With all this talk of arrests and change and off planet beings and collapse, it feels like we need some love. At the core of this there is just you. The one in charge, the God force, the only one making decisions for your life and how it feels, is you. You are here now to transform a world. You are here now to transform yourself. You can’t draw water from an empty well, it’s time to replenish. You are and you have been many things. At the very center of all that you are – is love. They have “proven” that love is the most powerful force in the universe. But, really, didn’t we know that all along? Nothing happens without love. Yes, there is saber rattling, warnings and even physical destruction with fear – but love has not been doused, nor can it ever be. Love is the source of it all, including those spewing fear. Love cannot be outdone. Your very source is love. It is your soul essence, the God force, the infinite energetic. It is that which fuels you; it is that which you are. God breathed you into life and here you are – a being of magnificence here to show the way. What will you do? As you live and work and hear the news, remember one thing. It is your voice, our intentions, your thoughts and our collective feelings that are deciding how this goes. There may be some louder; some fancier and some with better broadcasting tools but none of them have more of an effect than you do. ONE is truth. Unity is reality. ONE is a force. It is you. It is me. It is us. We are writing this story. We are reading it and we are reacting as well. We – the collective called humanity are directing this show. Nothing is more important than you. Nothing is less important either. “There are no small parts, just small actors.” (1898 by Konstantin Stanislavsky) You can pretend others have more of a say in how this turns out but it won’t work. They don’t. Fill your well with love. It is time for clarity of purpose, fullness of heart and buckets of joy. This is how we create amazing. Self care is primary. Love yourself. If that means paint your nails, take a walk, take a day or just take a break – do it. You will return replenished and the ripple effect of your light and your love will indeed change the world. Love yourself without condition, for you are the chosen one. There is no one better for the task at hand than you. You are perfect where you stand. You are the one you have been waiting for.

My ears are working overtime. This morning at barely 7 AM they pick up cars, trucks and bikes in the street, a radio broadcast, an airplane and a host of bird calls. I marvel at the rich tapestry of sound we are surrounded in. Just one portion of our sensation filled moments and I could write a page on it. We have created a beautiful, stimulating world, distraction is available at every turn. The diagnosis of ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) is a misnomer. It should be called AOE (Attention On Everything!). Those labeled as such have come here unable to develop the habit of blocking out life and desensitizing themselves to this marvelous, busy, loud, colorful world. They are the ones who are the first to notice a change or injustice. They ignore nothing. We need to adopt the same attitude. The cabal has worked diligently for 300 years to convince us to ignore a great deal of our lives. We hear of atrocities in other countries and cities and shake our heads. We see the blatant display of wealth as well as starvation and we get angry or sad yet it stops there. So overwhelmed with our personal rat race, we remain quiet, keep our head down and try to just get by without being noticed. It will take collective action to change our world, and it is in this year that we are being shown what is really going on. We’ve entered the age where “getting by” will not work. We are not alone. We are One. It is not just our family in crisis, it is our world. It is time to do something, to speak up, to pay attention, to join the global conversation. This is vital to our future. It won’t change until and if we speak up. We are a collective. There is so much history of which we are unaware and so much going on right now on many levels of creation. As we have been manipulated by the cabal, they too are manipulated. There are levels upon levels of creation. You are here experiencing this dimension and all that it offers. Beyond here, there are other ways to create and it goes on and on. This year we will learn much of what has gone on behind the scenes. One of the things happening right now is that the LIGHT is working overtime to become the primary force here on earth. Some of this takes place “off world” and we have been asked once again to unite and declare our intent. If you have “A.O.E.” you can’t help it. Any change or injustice is noticed. It is unusual to talk out loud about other dimensions, beings and battles of good vs. evil. It sounds like a science fiction novel or a video game. It’s weird. This is the year of weird. “AOE” is the new norm. I was in a grocery store last week, in an insanely long line when they opened up another register. Immediately someone stepped right up and began unloading her groceries on the belt. She had not been standing in line. Someone, undoubtedly afflicted with AOE, began saying loudly “That’s not fair!” This was repeated with increasing volume until a cashier came forward and had the interloper move to the back of the line. This was done without force or anger, but persistence. