 The day of decision has arrived unannounced. I noticed just a few moments ago. It did not look the way I expected it to. There are big plans for the world wide meditation tomorrow. I can't wait for it. I love a real good group meditation...I love the FEEL of US as ONE. I have only had a few of these, the ones that sort of knock me over with our power and unity and love, but they move me to places I didn't know I could go. The global effort we are about to undergo promises to catapult all of us. This day, the subject of this blog, is different. It is not waiting for a moment, it is here now. I have decided. I have spent months in preparation and discussion and anticipation for change and magic and help. I mentioned in May that for us, for my family and myself, the money was just about gone. We could no longer feed the banksters and corrupt ones with our pennies, we needed them to pay for food and gasoline. Once you stop paying, there is a pause. Oh, the bills keep arriving but without any immediate repercussions or sense of urgency. They are easy to ignore. It changes after a bit. A sense of urgency is applied, anxiety enters. There was a time when I was anxious, then I became angry, then I began to search for solutions. To be perfectly frank, I think we were hoping for some magic someplace in there...so that we'd never have to deal with the searching part. Well, the magic did not come from the heavens. There was no "answer from above". The solutions we discovered sort of worked, for a month or so. But with no change in our ability to work or to prosper financially, they too were ineffective. Somewhere in there, the deciding commenced. This was a criminal way to live. We were not criminals. We were love. It was insanity. I have four children, a college education, a home and a cat. I am smart and have paid both income and property taxes for decades. I have not participated in any criminal activity. I write inspirational material about love and empowerment. I serve food to the homeless, deliver meds to shut ins and care to handicapped children. Yet I cannot afford to buy my son a new pair of shoes. I decided to do something. We are no longer waiting, we are doing. Our unsecured debt is being handled by a legal advocate consortium. Our mortgage by several other legal groups. This allows us to get help, using large numbers of us as a cushion to reduce our legal fees and inflate the power of our voices. We are no longer answering invasive questions or responding to telephone calls from banks. We have taken the controls back. I chose today's picture because, well, it expresses how I feel. It sums up my decision, and I hope yours as well. You are not losers or layabouts, slaves or subservient citizens. You're awesome. You're divine bits of the One Source, the battery of everything. This bill? This set back? This illness? This condition? It is temporary. You're bigger than all of it, better than what you've been told and brighter than the brightest star. This is our moment and the time for our choice. Two days ago I posted a beautiful video. It was a profound expression of what we are doing and what we have done. It was moving and empowering. It was also subsequently REMOVED. This is sad, but also great news. The effects of our choosing are being felt everywhere. When I told my partner, he replied "Awesome! Now you can get arrested!" What he meant was, people now know who we are. The love being realized is changing the planet. Our choice is spoken with each empowered breath. We have taken the controls of our lives and by doing so, are taking back our world. I am moved beyond words. Much love, Sophia  It’s tempting to make light of the U.S. Presidential election. Either because in the next dimension it won’t matter who holds office, (it’ll all be love and light), or because there will be no political agenda where we are headed or because it doesn’t really matter who holds the office, all are equally corrupt and capable.
This election matters if only because it is the first one held with so many of us awake. Being awake doesn’t mean you ignore things that don’t resonate. There is a potential now for you to see clearly. It all counts. Our world is being re-created now and now and now and now and NOW. You never intended to doze through 2012 and then wake up, ready to engage, on the morning after December 21st. You showed up to participate. You are one of the producers of the show. What kind of election are you going to hold? Once it’s over, what kind of President will hold that office? A reader shared with me this poem, which was dreamed into reality the night of the first presidential debate: Our Manifesto We love You. We call upon All leaders everywhere in every position and capacity: We love You. Either lead and serve Us, the people, the 100% Equally, benevolently and lovingly Or step down. We love You. Please pass this on We love You This is beautiful. As a producer, this is the sentiment I’d like to bring to the set. When producing anything, you first need to be aware of the end result. What would you like to create? It is tempting for us to attach a whole set of personality to the results. Personality is temporary. It is a platform on which we play. Personality enables us to see who we are, reflected back through each other. I didn’t see the debate. Instead I was blissfully engaged in a theatrical performance of “Alice in Wonderland”. My son has a lead role. One of the scenes from the play sort of jumped out at me: Alice is confused and the animals are speaking nonsense. She asks question after question. “Who am I?” “How do I get there?” “What do you mean?” “Where do I start?” At one point the White Rabbit answers: “That all depends on what’s in here” (pointing straight at Alice). It always depends on us. Regardless of who plays the role of U.S. President, we can intend for that man to operate from his deepest truth, empowered and sovereign. We can encase both men in love and support, seeing the outcome that supports the country in the best way possible for every citizen. We can do that in every case, for each country and election. Leadership happens with our consent, one way or the other. We are participating with our action or inaction, with our words and our efforts. We are One. It is not true that there are winners and losers. Victories and losses are temporary. Ultimately, we all end up as One. It is the place we began, the place we actually are, and the place we are headed. We are in this together and responding with love works every time. This is what we do best, and what we came here now to do. We are the One we’ve been waiting for.  Free will is an interesting idea. We can choose. There is no cosmic decider making our decisions for our own good. It comes always to us.
