Such "New World Order" is favored by One's Good and Balanced Sides, as this will restore the Balance on this Planet. evil/dark side was highly prevailing here since Humanity's known history and this turned scales into dark side, rather Light. So time's up for dark times!

Every bright dot You see there is "another Sun". Just look at how much there are "Suns" outside this Solar System. Now imagine that almost every dot there is having at least 1 Planet. You can't see them, but there are more Planets than there are "bright dots". The distance between almost every "bright dot" You see here is in Light Cycles (Years). So it will take some cycles traveling back and forth with speed of Light. Most of these Planets can also sustain Life. The only problem there is that Life first must be delivered from outside as on most of these Planets, Life cannot be produced by natural process. Yet still, many (very very many) have Life on them. Most of this Life is primitive, 1-cell life, like bacterias and primitive organised-cell life like seaweeds. Yet on some there is an evolved enough Life, like here on Earth. These places are not abundant in Universe, but still there is quite a lot of them. Only few of these places have a Life which through 1 or more Civilizations had overcome all difficulties of Universe and evolved to become a spacefaring Civilization. The Earth is being protected by ETs, because as we know it could have been severely damaged several times in the past, due to comets, asteroids or hazardous rays from outside. Yet Humanity survived. Also Moon was placed at perfect position to Balance Earth. Now what You saw, were almost all Stars that are in a Milky Way Galaxy. Yet look at this video

This is another Galaxy zoomed in. It is roughly 39 million Light Cycles away from Milky Way, which means You will have to travel 39 MILLION Solar Cycles to it with the speed of Light. And this Galaxy is among THE CLOSEST to Milky Way. This Galaxy contains lesser number of Stars, yet again, this number is in billions of Stars. And remember, almost every Star has at least 1 Planet around it. With most Planets having a good enough conditions to sustain Life on them. Now this was just 1 Galaxy outside Milky Way, yet there are billions of such Galaxies, smaller than Milky Way and MUCH MUCH LARGER than Milky Way.