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief. This is what it will take to change our world. We need to risk being weird and standing out in a crowd. Things have to change and it will take us to see that they do. We are powerful beings of light, filled to the brim with love and wisdom. World Liberation is not enough. It takes awareness of the time and about 5 minutes of your day, if that. No special location, chanting, outfits or incense is necessary. This is perfect. The reason this is ideal is because it allows for unique expressions of one truth – the truth of Unity. On a fundamental level we are One. We have never taken that idea out of our sacred texts and meditation circles. We’ve never declared our Oneness. At one moment, all over the planet, we will next weekend. We will speak as One. This is our chance to tangibly experience our truth. Some of us have known of our oneness for awhile, others of us just want to be free, yet all of understand a change is necessary. There are forces mobilized to carry out the initial event, the arrests and removal of those who understand only domination. They are waiting for a signal to do so; they are waiting for us to give it to them. It is time to push the red button. Once it is pressed, our responsibility for action does not end. The expression “freedom isn’t free” applies here. Our effort to press that button, although unprecedented, will pale in comparison to what comes next. It will be time to walk our talk. Unity is only possible without judgment. The members of what we have called the “elite” and the “criminal cabal” are no less divine than you are. They are no more divine either and that has been the issue; they have imagined themselves to be more worthy, they have played God. It is now upon us to refuse to do the very same thing in reverse. We are not “holier than thou”. We are One. We have not known we had a button to push. We couldn’t see it beyond our daily lives of jobs and laws and rules and fears. We see it now; we are ready to push it; then what? Then we maintain a visualization, and it springs from love. As One we see the treasure in all of life, and without seeking vengeance, we move to correct and educate for unity and expansion for all. We are moving from an age of Global Domination to the Age of Enlightenment. That implies decisions made that are the highest and best for all concerned; wisdom. We can do this. We have come this far against all odds and without really knowing how. We know now. We are One. What is done to any one of us affects the whole. See this transformation to conscious unity as a seamless effort. Guided by the voice of oneness we can’t help but create a beautiful new world. This is why we have come. This is our world. We are the ones we are waiting for. Let’s push the red button one more time 5.13.2012. Quietude is defined as “the state of being quiet; rest; calmness”. That feels about where I find myself. “Freedom isn’t free” is a misnomer, or else it depends on your definition. Freedom means “exemption or liberation from the control of some other person or some arbitrary power; liberty; independence”. In a military sense, the phrase has been used as justification for war. On a more personal level, freedom becomes synonymous with uninhibited love, expansion and peace. In a surprising and unexpected way, it is where I am today. This is a glimpse of our future, of what I imagine it feels like in the “next dimension”. Historically on earth empires rise and fall. The beings we label “dark” (1%) insatiable lust for wealth and power consumes their host (99%) and can no longer be sustained. This inevitable collapse is what we are witnessing right now. The populace has been spent, literally. Those that would own us must feed someplace else or alter their way of life. The situation that brings me this peace is that I no longer worry about money. There is none. I’ve reached the bottom. It is no longer a matter of juggling; it is a matter of keeping food in the house until things change. Things are really clear now. I work when there is work to be done and relax when there isn’t. Somehow, my internal fretting has stopped. Nothing is as important as I once imagined it to be, except life. Sustaining, enjoying and loving what I have are all that I am focused on. So, it is quiet in my head. I spent some time in nature yesterday and breathed a great deal of oxygen. It was glorious. I saw clearly just how nuts this life has become. How paying bills and having the “stuff” we “need” fills my head. What matters is life itself. That is here for the taking. It is free. This economic crisis has turned into a gift. Freedom. I imagine this is what it feels like in the “next dimension”. I am feeling creative and energetic. I am aware of the life that surrounds me. On the water, ducks look calm. Michael Caine, the British actor is quoted as saying “Be like a duck. Calm on the surface, but always paddling like the dickens underneath.” Good advice if you are navigating this third dimension. Yet today, I am not. I am just floating – there is not much paddling. Perhaps this is what ducks do in the fifth dimension. The other day four ducks flew into our yard. We are miles from any body of water so this was a surprise. There was a female and four males. She seemed desperate for a place to nest; we must have been a last resort. She waddled towards our back yard, attempting to push past the locked fence. She paced back and forth, driven. Nothing else mattered. Her goal was paramount. We’ll like it in the “next dimension”. There is time for contemplation, room for joy and moments of passionate inspiration. It is alive with possibility and promise. Not in scheduled, rare moments, but every moment. This is a goal worth striving for, and it is paramount. I know what it is now and believe me when I tell you that nothing else compares. It has not cost me a dime; in fact you could say I was driven here. I am learning what it is like to be free. It is very calm. In my case, it may be the “calm before the storm”, as in about a month either this economic turmoil will be global or all of the creditors I have not paid will be calling. Yet, well, it is worth it and there is nothing else for me to do but float. It will be great when we are all here permanently. Our imaginations will exponentially explode and we will create