As a child when I heard about free will I thought “How free is it really? When, if you make the wrong choice, this thunderbolt God will strike you down.” I was 8 years old; the beginnings of my questioning. I am no longer a child, and today I question pretty much everything. We’ve been lied to and it no longer matters if it was deliberate or not, not really. What matters are the choices we make. In this year of 2012 our eyes are being opened. I must admit that mine are like a deer caught in headlights – they are wide open. As each day and new revelation passes, our choices become informed choices. We are no longer feeling around in the dark, hoping not to anger the lender or God or official we are dealing with. With an idea of what’s really going on, we are claiming our place as sovereign beings of light, living in a reality that’s been controlled and manipulated by those who serve only themselves. The choice to worship, fear, listen to or obey these beings is always ours; free will. What will you choose? The effects of your choice will play out in your every day. Realize that this choice is not evidenced only with your actions. It is demonstrated with your heart. What we haven’t been told is the truth of our own power. We’ve grown up in a manipulated world, trusting logic over intuition. The wisdom you hold is found in your heart. Its perceptual capabilities exceed those of your brain. If you nourish those, and approach each decision from a heart space rather than a head space, your will is free. Those that have controlled us have done so with our head. They fed us information to cause fear and obedience, worship and subservience. With your heart engaged, those emotional reactions are negated. There is no fear in love. Oneness is already understood at a deep visceral level. The ancients got it. When you hear stories of the wisdom keepers and their traditions and methods, you doubt them. That is your head, which has been fed untruths and limitations your entire life. Listen with your heart. If what you hear is truth, you’ll know what to do. Lies feel heated and uncomfortable and can be frightening. Trust. The answers to all questions are within. Your heart will lead you to information, places and people that stimulate your own knowing. “This above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man.” from Hamlet, by Shakespeare We are the One we’ve been waiting for.  Love is a force. Your heart is the most powerful organ in your body. If you weren’t sure about what resource you’d use to get you through any difficult times, doubt no more. With the power of your very essence you’ll emerge on the other end of whatever it is you are facing right now – and shine. Just love. It is the one thing no one can take from you. It is always available and can be pulled out and used at any moment. Above the din of alarm and worry and fear and despair, there is a place of peace. It is from there you will make your clearest decisions and your most definitive choices. We are looking at polarity amplified. Shouts of war and loss, right and wrong, good and evil shout at us from every place. Understand what is really happening here, and with a calm you didn’t know you had, see the truth. These “weapons of mass destruction” have no effect on you – you come from your core. These are but the cries of an angry child, let them dissipate and love anyway. It is love that will be here when these other tactics fail. If you have or care for children, you know this game. Patience and calm succeed every time. Fear, regardless of its volume, is no match for love. If you were waiting for the right time to stick your stick in the sand and make your stand, wait no longer. Today is the day. Do not allow anything to cross that line that even hints at fear. You are a being of absolute power, sourced from Agape. Do you know what that means? It means that nothing in either physical or non-physical form is more powerful than you. Love trumps everything. It’s like having a secret weapon in your back pocket. Today, when dealing with any challenge before you, use it. Love is not meant to be saved for later or for only a few lucky recipients. Love is needed desperately, right now. The whole world could use what you are carrying – share it. Love your elected officials, bankers, relatives, friends and those who need it the most – your enemies. Love without pause or hesitation. Your efforts will have more of an effect right now than perhaps ever before. The world is polarizing, pulling and stretching and choosing sides. Fear does not know yet that it is out of its league. A persistent and consistent flow of “No, your efforts have no effect here” will demonstrate the truth. Others will see what you are and they will join you. The ripple effect is real, that’s why the fear shouters are so loud; they are trying to drown you out. Once you declare who you are, the rest falls into place. One day we may not need to make a stand, as the world will operate as One. That day is not today. Today there are some who still believe there are winners and losers and if you don’t join the right team or take the best route, you could lose. Love never loses. You hold the most powerful force in creation. Be it. Use it. Feel it. Embody it. In every moment, regardless of what