 We are swimming in a sea of possibility. Whatever we desire is right here. All that’s missing is focus. This is all created by us. Thoughts attract more and more of whatever they look or feel like. We know this. We’ve heard it before. Yet we persist in accepting what life “deals” to us. Why? Creation requires active thought. The word “energize” works here. It is an action; it is a doing. You cannot sit still while energizing, and you are never still. Always a thought is emerging on the tail of the one before it. This being that you are is a creation machine! You’ve been so without awareness. It is the time now to be so consciously. Why is the Energizer Bunny so memorable? He keeps going and going – through every frame. He never stops; just like creation. You are creating now and now and now and now – creation keeps going and going and going and going. There are bunnies everywhere this week. Awareness is the first step towards consciousness. We are in every frame of our lives, just like the bunny. As we enter each, we create the next. This movie we are making has never been written. Only one thing is sure about the ending; it will be everything we’ve ever dreamed of. That’s how it works. We don’t have to know precisely how it happens, we only need believe. We came here knowing we’d have help and believing in ourselves. We came prepared. There are times we may sound as if we want a savior, yet those times are akin to that baby bird who doesn’t know it has wings, just before mama bird pushes him out of the nest. We can fly. This is not said as a metaphor or lightly, by any means. These are desperate times. All of our resources are being called into action. We knew this would happen and it has. It is. The fear you may be experiencing is not as it seems. Collection notices and “officials” are merely calling you out – it is your own power that frightens you. Consider the following: “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” Marianne Williamson We have chosen to be here now. We are the Ones we’ve been waiting for.

This misunderstanding about love is perhaps THE MISUNDERSTANDING. Agape is unconditional SELF-love. To love without condition means to accept all facets of existence. Every dark thought, angry outburst and violent emotion must be absorbed into the fabric of you and loved. You can no longer afford to love half way or part way – the energetic push of creation in this moment now is asking of you – everything. This shift you are participating in is not just something you are watching, it is what you are doing. All of the wondrous changes you hear about in the next dimensions are possible when you leave the density of fear. They cannot be instilled onto a fearful population to eliminate the fear – they are the by-products of a fearless and loving heart. This is how it works. There are many visions of earth in the next dimension, and they include prosperity, health, happiness and love on a continual basis. These are visions of who you actually are – they are not new versions of you, but core expressions of your true nature. Fear is gone from these versions of you. The fear that pre-dominates your life is a lie. It is not true. Truth is love and that is what you are. You exist as a physical form expressing all possibility – a “thought form” as another teacher, (Eckhart Tolle), calls you. What is there to fear in a thought form? All thoughts can be changed. Most of you currently hold thoughts about your life which include concepts of blame. In order for those thoughts to hold any merit, (and so you do not consider yourself nuts), you must also think of someone, another person, to be at fault so that you can blame them. It could be a lover, a parent or a wealthy banker. You also hold thoughts of frustration and again, in order for you to NOT think of yourself as crazy, you must create someone or something to be frustrated about – a lover, another driver or a boss. You may hold thoughts of imperfection and so you create illness, handicaps, and bodies that fall short somehow of your ideal image. We are powerful creators. We are divine pieces of the ONE, experiencing ourselves as young, old, rich, poor, happy, angry, violent, peaceful, etc... We have created it all, as ONE, and right now we have chosen to change it up a bit. WE have done it ourselves. The changes we are seeing now have always been possible, only now more of us are seeing them. They will become your life when you believe them to be reality, not fantasy. The precise future can not be predicted because there is no future – linear time is a construct so that each idea can be fully experienced – aging, learning, growing, etc… Life is occurring now as you are creating it now. It evolves as your thoughts do. Each moment, each thought, is creative. So, what this means is that the shift in consciousness is happening and will happen as we all, as a collective, create it. Your experience of it will be unlike any other you’ve had because you believe that to be true. In order for this transformation to occur, we must do some internal transforming. The thoughts we hold around love are filled with fear. We have been taught these things and it is time now to trust what you know rather than what you think. Love is something you know. It is who you are and it resonates deeply. It feels good. It comforts. It is familiar. It knows you. It sometimes evokes excitement. It feels powerful. These are words attempting to describe the indefinable and the sacred. Love is the source. Words such as right or wrong or good or bad do not belong here. Love is. It will not be denied. We have been taught to fear it because it is the most powerful idea in creation and once realized and utilized we can no longer be controlled. Fear is a tool that has been used to manipulate and it no longer serves your purpose to be manipulated. We will have to accept all others as ok, and most importantly, love ourselves, for this transition to proceed seamlessly. Realize who you are and then understand that how you see everyone in your life is a reflection of how you feel about you. The world looks as it does because so many are fearful. The more we love without condition, the more the world will change. There is nothing else to do. It starts with you. It ends with you. It is only you. You are the One we’ve been waiting for.  