without bounds! So wherever you are right now, trust the amazing part. It does not disappoint. Trust the brilliant light that you are and see it shining through the control it’s been hidden beneath for so long. Unleashed, you will astound us all. This is where we are headed, a life whose only purpose is to celebrate itself. This is home. It is one we will make ourselves. We are the ones we are waiting for. All parts count. There is not one aspect of life that pales in comparison to any other. If there was a word that defined this transformation we are participating in, it would be equality – all is One. Coming from a thought system with comparisons at every turn, this is a challenge. Do I have enough? Which is better? How can I get more? Which product will make me look the best? What do I have to do to win? Will I finish first? Did I come in last? These ideas, indeed these words, have no meaning in an atmosphere of oneness. We have entered the Head Games. How we think is critical to what we create. We are beginning to get the idea of oneness; at times we are giddy with joy! It’s all okay! I love you! You love me! I’m okay just as I am! It’s all going to be great! Yet we are alive in a field of density, with bills to pay, tests to pass, deadlines to meet and people to please. This is not a forgiving world and the one who is the hardest on you is you. In order to manage these internal games, we must forgive ourselves. As we begin agape, all sorts of ideas spring forth. Perfection for one becomes not a state to strive for but a statement of fact. Life is perfection. Best is not an exclusive rank but an attribute we all enjoy. In a world of one it all looks like love, differently expressed. Without the stress of competition or judgment what is left is pleasure. I have previously imagined it would take miracles and magic to erase the physical signs of aging. I was wrong. It will take a cessation of worry and a mind without fear. The calm of unity is like a fountain of youth. The truth of us looks like joy and pleasure, love and freedom. Equality means it’s all good. As you navigate, keep your destination in mind. With a goal of agape all detours become obvious. We will be running into them often just now, so that we can see them up close and clearly and let them go completely. With eyes wide open we move ever closer and gradually understand how good life can feel. It’s not that some of life is good. It’s all good; including you and I. You are perfect right now. The media, religious, education and financial institutions have worked very hard to get you to believe otherwise. They are merely detours and you know the truth. You are in it now – consciously playing the game. There is no questioning the outcome. In this game, everybody wins. You know this is true because the team is made up of a brilliant group of rising stars. We are the ones we are waiting for. This is the final hurdle. As if on an obstacle course, having met every wall and challenge; exhausted and spent – you have this one more thing to overcome. It is right before you now. Whatever has been hidden has come out of its hiding place to stand in the full light of day and you are dealing with it. The obstacle before you now must be seen for what it is and understood. Today it will not be hidden, covered up or ignored. You cannot sweep this one under the rug. There is no movement forward with this baggage. It surpasses the weight limit. The higher realms demand an unencumbered you – this fear is too heavy. It must be left behind. All of what we have known is true is what it will take now. These are very dense times. There are concerns about money, food, shelter, health. How does a being of light and extraordinary power handle these “end times”? With ridiculous hope, unwavering belief and steadfast love. You know you have come for this. When a new obstacle shouts at you, see it for what it is – a very solid illusion, another hurdle. Then strategize which method you’ll use to get past it. Will you climb it, jump over it, find your way around it or crawl through it? The one thing you can’t do is ignore it. Its part of this life you are here to experience, another memory you’ll one day look back on and marvel at. This is the life you’ve chosen. It did not just show up, it was bidden. You wanted this. You may be questioning your sanity, yet what is never in doubt is your ability to succeed. You will do this. It is the belief in your ability that will sustain you. See how far you’ve come. Remember what is real. It is your true power. Lives are made with beliefs. Miracles happen. What makes a seeming miracle is an unwavering belief in a desired outcome. They seem to come out of nowhere yet this is not true. They spring from expectations, as does all of life. They are created by you. Expect miracles and see only love. This is the vision that provides a view of beautiful and a world of abundance. There is no one, not a person or an institution that is more powerful than you are. You have come now to move a planet and her people beyond this obstacle course called the “third dimension”. This will take love. You know what that feels like; it is what you are at your very core. You are the one you’ve been waiting for. We are one and we have no idea what we look like. Yet, we are surrounded in mirrors. This intentional separation has been brilliant. We will have to invent words to speak of our oneness as we have none. Unity is what we believe and hope is true, yet do not live. Once we do, we will love with every breath, heal with each touch and adore with our eyes. This is our natural state. Does it help to know this division has been intentional and could not have happened without our consent and participation? We are here on purpose, to experience every false notion of life. This is so that we would then seek and find the truth. The truth of unity allows for us to “discover” ourselves as