance and perfection that is necessary for such a Quest. It was intricately set up by you, so that each aspect of yourself was hidden in plain sight. These parts of you have been walking with, talking with and breathing with you since you arrived. Cleverly disguised as us, they remain mysteries – until you wake up.
Awake now, we slowly notice ourselves everywhere. It becomes painfully evident and inescapable. There is no one else out there. It’s all you, reflected back time and time again; the beautiful and brilliant, bossy and bitchy. It’s all you, all the time.
So you want more love? I do. My cup has always room for more. When we love ourselves we can fill and refill it without having to go anywhere or depend on anyone. You must believe you are worthy.
In this search for self you will wade through your many hats – to discover that the real you wears none. When the hats are off, how do you describe what’s left? Instead of introducing your hats to someone new (Mom, Dad, Writer, Teacher, Son, Daughter, Light worker), you’ll introduce you (Child of God, Stardust, Love, Being of Light) Imagine the power and wall removing effect of this greeting,
“Hi! I’m Sophia, child of God, and you?” – or just, “Hi!”
How would you respond?
This is not how we usually speak. Instead, we declare ourselves with the style of our hat, and fall into the trap of names.
Naming things and people separates them. Necessary in a polarized world, in truth they are absent. I have felt love. It is formless, nameless and unmistakable. I have felt unique souls both in and out of body and they are the same. Each soul was valued equally in my experience of them. Each was identified by their essence, their unique version of love.
With blindfolds on, we have embarked on a Quest for Agape. I do not know your social status, work title, nationality or religion. I only know I can feel you and in the feeling there is recognition. You, like me, are a piece of the One; a version of divinity who has forgotten his way. You are stumbling around in the dark and when we crash into each other, you reach out and pull me up. In that moment I don’t care how old you are or what you do for a living, what gender you are or how much money you have in the bank. It doesn’t matter what your name is, where you live or who you pray to. In that moment, I can’t see any of your hats but I can feel who you are. That is all I need to know. That is who you are.
As you stumble on your Quest, remember to love yourself, regardless of what version you are looking at. Most of us close our eyes while hugging, I think because we recognize that it is a moment of union and is taking us beyond this physical realm. What you see doesn’t last while what you feel you never forget.
As a fellow child of God I am honored to be in your presence. We have created together a sacred Quest. I love you absolutely. Treat yourself with reverence and care for that is the only way to treat one such as you. Thank you for extending your heart out when I needed it, you have raised me up.
See you tomorrow.