Welcome to the Love Quest, which this month coincides with “The Day Of Decision”. This was not planned consciously, yet there are no accidents. It’s time to decide. Agape is a fearless act. Are you up for it? It demands honesty, bravery and belief. In order to love ourselves we must first be aware of whom it is we are loving. The blindfolds are off, the shields are down; ego does not need protection from agape. What we need is acceptance. The only word is “yes”; it answers every protest. “Can I love myself knowing all I’ve done?” “Can I love myself even when I’m angry?” “Can I love myself after I screwed up?” “Can I love all of my human faults?” “Can I trust myself?” “Can I fearlessly scrutinize my body and love all my parts?” “Can I let go of self-blame?” “Can I stop all this judgment?” “Really?” On the face of it, love seems an easy choice. Would I rather be happy and uplifted or frustrated and miserable? Within us, is from where our happiness springs, and the only thing that’ll lift us up permanently. Love is not found “out there” and does not originate anywhere but your own heart. Your loves are reflections of your deepest beliefs about you. Although intellectually the choice is an easy one – our childlike tendency to be thrilled with ourselves has been eroded. Our elders and our society have taught us guilt and judgment and we’ve learned well. This is not truth. We are on a Quest for truth and it must be taken alone. No one but you knows the depths of your self loathing or the images that you fear. It is time now to see clearly. These ideas have not served you. In this year of Revelation we are beginning to see the manipulation and control that was our life. As facts are uncovered and the plans are exposed, we are empowered. We’ve been lied to by every institution we believed in; religion, government, financial, health and education. The time now is not for blame or regret. It is time to rebuild; the moment to love has arrived. Unconditional and fearless agape is what will empower us to demand truth and transparency from each other. For we are worth it. One such as you is a gift to all of mankind. Your arrival was planned and celebrated by all of creation. This moment now is about the realization of your worth; the acceptance of your divinity. We are One. Source energy, God, the Creator or whatever term works for you had a brilliant plan. The success of that plan depends on you. Your part is simply told – you are here to love fearlessly. In doing so, the realization of Oneness is achieved; we will all walk in Paradise.
It is an honor to walk by your side. Our Quest continues for 6 more days, thank you for showing up! We’ve been expecting you. You are the One we’ve been waiting for. Much love. See you tomorrow, Sophia  Fear vs. love. What does that even mean? I’m reminded of the “Push Me Pull You” of Dr. Doolittle. Internally I am stretched and yanked from one extreme to the other. Neither direction is permanent; the tussle is continuous. A sign from someplace else would be nice. Do you feel that way? Looking up to the heavens this morning, I whisper “A little help?” The overwhelming conditions of my 3D life are screaming, daring me to love in spite of them. How will I respond? I don’t need a calendar or anyone else to tell me we’ve arrived at a choice moment. With every cell of my body; I know. The quiet love song I carry is struggling to out-shout the drama. There are moments when I don’t hear the melody at all. That is when I see the fear. The choice becomes clear. Is this all there is to life? The video below seems perfect for this moment. It was just sent to me. Maybe this is the “little help” I asked for. The thing is, holding this knowing is what it’ll take. It is no longer a question of knowledge; it is a question of belief. Do you believe you are love? Do you know with every morsel of your being that you are pure divine consciousness? Can you feel that truth? Access that part of you as often as possible. Forgive yourself. You have come with the intention to love. The one you are here to adore is reading these words. She looked at you in the mirror this morning. He brushed your teeth. There is no need to look further. This is our moment. We came now for the opportunity of a lifetime. We know the plan. Quiet introspection and meditation will give us access to it. Trust yourself. Know that whatever you are seeing on the surface is temporary. It is a reflection; a reaction to past beliefs and conditions. All of this is malleable. It is up to you. What will you choose? In the face of every fearful image there is only one truth; “This is not who I am”. For you are not fear, you are love. There is no loss or pain or injustice felt in the depths of your soul. That is where the God spark rests, igniting the force that is you. For make no mistake – you are a force. You have come here now to demonstrate truth. It is the strength of this force that has called up the loudest opposition – daring you to fear. You will not. You cannot. For you are the One we’ve been waiting for.  The choice has been made. There is no longer a wondering. I know. Things like “Why?” and “How?” just aren’t there. Doubt is gone. I am here. I am. There’s no question of success or judgment.