well as each other, label some parts “good” and others “bad” and choose which we will then “become”. We are all parts. This is a very convincing dream. In this shift to love, we will stop hating ourselves. Complete acceptance is our only tool. Our thought patterns do not start there so in order to do this we’ll have to start by accepting every part of ourselves as valid and equal. Every drop of water, clump of clay, grain of sand and bit of life are one. You don’t get to choose who you are one with. The criminals, the ones you don’t like, the smelly ones, the ones you ignore – they are all you. We have learned to hate and been taught to blame and encouraged to compete with ourselves. This tactic has kept us separate and afraid. Being one online is a good start, yet the truth must be lived. As long as we see and fear the “other”, he exists. As long as “he” exists, there is not one in our hearts, but many. The only way to untangle this deep belief of ours is to love ourselves, every particle and part, thought, word and deed. This is the truth of you. You are love – complete and whole perfection. Nothing is wrong, adore yourself and fill up your head with a constant stream of love. Nothing else matters. There can be no fear where love is known. Love is the only truth. We have put ourselves here, there is nothing to lose anymore, and most of us have lost pretty much all of our cherished belief systems by now. Those that haven’t will soon, as governments and institutions dismantle. That’s when our work begins. Now its time to get our house in order – to shore up before you go public. The wait is well past its due date. It is time to love now. Fear will not stop one who loves absolutely. Start right now. In your heart and your mind, just love. You are perfect where you stand. All judgments, faults and imperfections were told to you so that you’d hate yourself and fear everyone else. Children don’t hate themselves, they learn to. We call that “growing up”. We teach them to, as we were taught. We understand unity is part of our shift. We have joined intentionally for a moment on the 5th of May – it falls upon us to join now in every moment. This shift is personal, make no mistake; it starts with love and ends with you, there is no other. You are the only one you’ve been waiting for. We have experienced Unity. With one heart we spoke for the very first time – intentionally. This is a time to bask in it. The feelings of excitement, anticipation and joy were palpable from every corner of the planet. On World Liberation Day, at the moment of the full moon, we felt our oneness. We thought as one and linked hearts on purpose. We became for a moment what we are – we are One. Our language is Love; our method, Agape. There was a movie released simultaneously this weekend; The Avengers – Earths Mightiest Heroes. There are many reasons for this timing, yet in one of them we are stating truth in a very big way. This was a blockbuster. We are Earths Mightiest – our hearts are changing everything. We have begun to experience the power of Unity. The moment we joined there was a sort of jolt, and then a very gentle yet definitive force. Our light encompassed the earth, and could be seen. In that state, the dark moved on. It was a sort of edging out, a quiet push, no physical force was necessary. It is a fact that light extinguishes the dark. Where does the dark go? To a place where the light is not so bright, perhaps where some are burnt out or not yet turned on. The dark is not wrong it just cannot be seen where there is this much light. We have seen the light that we are. This is our dream. Just as we have dreamed obedience, subservience and polarity we now see love. In the film this weekend, the heroes are leading separate lives until one purpose joins them. If they don’t unite the world will remain under the stronghold of one who sees control and dominance as the way to success. Neither he nor they realize the full extent of their power until this happens. It is played out in a spectacular way – the film has already set box office records. We have made a decision and the illusion of polarity no longer fits. Since we are creative, imaginative and brilliant, we’ve even made a movie about it. We can watch ourselves unify and shift. This is the greatest show on earth and we are doing a spectacular job! Afterglow is important. This has been a shared excursion, our “first time” as One. We’ll do it again, it’s inevitable, it was just too delicious not to. We know now who we are. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. It’s like riding a mammoth ocean wave while feathering my nest. Instead of concentrating on how to adjust and steady my body, I am tucked inside, unable to focus on much except my emotional and spiritual state, my home and family. Consequently, there are plenty of wipe outs and this blog is half a day late in coming. It has been written more than once, both internally and online. Unsure as to exactly what is “up”, I can only describe these last 72 hours. There are moments where sleep sort of descends with no regard for the clock. There are periods of stillness. The vibrations are constant; prickles of light throughout my limbs and often a physical “humming”. Waves of dizziness force me to grab onto something to steady myself. Moments of anticipation erupt, where every cell is on high alert. When this happened yesterday, a huge storm was moving through the area with snowball sized hail and gale force winds. It blew in during a moment of forced slumber and I awoke to find my children turning all the lights on and making a “Thunder Cake”. It was wild. There have been times when I have no desire for the outside world “news”; times when the most important thing is what meal to prepare and other times when I can’t stop searching for current events. Moments of internal silence alternate between “aha” revelations. I see my ego for what