 It’s okay to love yourself. In fact, it’s more than okay, it’s necessary. We are coming to the end of duality and the contrasts are everywhere, trying to get our attention. The sharpest ones have to do with your worst fear. Your worst fear is so intensely personal; you may never have put voice to it. Yet today, if you think for a moment, there it is.
It is asking for your attention, wanting to be examined, waiting for release. You don’t need it anymore, and the part of you that is ready to move on knows that. Where we are going, there is nothing to fear. We are heading towards agape, a place without conditions. Our deepest fear is that somehow we aren’t good enough; that there is an unmet condition. If only we could meet it, we’d be fine. We are chasing after that carrot on the stick – so close, yet ever out of reach. This condition is not something you need, it is something made up, a part of this third dimension you’ve decided to hang on to. Let it go. Maybe it’s a body or a bank account, a status or a role – if only you had it, you’d be perfect. Perhaps its forgiveness, a big eraser that will wipe out all the terrible things you’ve done, thought about, or still think about doing. Without these, you’d be worthy. We’ve arrived here, suitcase in hand, all of our baggage intact. It’s time to check it at the gate and move on. It will be safe amongst the baggage of the rest of us, stored away in the room of judgment. One day, not too far from now, you’ll remember you left it there. It will be like that one box that never gets unpacked after a move – you’ll find you didn’t need it after all. You see, there is nothing you need that you don’t already have. You are perfect where you stand. Source energy, from which you spring, is delighted with everything you are and do. Each “mistake” and every “fault” only adds to the variety of life. This is why you came. Let it go. You are so much lighter without this baggage. Be what it is you are – your beauty comes from there, from that deep place where love is sleeping, safe within truth. Let her out, he wants to play. You are wild and wonderful pieces of heaven, all wrapped up in this very dense third dimensional body, expressing yourself in this life you are living. There is nothing wrong with you. Love who you are. With that love as your base, nothing will be beyond you. Once you forget about judgment, you can do anything. A fearless life is not one in which someone is protecting you, keeping you safe. A fearless life is one in which you are free – free from judgment. You are the only one who can get you there. Love yourself; not in spite of what you’ve done or haven’t done, but with acceptance for all of it. It’s all you. It’s all good. Without any conditions to meet or standards to accommodate, you are an integral part of this universe, absolutely perfect, right now. You are loved beyond your wildest imaginings; held as sacred, your unique contribution to the whole is vital. Every aspect you are is necessary; we could not be us without you. Fearlessly accept yourself – just as you are. There is nothing else you need to be love. You’ve got it all, right now. You are the one you’ve been waiting for.

 There is no Miracle Max. I wish there was. He gave hope and belief to a small, desperate group of people. Their faith in the power of Max carried them through and they accomplished the impossible. There is nothing more potent than belief. The difference between success and failure is in the first case you know you’ll succeed and in the second you only hope. For the next two weeks we’ll see this played out again and again. There is only one Gold Medal. We have entered the Miracle Business. It is time. We are One Force and our intent is everything. We cannot pretend any longer to not be afraid, we must be truly fearless. We’ve been duped into believing we have no power. Yet you are the most powerful force in the Universe. You. There have been false flags and terrorist attacks and catastrophes in our history, carried out by those who understand the power of intent; successful because we didn’t. We do now. A quick search on the internet will demonstrate how past acts of war and atrocity were planned and announced years before they happened. The same is true right now. These horrific plans continue. We can stop them. We are seven billion strong, and we now know the secret. See the Olympics proceed without incident, and relentlessly persist in this vision. They began with a potent meditation and reports from England are that there continues to be a general feeling of good will and happiness there. They are feeling our love. You did that. A single focus of love when the games began has risen up a nation. We need to keep it up. We are here to rise up a planet. We are One. Our collective energy is changing our world and altering the plans of the few who would see it otherwise. Hate is counterproductive. Love is the force that will change history. In whatever way that works for you, see their destructive plans fail. Malfunction, mistake, change of heart; whatever it takes. Now is the time to create a last minute miracle. I can now report that we are all living comfortably together, me, my flowers and my cat. Nothing has been killed. It turns out coffee grounds work beautifully as a cat deterrent. It took awhile and some adjustments but we are all thriving. We can do the same with the cabal. Our intent is to succeed, to thrive, to live free and prosper; not just some of us – all of us. See only that outcome; the one that promotes life. We are evolving and while doing so, creating each step we take. The Illuminati has shown us their plan, now let’s show them ours. Believe in the world you want to see; it is that belief that makes you the winner. You are the one you’ve been waiting for.  These 2012 Olympic Games are ripe with speculation and prediction, headlines and focus. As a single statement, the voice of humanity, what is it that we are saying?
