Is it instant or a wave that goes around the earth? " ) it depends. Depends on how Light Followers will act and how Humanity will behave and want things to happen.

Right now we can see that nothing like this is going to take place unless "someone" whether ones that are above, or cabal or majority intervenes. So the Power of Choice plays here again.

They are doing great job at supporting our body and making ourselves calm and peaceful. There are many many positive effects on our body from wearing them. This should aid many depressed or tired lightworkers.