I woke up today, as I do most every day lately, not feeling slept out. The hours asleep seem to have no effect on the outcome; they could be 4 or 10. There is this feeling of “being pulled through a knot hole” that I wake up with each morning. Yet it’s okay today. Not a problem. I know it’ll be all right. Abundance, health and success are assured. I have no doubts. In 3D terms, what’s right before my eyes is not pretty. Yet my focus is not there. It’s not that it doesn’t matter; it’s that it’s not real. The difference is subtle. “Back in the day” my financial, physical and emotional state was how I defined my life. If things were good on those fronts, then I was too. Today those parts of my life are hanging by a thread – yet I’m okay. They are not who I am. I know that now. I have always known this intellectually, and even felt it at times. This morning I am aware on a visceral level of my truth. We are not our circumstances. We are source material, walking around in human suits. You are not defined by your life. Your life is an expression of what you’ve chosen to experience. You are free to choose fear, illness, poverty, joy, vitality or abundance. As soon as you release one you can check out another. All are potential expressions of the One. You are an expression of the One, holding every potential. It’s all here for you. The colors you are seeing right now are just your current favorites. Your palette has every shade. They can be mixed more than 7 billion ways. We are here to paint a world as she embodies new form. How she looks depends on her perspective and our belief. Believe in her beauty and as you walk on her today your reflection will embody that truth. It comes every moment to our perception. We are holding the brushes in hand, artists in the midst of creation. This is our masterpiece. Take your brush and apply love liberally. Every facet of this piece is waiting for your touch. You know exactly what is needed and are focused right now on the part most in need of your expert hand. It is love – your unique brand of divinity – that will complete this work. May as well begin today! You are the One we’ve been waiting for.  Fully engaged in breakfast, the gaggle barely moves with my arrival. The lake is quiet, all are intent on eating. One lone long neck stands above the rest, ever vigilant; when this head bends down for some food, another pops up to take its place. Order and cooperation rule on the lake shore this morning.
A loaf of French bread, tossed in their midst, changes everything. No longer content to search on their own for what they need; the geese now race to this gift from their human benefactor, honking and pecking to grab what they can. The air is filled with their fighting; all memories of this peaceful morning are gone. One after the other, they grab the loaf, which is many times larger than their beaks can hold, and run away. It is no longer about getting enough to eat; it is about ownership and having the most. Peace does not ensue again until the entire loaf is gone and there is nothing to do but search quietly in the grass for sustenance. The lame goose is the largest. I suspect because he spends a great deal of energy hobbling to catch up, and is always building muscle. He doesn’t stop to eat until he’s surrounded by the others. His limp did not allow him to enter the battle for the bread. He stood within the storm, quietly eating while the noise and anxiety swelled around him. His focus never changed. This story is ours. The bread thrower is the cabal; the geese, humanity. Ownership, scarcity and the compulsion to win are not natural. They are manufactured reactions to intentional outside manipulation. When I arrived this morning, these birds needed nothing. Their perceived dependence on the bread and the bread thrower was created. It ended as soon as the bread was gone. Our bread is just about gone. We’ve forgotten how to keep ourselves going, but this doesn’t mean we won’t survive. We need to remember how to cooperate and keep our focus. There is plenty for everyone. Panic and anxiety don’t serve our intent; they are time wasters and serve only to weaken us. It’s quiet here now. The sun is a bit higher in the sky. The lame one has been surrounded with the other geese for quite some time. Their focus has returned. Once we remember that all we need is here, we’ll let go of our own fear of loss and dependence on the “bread throwers”. We are here to create. All that we need is focus, intent and determination. At first glance, the lame goose was disadvantaged yet he is the biggest and strongest and seems to lead with his quiet resolve. This is who we are. We are brilliant, strong and determined; here to create abundance and amazing – not for a few of us, but for all of us. We are the One we’ve been waiting for.  Free will is an interesting idea. We can choose. There is no cosmic decider making our decisions for our own good. It comes always to us.