Our expectation, belief and intent are creative. For the next 2 weeks, most decidedly during the opening and closing ceremonies, our collective power is amplified. Many of us, significantly more than usual, will be focused on London. They were altered during other world changing events and they’ll be altered on Friday. The power of our intent will be magnified. It will be as if we have a microphone. In study after study, violent crime was significantly decreased via the concentrated efforts of people in focused meditation to do exactly that. You have come here to create. Every impulse you have that supports life enhances the experience for each of us. With truly a ripple effect, your words, thoughts and actions touch us all. Yet understand that self hatred results in global warfare as surely as self love becomes joy. If you take away just one idea from these words, let it be this; it is critical that you love yourself. Our world starts and ends with you. The secret kept from you and me and most everyone else is that the most powerful person you know is the one looking back at you from your bathroom mirror. This shift, these end times, hinge on our hearts. With revelation after revelation, as awareness slowly gives way to shock, it is an old ineffective pattern that keeps us stuck in horror and upset. We are gradually becoming conscious of the depth of the control and corruption that has been our life. Things are not as we’ve imagined. What can we do? We can love. This is our deepest truth. The negative outcomes of this corruption have manifested in every self-directed judgment and criticism. Your strength and power have been hidden beneath layers of “not good enough”. You are more than good enough. You are chosen. What does it mean to be picked for this part? You are best suited for your role, right now. Of all the possibilities, the perfect individual to interact with everyone and everything in your life – is you. You are not the understudy. You are the One. It is not true that you are undeserving, or lesser than any other. You’ve been lied to. We all have. The levels of deceit go so deep that to attempt to unravel them for blames sake is wasted energy. Use that energy instead to repair your heart. We need all the love we can get. Love yourself. As we are One, that self love will spill out and encourage our children, nourish the environment, assist our neighbors and lighten our planetary burden. There is nothing wrong that cannot be repaired with love. It is who you are. It is what you do best. You are a light worker. Your light is needed right where you are and not in just one place, in every spot you find yourself. The entire world needs your love, right now. Love yourself. With a full heart your brilliance will help illuminate every dark corner. Concentrate only on love. The news may be mesmerizing. Yet understand that it is deliberately so. Even now, the efforts continue to remove your focus from the one thing that will source a complete shift to love. Anything to distract you will do – as long as you are weakened. The truth about you is known to everyone but you. You are divinity, all wrapped up in humanity, here to carry out the shift of the ages. Love always that which you are and your light will be unable to be doused. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.  When you live in the ‘burbs, you don’t have much of a yard. Every inch of land is precious. Between wildflowers and those purchased, this year the yard is just a splash of color – purple, orange, yellow, pink, fuchsia, red, violet and white. In late June, the brownings began. Seemingly isolated plants began looking burnt. We thought it odd and attributed it to a host of culprits; the sun, too much water, Japanese beetles, slugs, disease. Our solutions were all ineffective, as more and more spots showed up brown. The more I relied on Google and common knowledge and the more money I spent, the worse it became.