you see before you, know that you are love, here to alter our entire world. We begin today our 18th Quest! We are in a fast moving, spectacular time in our lives and in the life of our planet. With each passing day, we become more aware of our unity. We are inextricably entangled, creating and experiencing the results of our work simultaneously. As time speeds up, it becomes more and more challenging to separate out where things start and where they end. We are on this Quest to explore Agape. Unconditional self love takes on a much larger scope when Oneness is part of your self definition. We are indeed the same stuff. This week will be about what that looks like in our every day. Quantum physicists speak of entanglement. Entanglement IS the dream. We are walking and talking, loving and living in a mutually agreed upon reality. I exist on a back drop of what you believe you see around me. I most likely agree with your perception. As we wake up, our consciousness expands to include other beings, dimensions, truths and possibilities. We see things we never noticed before. We are gradually realizing our world works much differently than we were taught. We are One. What does that mean? It means that in some intricate and beautiful way, we are connected. To illustrate, imagine being on the other end of my stick, sort of like a see-saw. When I sit down, you can’t help but be affected. You feel my reaction, and immediately I feel yours – up, down, up, down. In the same sense, you sense my pain, my joy, my love and my anger. You have to. This is how life works. We are One organism, opposite ends of the same stick. We are becoming aware now of the power we hold. It has been deliberately manipulated so that we’d compete with and fight and fear each other. We are not each others enemy. We are connected, very literally. To perpetrate anger at another being only intensifies pain, illness, war and hatred. The results of each are internalized in all of us. No one escapes. We are One. When you look in the mirror today, with gentle smiling eyes, say hello to the world. Love who you see standing there. He is a child of God. She is walking divinity. As we inch towards Agape, we will alter our world. That smile and gentle encouragement is felt by every bit of life in existence. We have access now to this truth. With help from many places and races, our minds and hearts are opening up. As we individually love, it all changes. Generosity and compassion become the order of the day. Empowerment insists on it. Love yourself and we will be blessed exponentially. We are the Ones we’ve been waiting for. See you tomorrow, Sophia  Your body is hanging on. It desperately wants you here. You have to let go. Let go – everything you’re hanging on to because of fear, or are doing a certain way because of fear, or not doing at all because of fear – is time now to take care of. This is the end of duality. You have chosen this. You have confirmation many places – here, your body, an assortment of scribes and teachers. All of these sources are telling you:
- You have chosen this - You are changing - No one else knows how it’s going to go because you are creating how it’s going right now You have to let go. You have to let go. YOU HAVE TO LET GO. It is time. No longer do these very dense beliefs hold any fascination. You understand now the fragile nature of this dream. It’s been constructed, intentionally, by those who understood how it worked. For hundreds of years the plan has been laid and carried out. They utilized the power of emotion and set about to create a world of beings willing to give everything up for a cause. It didn’t matter the foundation, so several were chosen: - Religion - Wealth - Patriotism - Power Our minds have been filled with words and images, all of them resulting in blind obedience, subservience, greed, violence and separation. We have been taught to ignore our inner calling. Today though, it is more like our inner voice has a microphone! Shouting above the mainstream din are words of love, power, peace and unity. We’ve not heard this volume before and our bodies and minds are wrenched back and forth with the noise. The competing vibrations threaten to pull us apart, or so it seems. Should we listen to the side that is familiar? “Obey” “Be afraid” “Send us your money” “Hate this human” “Fight” Should instead, we follow this other voice? “You and I are the same” “We are One” “Love is the answer” “Above all, love yourself” Which is right? Which is wrong? How do we discern? Help!!! No one has a twelve step program for this one. This dimension is an addiction that’s never been released, until today. We are writing the steps right now. We are not doing so without help. We have teachers with processes and meditations, groups and seminars, books and workshops, videos and diets. If there was ever a time to utilize them, it is now. There is wisdom all around. It comes from the core of us. We are each others teachers. We have come to show the way. If you feel drawn to a particular web site, channel or conference – go there. It does not mean the others are wrong; there is truth in every creation. Some days a certain passage may sound brilliant and be just what you needed. While other days it would hold no relevance. Such is the