Day # 3 of our Quest. March 12th, 2012
What is holding up the love - is you. The world stands ready and waiting with adequate amounts of love to dispense. There is no problem with the equipment or the process or the supply. Everything is intact.
What prevents you receiving, feeling, and experiencing this love that is here for you, is merely your awareness of it. If you don’t realize how easy to get and readily available something is, you will not see it as a possibility. On our Quest now we have discovered it. Love is here for you. Actually, it is everywhere for you.
There is no need to wonder or worry about the love you’ve missed before this Quest. An immediate decision to recognize it now changes everything.
Expect love. Accept nothing else. It is your expectation that defines your vision – you see what you expect to see, and feel what you expect to feel.
It is okay to feel good, fantastic even. The familiar fears that prevent you from doing so are no longer necessary. You’ve felt bad long enough.
If you focus on how you feel, as the central point of any action you take around love, you will stay the course.
Others will show up, perhaps many others, to demonstrate to you your addictions. If you are addicted to “overworked”, someone will show up to demand more from you. If your addiction is “abused” there will be one who abuses you in your life. If it is “low self esteem” you’ll find yourself in a situation you cannot succeed in, where you’ll never feel good about the outcome. Do you understand? It is not that these others in your life are doing anything to you – it’s that you are creating your life with your own set of tools, uniquely crafted to work in your hands only and seen, felt and experienced by you alone.
Point of view is everything. Once you decide everything is love, then that person who just said something unkind changes in your heart from “mean” to “misinformed”. No one is out to get you. It is never their fault. It is something that happened. The responsibility for how you feel is all on you.
Love yourself without restriction. You are more than you know, a physical expression of divinity, God in human form.
Nothing is wrong with you. You know now that those things that feel bad are just repetitive, addictive emotions. You can lovingly transform them into habits that serve you.
Love yourself as a matter of course. Inhale and exhale love as you do the air, for it is just as necessary to your existence. Self-love sustains you. It is your rock solid core. Once discovered, it can no longer remain hidden. You know it is here now. Look in your eyes.
You are filled with love, made of love and surrounded in love. Every part of you that you discover on this Quest is love. Accept them all and your heart will be so full, you will feel an explosion of love! I am right here next to you, we all are, waiting for the overflow.