Until last Thursday. I watched my cat select a spot, dead center of the orange and now brown lilies, and relieve himself. The culprit was much closer than we had imagined. You see, my cat has no feeling for me or my wishes or plans. He’s a cat. He likes the backyard. With an unusually warm winter and spring, he’s been out almost daily, randomly killing my flowers. He doesn’t care. His only motivation is completely self-serving. As we dilute and bring back the plants, we are also now concocting a non-invasive method to prevent further killings. We don’t want to hurt him, we want to stop him. Perhaps I should have titled this “The cat and the cabal – an allegory”. As you read and learn more about the random killings of this group (cabal), you may at first want them dead. I understand that, yet there will always be more cats and cabals. Once the smell of urine is in a bed of plants, other cats are drawn in, curious about the possibility for killing (urinating). They will not, out of a sense of ownership, mark the same exact place, but they’ll understand that in this area, there are bathrooms everywhere. They can kill anywhere they like. So, as we save what we can in our yard, we know that we cannot make our cat understand. He’s a cat. He’s single minded and determined. What we have to also do, is be ever watchful and prevent him from his senseless killing of our stuff. Our methods must do no harm and be implemented with love. Our cat has been a member of my family for over a decade. He’s quirky, beautiful and talkative. He’s also lethal. Awareness is everything. Now we know. Our eyes are forever opened. As I stop my cat’s ability to harm, we are faced with stopping the Illuminati. They are closer than we thought. In this time of waking up, don’t discount the distasteful because it is unpleasant. Accept it as helpful; use it to guide your decisions. My cat will never stop wanting to be outside and “go” wherever he pleases. Yet he never counted on me. I can’t make him care about my lilies, but I can stop offering them to him as potential victims. Knowledge, protection and prevention assure my flowers will grow while my cat runs free. We can do the same. We are a brilliant light force, here to illuminate a world. As the dark is exposed, we must stand there; eyes wide open and keep it from spreading further. Knowledge, protection and prevention are mandatory; they must be stopped. It dawns on me that regardless of where I purchase a product, I am supporting a tiny group of families/corporations. I am stopping my credit card usage and buying local while increasingly producing my own product. It is not easy, but I have to do something. My eyes are opened now. Not everyone came here to do this. As you are reading these words, I suspect you did. We must stop feeding them from our coffers and providing places where they are able to flourish. Vigilance. I will have the flower filled yard I once did and we will all enjoy freedom and prosperity. We are here to join as One. Persistence, love and trust amplify our light. The world needs the light that we are. As revelations shout out from our screens and broadcasts, just remain in your power and respond with the single thought – “What would love do?” We are the ones we are waiting for.  It is time for you to love. This is the answer to every question.
There is a way to love militarily. There is a way to love between nations, cultures, religions and individuals. All this is evident when your answers internally resonate. There is no force more powerful than truth. As One we move through life, travelling the path of space and time, speaking our belief. As One, our actions could spell out the depth of our self loathing. There are destructive acts that in their allowance only further push us, as One, towards our own demise. This is the voice that rings throughout the heavens – the song of humanity – the sound of our soul. We are speaking with our blind obedience to a master who dictates self worship. Once we release our subservience to greed and observe and follow love, our world changes. This can only happen with wide open eyes and an attitude of strength of conviction. You must trust yourself. This comes naturally when you love yourself. Loving yourself is the thing each of us can do right now that will change the world. As you love, you will not allow lies, deceit or other activity that could diminish you in any way. You are here to flourish. You do not expect flowers to grow without sunlight and rain. In the same fashion, you must be watered and placed under the nourishing rays of the sun in order to grow. This is a necessity. Rather than being beaten and lorded over with rules, restrictions and negativity – it is time now to nourish and support. Do only that which promotes growth. Sometimes that means removing the toxic element; the one that is destroying what otherwise would prosper. Free will means that you get to choose whichever method serves your intent. You have been doing so always, only now you do so consciously. Take each decision into hands of love and offer only truth in return. This will serve always the purpose of growth and freedom. Your gift is your love. This sometimes looks like quiet determination and other times loud statements; yet always it looks like action. Love demands action – it moves ever forward, inching into oneness. All benefit ultimately when love is at the core of the action. For One demands that this be so. We are parts of the whole, pieces of the song, chords in the melody, strings in the tapestry. If we are frayed or otherwise out of sync, the song or the cloth is weakened. It will eventually pull apart – no longer a unified melodious work but a piece in need of harmony. This is Our Song. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.  Oneness is truth. You extend much further than you know. Bodies and borders are here so that you can experience different aspects of you. This is not a planet of lower evolved humans. This is a place covered with highly evolved souls, eternal beings of light; light workers.