nature of the times we are in. Each day is a new adventure. I feel either ten, twenty, fifty or eighty years old in alternating moments. I cook when I feel loss or anxiety. Yesterday I got some unexpected news that set me back. It was a huge “IT IS TIME TO LET GO” message. This happened as I was beginning to do some preserving. Today we have a zillion jars of fruit preserves. Washing, coring, cutting, and cooking apples were yesterday’s therapeutic processes. Now I guess that’s not a bad choice, yet I wonder if I would have enjoyed the whole day a bit more if it included flexibility. I’m hanging on with an iron grip. It’s time for some specific guidelines. I suspect unexpected news will come fast and furious these next three months. Perhaps, because we are used to naming things and following rules, we need to invent the list for our “3D ANONYMOUS”. Here is the first rule: 1. Let go. When surprised, frightened or angry, let it go. Today it’s a rigid belief – tomorrow it’ll be an entire dimension. This is good practice. Inelia Benz (ascension101.com) has some wonderful exercises that work for me, (perhaps I should have remembered this yesterday… ;). Yet it doesn’t matter how you do it, it matters that you do it. Let go. I don’t know precisely what Ascension looks like, yet I do know that I’ll be moving from one frequency to the next. Like tuning in to an FM station on my radio, I have to let go of whatever happens to be playing on AM. Experience tells me that my FM station has fewer commercials and a richer sound; altogether a better experience. I am betting 5D will be much the same. In fact, I’m creating it to be. Step 1. Let go. We have come to embrace our dreams. We are here to create the manifestation of truth – love. This is who we are. We are the One we’ve been waiting for.  We wake up each day, holding within us the keys to the kingdom. A force, if unleashed, which could alter our world. We’ve been unaware. No longer. Those that have held us in their grasp have minimized, sentimentalized, diminished and sexualized love. In an intentional effort to hide from us our most powerful asset, they’ve crafted a heart shaped emotion used only on special days or with certain people. They would have us believe the love of power surpasses the power of love. In our very dense, 3D existence, they’ve created an illusion that in all appearances looks true. The kings, presidents, banksters and power elite have all the money and wield all the control. We’ve allowed that to happen because we’ve been asleep. The few of us that woke up and tried to warn us were gone before we knew it. Not today. Many of us are rousing from our slumber. We are paying attention now. What we are here to do is love fiercely and completely and absolutely. Love is not a greeting card. Love is a force. The cabal understands power by force and control; on that playing field, they hold all the cards. They do not know what love can do, although they suspect. That’s why it has been reduced to a sexual game. It is the only thing they understand; competition and conquest, fight and win, then own. Love is none of that. Love is a raw, deep and powerful emotion. It is unmistakable. Love is never felt inappropriately or misdirected. Love is truth. The chill that runs through your body when you feel someone’s touch or hear or read certain words is love. Love expresses itself to you in the grocery store, in the bedroom, in the board room and on the street. It is life and it is just oozing out of everything! These “holders” of our civilization are not going to give up. They know only the love of power and will stop at nothing to win it all. It is up to us to show them the power of love. With every ounce of generosity you have, love them. Visualize them encased in love. They too are human and on their own evolutionary path. They have corrupted this world and are comfortable in its’ atmosphere of fear and control. A climate of unconditional love will no longer feed them. They’ll have no choice but to move on. Sometimes it becomes necessary to remove a few rotten apples from the basket to save the bushel. This is where we are today. It will take strength, determination and absolute unconditional love to do so. Hate is no longer an option. We’ve been there and know where that’s gotten us; division, segregation, poverty, war and pollution. Our playing field is one of love. It looks like removal without destruction, education not punishment, collaboration not control. We are here to unite, not separate. We have come to show the way. September 16, 2012 – October 16, 2012 has been called the time of choosing. What world will you choose? It is changing and today we are at choice for which way it goes for us. Your heart is big enough to love our oppressors. It is, I am sure of this. Loving them does not mean you want them over for dinner. It means you understand they are you. As fellow pieces of the whole, bits of divinity, they are sacred; as are you. Show us what your love can do. Your feelings are not about them anyway, not really. Your feelings are about you. You are worthy and wonderful, powerful and perfect and so ready for this. Just love, it is what you came to do. It is time. We are the One we’ve been waiting for.  Today begins the second half of this Quest.
