 When my sons were very small, they believed themselves rich. Regardless of where we went, this belief was validated. They were surrounded in value, everything was a treasure, and all of it was theirs. Their shelves and pockets overflowed with it all – reminders of adventures. Rocks, feathers, bottle tops, leaves, shells, bits of rope and wire were valuable because they said so.
We are on a Quest. By definition, this means we are looking for something. It would follow then, that this is something we believe we don’t have. Our Quest is for Agape – love of self. And what is love? It is acknowledging worth, seeing value, and holding in a sacred place. It is completely self-defined. What if we all decided right now, to believe ourselves rich? What if we all decided right now, to believe ourselves worthy? We are both. We’ve all felt a sense of anticipation, a waiting. For a long time I’ve said “You are the One you’ve been waiting for.” Today I close with “What are you waiting for? You are the One.” This change was not done lightly. You see, what we are all feeling right now is our own sense of indecision. We are calling it “waiting”. We’ve been handed the keys to the kingdom, only we aren’t sure where to find the door to use them. Love and value are both self-defined. My oldest sons believed themselves rich and worthy until they felt the world tell them otherwise. My youngest refuses to accept the world’s definition and miracle gifts of abundance follow him everywhere. What if we all did the same? Oh I know we’ve been beaten down and it will take constant vigilance, yet what have we got to lose? We are building our reality right now. Let’s declare and decide what’s valuable. I AM Absolute Value. Green pieces of paper are not. I can tell you what are though – trees. What if we decided, as a collective, to trade leaves instead of worthless cash? They are everywhere. Suddenly, no one goes without. The land they grow on becomes a vital asset. We won’t be chopping them down for wider roads or cash producing crops – the trees are valuable. The Rainforest is saved. Worldwide wealth and Natural Resource Conservation becomes possible in the blink of an eye, with one decision; a decision about value. I tell you this, if you knew the power and magnificence that you were – there would be no Quest. The idea of looking for what was there all along would seem like a game of peek – a – boo. It’s only interesting to the baby. She is unaware you’ve never left, and is thrilled each time you show up. Just because you don’t have eyes yet to see, doesn’t mean you aren’t brilliant. Decide and declare right now where the Absolute Value rests. It is in your very Essence, your Eternal Essence. It is there that we connect, like the leaves on the tree. Individual and unique, they spring from One source. What we are waiting for is within our very heart. Freedom, Value, and Agape are but a decision away. Once we see the Value in each of the leaves, we understand the importance of the tree. Unity. What are you waiting for? You are the One. I love you. See you tomorrow, ~Sophia

 Welcome to the Love Quest, which this month coincides with “The Day Of Decision”. This was not planned consciously, yet there are no accidents. It’s time to decide. Agape is a fearless act. Are you up for it? It demands honesty, bravery and belief. In order to love ourselves we must first be aware of whom it is we are loving. The blindfolds are off, the shields are down; ego does not need protection from agape. What we need is acceptance. The only word is “yes”; it answers every protest. “Can I love myself knowing all I’ve done?” “Can I love myself even when I’m angry?” “Can I love myself after I screwed up?” “Can I love all of my human faults?” “Can I trust myself?” “Can I fearlessly scrutinize my body and love all my parts?” “Can I let go of self-blame?” “Can I stop all this judgment?” “Really?” On the face of it, love seems an easy choice. Would I rather be happy and uplifted or frustrated and miserable? Within us, is from where our happiness springs, and the only thing that’ll lift us up permanently. Love is not found “out there” and does not originate anywhere but your own heart. Your loves are reflections of your deepest beliefs about you. Although intellectually the choice is an easy one – our childlike tendency to be thrilled with ourselves has been eroded. Our elders and our society have taught us guilt and judgment and we’ve learned well. This is not truth. We are on a Quest for truth and it must be taken alone. No one but you knows the depths of your self loathing or the images that you fear. It is time now to see clearly. These ideas have not served you. In this year of Revelation we are beginning to see the manipulation and control that was our life. As facts are uncovered and the plans are exposed, we are empowered. We’ve been lied to by every institution we believed in; religion, government, financial, health and education. The time now is not for blame or regret. It is time to rebuild; the moment to love has arrived. Unconditional and fearless agape is what will empower us to demand truth and transparency from each other. For we are worth it. One such as you is a gift to all of mankind. Your arrival was planned and celebrated by all of creation. This moment now is about the realization of your worth; the acceptance of your divinity. We are One. Source energy, God, the Creator or whatever term works for you had a brilliant plan. The success of that plan depends on you. Your part is simply told – you are here to love fearlessly. In doing so, the realization of Oneness is achieved; we will all walk in Paradise.