As One, you are here to challenge yourself. As One, you’ve come to make a statement. You are here to say, in no uncertain terms, “I am a piece of divinity, a brilliant shining bit of Source – bring it on. There is nothing that can douse my light. I want it all.” And we’ve gotten it all. Every dark facet of existence has been visited on mankind. Why? So that we would emerge from it, lights blazing, sure of who we are. And who are we? We are everything and everyone; each kiss, every word, all of the horror as well as the love. Here is a perfect illustration of oneness, as told by Dr. Joe Vitale: ________________________________________________________ H’oponopono -- Two years ago, I heard about a therapist in Hawaii who cured a complete ward of criminally insane patients--without ever seeing any of them. The psychologist would study an inmate's chart and then look within himself to see how he created that person's illness. As he improved himself, the patient improved. "When I first heard this story, I thought it was an urban legend. How could anyone heal anyone else by healing himself? How could even the best self-improvement master cure the criminally insane? It didn't make any sense. It wasn't logical, so I dismissed the story. "However, I heard it again a year later. I heard that the therapist had used a Hawaiian healing process called ho'oponopono. I had never heard of it, yet I couldn't let it leave my mind. If the story was at all true, I had to know more. I had always understood "total responsibility" to mean that I am responsible for what I think and do. Beyond that, it's out of my hands. I think that most people think of totalresponsibility that way. We're responsible for what we do, not what anyone else does--but that's wrong. "The Hawaiian therapist who healed those mentally ill people would teach me an advanced new perspective about total responsibility. His name is Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len. We probably spent an hour talking on our first phone call. I asked him to tell me the complete story of his work as a therapist. He explained that he worked at Hawaii State Hospital for four years. That ward where they kept the criminally insane was dangerous. Psychologists quit on a monthly basis. The staff called in sick a lot or simply quit. People would walk through that ward with their backs against the wall, afraid of being attacked by patients. It was not a pleasant place to live, work, or visit. "Dr. Len told me that he never saw patients. He agreed to have an office and to review their files. While he looked at those files, he would work on himself. As he worked on himself, patients began to heal. "'After a few months, patients that had to be shackled were being allowed to walk freely,' he told me. 'Others who had to be heavily medicated were getting off their medications. And those who had no chance of ever being released were being freed.' I was in awe. Not only that,' he went on, 'but the staff began to enjoy coming to work. Absenteeism and turnover disappeared. We ended up with more staff than we needed because patients were being released, and all the staff was showing up to work. Today, that ward is closed.' "This is where I had to ask the million dollar question: 'What were you doing within yourself that caused those people to change?' "'I was simply healing the part of me that created them,' he said. I didn't understand. Dr. Len explained that total responsibility for your life means that everything in your life- simply because it is in your life--is your responsibility. In a literal sense the entire world is your creation. "Whew. This is tough to swallow. Being responsible for what I say or do is one thing. Being responsible for what everyone in my life says or does is quite another. Yet, the truth is this: if you take complete responsibility for your life, then everything you see, hear, taste, touch, or in any way experience is your responsibility because it is in your life. This means that terrorist activity, the president, the economy or anything you experience and don't like--is up for you to heal. They don't exist, in a manner of speaking, except as projectionsfrom inside you. The problem isn't with them, it's with you, and to change them, you have to change you. "I know this is tough to grasp, let alone accept or actually live. Blame is far easier than total responsibility, but as I spoke with Dr. Len, I began to realize that healing for him and in ho'oponopono means loving yourself. "If you want to improve your life, you have to heal your life. If you want to cure anyone, even a mentally ill criminal you do it by healing you. "I asked Dr. Len how he went about healing himself. What was he doing,exactly, when he looked at those patients' files? "'I just kept saying, 'I'm sorry' and 'I love you' over and over again,' he explained. "That's it? "That's it. "Turns out that loving yourself is the greatest way to improve yourself, and as you improve yourself, you improve your world. "Let me give you a quick example of how this works: one day, someone sent me an email that upset me. In the past I would have handled it by working on my emotional hot buttons or by trying to reason with the person who sent the nasty message. "This time, I decided to try Dr. Len's method. I kept silently saying, 'I'm sorry' and 'I love you,' I didn't say it to anyone in particular. I was simply evoking the spirit of love to heal within me what was creating the outer circumstance. "Within an hour I got an e-mail from the same person. He apologized for his previous message. Keep in mind that I didn't take any outward action to get that apology. I didn't even write him back. Yet, by saying 'I love you,' I somehow healed within me what was creating him. "I later attended a ho'oponopono workshop run by Dr. Len. He's now 70years old, considered a grandfatherly shaman, and is somewhat reclusive. He praised my book, The Attractor Factor. He told me that as I improve myself, my book's vibration will raise, and everyone will feel it when they read it. In short, as I improve, my readers will improve. "'What about the books that are already sold and out there?' I asked . "'They aren't out there,' he explained, once again blowing my mind with his mystic wisdom. 'They are still in you.' In short, there is no out there. It would take a whole book to explain this advanced technique with the depth it deserves. "Suffice It to say that whenever you want to improve anything in your life, there's only one place to look: inside you. When you look, do it with love." _________________________________________ The simple answer to it all is love yourself. Not because this makes you a nice person, but because in that self love you will find all of your answers. You are the one you’ve been waiting for.  I wonder what my backyard is like in the next “dimension”. Are there locusts and crickets? What other colors are the flowers? Do I hear the A/C kick on or is there a form of soundless energy? Is A/C even necessary or is the air temperate always? What do the birds sound like?