The path to Agape will take us to Oneness. Self love is love of the One that you are. The One that you are is a piece of divinity. We are connected. We spring from Source, and we have never let go. So we are moving in a circle, finding our way home, returning to the beginning, which is One. The path to Oneness is Agape. Do you see how this works? Absolute love for you yields Universal Unconditional Love. There are in fact no separators between you and us. Once you accept yourself completely, we all start to look a whole lot better! It is not that you tolerate or overlook our faults. It’s not that you would have made every choice in the same way that we did. It’s not that you even want to spend a great deal of time with us. It’s that you understand at a very deep level that we are alternate versions of you. Loving you means, by definition, that you love the rest of us. It’s that easy and that challenging. Our world is a hologram. The best science today doesn’t know precisely how it works, yet quantum physics tells us what’s in our minds is projected out to become what’s in our world. What you think about yourself is what you will see in everyone else. Fill your head with love and what will happen to your life will astound you. Imagine a world filled with people who loved themselves. This is what we are here for; to create and participate in that world. We’ve been practicing for such a long time – trying out a little agape here and some unconditional love there. Never sure when the show was set to begin, we fell back often to self hatred. There have been so many reasons! Our bodies, our jobs, our grades, our past and our relationships each offer plenty of opportunity for failure, disappointment and blame. Well its show time. We’ve had our dress rehearsal. We know our lines and we know how this story ends. This curtain will close on a myriad of wonderful depictions of unity. We’ve been singing songs of love and writing movies of success forever – now it’s time to sing them in our everyday and watch them play out on our streets. We’ve been telling ourselves our own story – we just never knew it was real. It is real. Most of what we’ve been force fed is the lie. You have no enemies. God has no favorites. There are no mistakes. Judgment is an archaic idea that creates fear and diminishes your power. It is not possible to hold judgment while loving absolutely. Your power resides in your love. This strength is yours right now. Call it forth. This light is what you are. Feel it rise up and watch the faces of your loved ones light up when you shine it upon them. This is what you’ve come for; to love. Once you love yourself, the entire world is your Beloved. We are One. One spark, here now to get this whole place lit up! Our light has been hidden beneath shame and sadness, fear and debt, servitude and low self esteem. No one has been able to convince you of your greatness – until now. We know now that to claim our perfection is not arrogance, but truth. We are components of the One; self-love is the key to Ascension – Ascension for all of us. We are the One we are waiting for. Welcome to our Quest for Agape. I am so grateful to be here again. This time we will explore deeply the truth of our connection – oneness. For as One, we are beginning to appreciate just what that actually means. Agape takes on a whole other “dimension” when you understand that the One you unconditionally love – is us. I was recently asked, “What is a Love Quest?” Those of us who have been here since they began (a year and a half ago) will remember that we started by loving ourselves in our bathroom mirrors. These Quests are the ultimate journey to truth, the path to Ascension. Ascension is a rising up to a faster vibration. The hallmark of this place we are moving to is love. We are not truly going anywhere. We are becoming that which we are. We are love. When you understand deeply this truth, you find something that may surprise you. It is okay to love yourself. In fact, it is necessary. For what is held in your head about this being that is you, will radiate out to become your entire world. This life that is yours is a projection of whatever it is you believe. What you believe, you perceive. Believe in yourself. You chose and were chosen to be here today. You are the Master, it is not necessary to seek truth in another, you only need remember. You are love. A God particle shot from Source, here to love in the darkest place in the universe. Earth has been your home not as punishment or because we are lesser beings, but because we are brilliant lights. Only one such as you could handle this dimension. Only light such as yours is brilliant enough to sustain itself while immersed in ideologies of war, greed, subservience, slavery, illness and pain. Not only have you maintained – you have become a beacon of light and altered the course of humanity. Our favorite movies are those in which the odds are clearly stacked against the lead character and he or she triumphs anyway. This is because we’ve been watching our future, writing our own story, and remembering why we are here. Every thought, word, and deed, whether self or other directed is a line in the script. We know this truth today. It is time to write each line with one focus – love. This is why you are here. Intend only love. Your power is unmatched. We are surrounded with off world beings not to help us so much as to watch us! We are transforming ourselves and the planet on which our feet are parked, with not more than our faith to go on. Our inner promptings have led us here, to a place of choice. In the sharp contrasts we encounter each day, we see clearly the options; to see ourselves as separate and judge or to see ourselves as One and love. What you do, think, and feel in each moment becomes your life. Love yourself. Give yourself a gift today. Begin this Quest with immersion in adoration. Take a walk, a few extra moments and honor the One that is you. He is beautiful beyond description. She is powerful beyond measure. You are the Master of the Universe. Uni-Verse. One Verse. One Song. Us. There is no other here to sing this song. It is you. You are the one you’ve been waiting for. See you tomorrow, Sophia |