As a child when I heard about free will I thought “How free is it really? When, if you make the wrong choice, this thunderbolt God will strike you down.” I was 8 years old; the beginnings of my questioning. I am no longer a child, and today I question pretty much everything. We’ve been lied to and it no longer matters if it was deliberate or not, not really. What matters are the choices we make. In this year of 2012 our eyes are being opened. I must admit that mine are like a deer caught in headlights – they are wide open. As each day and new revelation passes, our choices become informed choices. We are no longer feeling around in the dark, hoping not to anger the lender or God or official we are dealing with. With an idea of what’s really going on, we are claiming our place as sovereign beings of light, living in a reality that’s been controlled and manipulated by those who serve only themselves. The choice to worship, fear, listen to or obey these beings is always ours; free will. What will you choose? The effects of your choice will play out in your every day. Realize that this choice is not evidenced only with your actions. It is demonstrated with your heart. What we haven’t been told is the truth of our own power. We’ve grown up in a manipulated world, trusting logic over intuition. The wisdom you hold is found in your heart. Its perceptual capabilities exceed those of your brain. If you nourish those, and approach each decision from a heart space rather than a head space, your will is free. Those that have controlled us have done so with our head. They fed us information to cause fear and obedience, worship and subservience. With your heart engaged, those emotional reactions are negated. There is no fear in love. Oneness is already understood at a deep visceral level. The ancients got it. When you hear stories of the wisdom keepers and their traditions and methods, you doubt them. That is your head, which has been fed untruths and limitations your entire life. Listen with your heart. If what you hear is truth, you’ll know what to do. Lies feel heated and uncomfortable and can be frightening. Trust. The answers to all questions are within. Your heart will lead you to information, places and people that stimulate your own knowing. “This above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man.” from Hamlet, by Shakespeare We are the One we’ve been waiting for.  Every now and again, when faced with a seemingly irresolvable issue, I set an intention for the “highest and best for all concerned”, get in a quiet, meditative state, and write out a question. Then I listen. Sometimes the answers come loudly and quickly! They are recorded with my non-dominant hand. There is less editing that way, as my logical brain is occupied with making the pen work.