As I go through this summer of 2012 and we rapidly approach whatever it is we are approaching, I have been considering beyond 12.21.2012. There is one, you know. For all of us. This point was driven home for me a week ago as a pregnancy was announced in my family – due date February 2013. As ridiculous as it now sounds, I hadn’t thought much about anything past December. I suspect I traded in my rose colored glasses and instead I’ve been wearing my blinders. There is always a future. You are walking into tomorrow, taking with you whatever baggage you decide to hang on to. Our focus decides what we see. Our intentions determine how it works for us. There are no dimensional erasers. You will be right where you find yourself now, only a bit “shinier”, I suspect. Your light will be more evident. There are so many components of our lives – our government, our bodies, our relationships, our source of energy, our shoes. What we believe we are will always be true, until we believe something else. In these days of exposure and awareness, we are getting a bird’s eye view of what we’ve believed. Seeing the truth is great, it’s part of the process. We are working up to creating a new truth. Some of us have stopped waiting. Where do you stand? There are many places to plant those shoes you firmly believe in. You could wait and see, join up, construct a plan, listen and advise, work behind the scenes or do nothing at all. Every action is an answer, and the answer is either – “Yes, I am a sovereign being of light and I choose something different than what I now see”, or “Yes, I am a sovereign being of light and I’m good where I am right now”. You could flip flop once a day, once an hour or not at all. You are always giving your answer. As we move from polarity to unity we find ourselves faced with very polarized viewpoints. We are massively changing, this is how it works. We never knew we had a choice. Now we know. Our steps now are “walking our talk”. Once I had a new floor put in my home. It was poorly installed and needed to be replaced immediately. It was my entire first floor, I had babies, it was a mess and I was completely distraught. I believe it took as long as it did, which was months, because I told everyone I ran into how awful and unfair it was; complete strangers, friends, family, co-workers, neighbors. It was the only topic of my conversations. My walk was consistently “Do you know how torn up my house is?” and it stayed that way. Whatever we talk now will define the tomorrow we walk into. I choose responsible government, health, prosperity, clean energy, love and colorful flowers. Our choice is in our every breath. We’ve come now to consciously step into the new as we create it. We are actors on this “End of Times” stage, setting the mood for the next scene. We’ve all been perfectly chosen and our shoes are right where we meant them to be. We are the ones we are waiting for.  We are in the “end times”. Business as usual no longer applies. What has always been polarized just won’t survive. We are moving into oneness. It’s time to let go of whatever side you’ve been fiercely grasping onto, and allow yourself to drift into the center. This strong tide is pulling on us equally; we’ll all get there eventually. Every one of us is love. We are each divine. We may disagree and part company, yet we are never separate. We are one.
As one we are finishing a chapter, and we are writing the ending. Here’s what I see – from absolute darkness a miniscule light emerges, then another, then a few more. In that darkness the brightest light is perceived. You are that light. Soon, it will be all that can be seen. The source of your light is love. This love is not reserved for a special few. This love is splashed all over and dripping off of everyone. There is gratitude and courtesy, kindness and compassion, listening and assertion, waiting and positive action. This love looks like a smile. It could be a holding back when internal frustration erupts. We are light workers. We work for the light. It is time to surrender to the love that you are and let go. You have spent too much energy hiding, defending and protecting. All that you must do is acknowledge your love. Love is not always hearts and flowers. Love is respect. It is truth. It is life. How is it that we have strayed so far? It all matters. Love demands a listening and then action. Injustice is not love. Criminal corporate policies are not love. Government corruption is not love. Poverty, prejudice and violence are not love. Your eyes are open now. You can see the truth. You can feel what is happening. It is happening within and around you. All that I’ve wanted to do recently is sleep. Honor the call of your body. Love yourself. You are not wrong or ill, you are perfect. Listen - first to your physical body and then to whatever else shows up. Your children, your fellow blog posters, your pets, your mail carrier, your garden, your grandparents, your city could all use some love. What are they asking for? They are reflections of you, here to help this transformation. Respect and respond if you hear the call. Keep always in your heart - “what would love do now?” You will know. You are love and every answer resides in your heart. None of us escapes this ending. Parts of it shout to get my attention. It seems that once one aspect is answered, the next rears up in full view, demanding my focus. AA has a saying “One day at a time”. With this current speed of linear time, I’d change that to “One moment at a time”. Answer with love. Keep your eyes open and your head up. You’ll soon see another place calling for your light.