it is, and must release and absorb a belief that I can literally no longer sustain at this level. All this and it is only May 4th. I am barely functioning. Wow. I’ve been imagining what absolute agape looks like. I envision a constant state of happiness, an undercurrent of joy. No longer do I hear “don’t”, “should”, “shouldn’t”, “can’t” or “wrong”. Instead there are soft encouraging words – “go ahead”, “yes”, “you can do it”, “you look fantastic”, “you are doing great!” “good job”, “nice”, “I love you very much”. This is how we speak to our children when they are very young and our lovers when they are very new. It is our perception that changes, not our lovers or our children. The dense vibrations of third dimensional earth have been unable to sustain a constant stream of love. A few months, even year’s maybe; but forever? No way. All that is changing now. We can love ourselves without condition just as long as we wish. When I find you amazing, I am feeling pretty good. That euphoric state of falling in love is agape. The focus of attention is outside you because that’s how life works here. There truly is no other – all is One. Until now, we’ve assumed love came from outside. It does not. Love springs from within. Love is what you are. This is truth. What we are doing to all the others; lovers, children, criminals and cabal, we are doing to ourselves. Extend only love and it will be all that you see. As we are one, you are in fact giving it only to yourself. We’ve played out control, domination, cruelty and greed for centuries. It is time to play out love. This begins in your heart. Your creative power is your imagination. Imagine agape. Know unity. See only love. It is not necessary to visualize punishment and retaliation to create this new earth – just focus on unconditional self love. You are love at your very core. How do you treat love? Tenderness, gentility and rapt attention are the hallmarks of early love affairs. Imagine the good parts. I understand that World Liberation Day on May 5th/6th asks us to visualize arrests. I wonder how that can happen with a loving heart. I question a focus on all that has been done; what we shout about we only get more of. Don’t stick your head in the sand; things do need to be differently handled for freedom to ensue. This takes awareness and transparency. Yet we are here now to begin the different part. We are shifting gears, here to love the One that we are. What we see as a whole will be played out on our world stage. Perhaps this explains the wild fluctuations in energy right now. We are deciding. How we feel in our hearts will determine our vision. Imagine agape. See a world that flourishes, where you are always welcomed, encouraged and loved. Here there are more birds and they are singing louder. The air is filled with laughter and there is lots of music. I see vibrant life, radiant smiles and smokeless skies. I never doubt that I am loved. I feel cherished. I never question whether or not I am welcome. I am honored to be here; I feel respected and respectful. All of life is sacred here; every being, every particle. Confidence, power and joy are by-products of love. Let’s create this new world from a point of agape, with wisdom and mutual benefit in our hearts. We will get more of whatever we focus on, even with the best of intentions. This is the shift of the ages and we have the opportunity to choose how it will go. Choose agape. We are One. Let’s see what’s possible when we come from there. Make no mistake. World Liberation Day is not just another feel good group meditation. On May 5/6, at the exact time of the full moon, we as ONE declare our sovereignty. We are creating our New Earth. As we see it, it shall be. As we believe it, it is. This is our moment, the first of many, the beginning of full consciousness as ONE. For ONE is what we are. The efforts to divide us have been brutal and effective. That was before we understood our power. We know now. We’ve been creating our world right along; it’s time to do so consciously. What kind of world do you see? This is a time to utilize your imagination, to play! Have fun with this. Draw the world you are creating, sing the world you see, write poetry to our new earth. Do whatever it takes. Get the energy moving. This will create the shift. I plan to be outside with my partner in conversation and visualization. We are going to talk about the world we see. We’ll share our pictures and dreams, colors and sounds, wishes and wildest fantasies. We’ll imagine ourselves there. First will come the arrests. This will be seen from a point of joy – not at the expense of the cabal but from a place of empowerment. It really has nothing to do with them, this feeling springs from within. Feeling bad doesn’t serve the ONE. As One I am fully conscious. I have a broader perspective. Freedom is necessary for expansion. There can be no controls on love. I am pure creative energy and in order to experience every possibility I cannot be held down. In our new world, we dance fearlessly, create incessantly and love openly. Happiness abounds. It is a little chaotic and a lot of fun. It’s all okay, chaos is the new norm. We’ve had lifetimes of control and fear and this has stifled our genius and carefully managed us into small, closed off boxes we keep tightly secured; we are unable to grow unless we remove the “lid”. We’ve just discovered the lid. It has to come off. This lid is so insidious we accept it as the natural order of things – all things exist in boxes equipped with them firmly in place. When they are not in place, we put them there; installing the lid, controlling unexpected expansion or free expression. It’s time to toss the lids. Imagine this day as the ending to a very long and arduous schooling – it’s our graduation – we’ve just moved the tassel over, it’s time to throw those lids (mortar boards) into the air and being the rest of our life!