The following conversation happened because of some current physical issues. These were things I assumed were fully healed and repaired. Maybe the answers will help you as well; we are One. Remember, we hold the answers to all of our questions, we only need ask. We are the One we’ve been waiting for. ~~~ Question: What is going on with my body? It is your deepest 3D fear. How’s it going so far? This is what your fears are creating. How do I change this? This is not what I want. You have to look at your life squarely. (interrupting) I BELIEVE THAT IS WHAT CREATED THESE EFFECTS! Let me finish. ... (you have to look at your life squarely) WITHOUT FEAR. This is how things are altered. Are things created from fear? Things are created from focus. You are extremely focused and powerful right now. This is why you look and feel as you do. Please, I need concrete steps to change this. I am asking for help. Take a look, decide what it is you want, and focus there only – without fear. With determination see the changes you want. This does not mean avoid looking elsewhere. It is this contrast you are here for. Thank you.  Welcome to our second day! With a full heart, for all the love found here, let’s begin. It is not true, not ever, that you are alone. Now, you may feel alone and look lonely, yet this is part of the illusion. The illusion of separation has been so powerfully magnified, we have even imagined isolation. If only you could step way back and see the magnificent being that is you, surrounded by the rest of us, you would know for certain this could never be true. We are One. You’ve been given this body, these eyes and heart to explore in tangible, physical ways what it is to love. To love in human form is an honor. Not every being has had this opportunity. You do. The physical world you inhabit is exquisite. Your eyes behold each finger, toe and body part, while sensing each gentle breeze, hot shower and passionate embrace. Your nose smells home cooked food today and memories fill your mind of another time and meal. Your senses are inundated 24/7 while your heart beats out “Love-Love-Love-Love”. To make sense of it all is a challenge. You look on the scale and see a few more pounds or hear your mate or child or parent complain and you imagine yourself imperfect. This is illusion and deep within you sense the truth. All the while, your heart is beating “Love-Love-Love-Love”. The din of society, government, anguish and fear threatens to drown out the truth of your heart. You heart will not be silenced. As long as you are here in the physical, it will continue, synchronized with mine and everyone else’s; “Love-Love-Love-Love”. To love is a privilege. One such as you only comes around once. There is no other who walks in your shoes. Only you understand what resides in your heart and propels your life. This is good news. It means, my fellow human, that there is no one who is better equipped to love you than yourself. For regardless of relationship, you will always be the closest friend you have. Love yourself. Be careful and tender; listen and allow. There is a reason for every emotion, thought, word and deed. You would not waste your time here in fruitless pursuits. You are a component of divinity, an integral part of the fabric of humanity. We are not complete without your particular thread. Be patient with yourself. Treat yourself as you would an honored guest – you are. Here now to help us all, you have arrived right on time and with all you need. Trust yourself, love yourself and be yourself. You are uniquely suited to do so! I am thrilled to take this Quest with One such as you. Thank you for showing the way. You are the One we’ve been waiting for! We begin today our 18th Quest! We are in a fast moving, spectacular time in our lives and in the life of our planet. With each passing day, we become more aware of our unity. We are inextricably entangled, creating and experiencing the results of our work simultaneously. As time speeds up, it becomes more and more challenging to separate out where things start and where they end. We are on this Quest to explore Agape. Unconditional self love takes on a much larger scope when Oneness is part of your self definition. We are indeed the same stuff. This week will be about what that looks like in our every day. Quantum physicists speak of entanglement. Entanglement IS the dream. We are walking and talking, loving and living in a mutually agreed upon reality. I exist on a back drop of what you believe you see around me. I most likely agree with your perception. As we wake up, our consciousness expands to include other beings, dimensions, truths and possibilities. We see things we never noticed before. We are gradually realizing our world works much differently than we were taught. We are One. What does that mean? It means that in some intricate and beautiful way, we are connected. To illustrate, imagine being on the other end of my stick, sort of like a see-saw. When I sit down, you can’t help but be affected. You feel my reaction, and immediately I feel yours – up, down, up, down. In the same sense, you sense my pain, my joy, my love and my anger. You have to. This is how life works. We are One organism, opposite ends of the same stick. We are becoming aware now of the power we hold. It has been deliberately manipulated so that we’d compete with and fight and fear each other. We are not each others enemy. We are connected, very literally. To perpetrate anger at another being only intensifies pain, illness, war and hatred. The results of each are internalized in all of us. No one escapes. We are One. When you look in the mirror today, with gentle smiling eyes, say hello to the world. Love who you see standing there. He is a child of God. She is walking divinity. As we inch towards Agape, we will alter our world. That smile and gentle encouragement is felt by every bit of life in existence. We have access now to this truth. With help from many places and races, our minds and hearts are opening up. As we individually love, it all changes. Generosity and compassion become the order of the day. Empowerment insists on it. Love yourself and we will be blessed exponentially. We are the Ones we’ve been waiting for. See you tomorrow, Sophia |