It is an honor to walk by your side. Our Quest continues for 6 more days, thank you for showing up! We’ve been expecting you. You are the One we’ve been waiting for. Much love. See you tomorrow, Sophia  We are completing our Quest right now. Today is the last day of this journey and we can see our destination. Although it’s always been there, it may well have been invisible. Wrapped in blinders of shoulds and judgments, you could not see Agape. It is obvious to you now. Clear vision is available to us always, yet it sometimes shows up in surprising ways. “Hook” (2003) is a story of finding yourself again, after a long time of loss. The three clips here illustrate the journey. Peter Pan has forgotten how to fly. What he needs is simple; he must find his happy thought. What is your happy thought? From Agape flows a constant stream of smiles. The point of this Quest was to find an eternal source of love. It has been here always, right there in your heart. Love yourself. Robin Williams took on a persona that was not his true nature; he left Never Land to become a Pirate. It took the smallest of the Lost Boys to see the truth; Peter Pan was still there, only hiding. What it took for Peter is a moment of decision; he had to first realize he had lost himself, and then admit he needed help to find the way back. He had to ask. This is the moment we each must create. By joining this Quest you made a choice to look for Love. Will you recognize it when it shows up? This is who you are. What is your happy thought? Find it, tuck it carefully in your pocket and repeat it relentlessly. It must run right through you to work – its power resides in its truth. You must not only believe that it’s true, you must know it. Know who you are. It is love that sources your power and will lift your wings in flight. Neverland or the Next Dimension or just plain happiness; it is found right here. You made it. A constant stream of “Yes!” will assure you never get lost again. Read your happy thought over and over until it remains a part of you. It is. You are meant to fly. Agape means its all okay. You are right on time and we are thrilled you found your way back. This is who you are. A force such as yours could not be denied. The light that is you is brilliant. We are only too happy to bask in your glow. We’ve been expecting you! You are the One we’ve been waiting for! Until next month, with so much love, thank you, Sophia  A solo fishing pole runs towards the lake, taking with it a sneaker clad little boy, holding on to a tackle box. He looks back often, smiling at an older guy who takes his time to catch up. It is a chilly morning. Dark clouds announce the coming rain and this fishing trip will either be a short one or a wet one. It’s not the weather that’s in that young boy’s head, it’s the fishing. Threatening weather, illness or discomfort stops many adventures. When young children are involved it’s different again. Through their eyes, the world becomes a playground. In “Yes Man”, Jim Carrey discovers what he’s been missing with “No”, and falls in love. It’s easy to say no. There are so many valid reasons – not enough time, not enough money, not enough guts, not enough knowledge. It all comes down to lack, which in this world is the physical expression of fear. I began saying yes in 2008, after seeing this movie. Eventually my children caught on and we ate a lot of pizza and ice cream for awhile. I joined some organizations I wouldn’t have normally. I began writing in earnest. I write this blog because 4 years ago I said yes. The anti-drug campaign in the schools around here is titled “Just Say No”. Once I remembered the Law of Attraction, I noticed the futility of that. A great way to attract anything is to surround it in a big red circle and include the word “NO!” What we resist persists. Life is supposed to be fun and we have forgotten. That little boy with his dad or uncle is making a memory; the rain is just mixed in with the story and was never the point. Both will pass quickly, making way for the next moment. Just say yes. Practice for our next moment. Ascension or The Shift or The End Times or the Event or whatever we call it, it’s a new adventure. How are we going to let go and fully experience this massive change if we can’t get out of the house? We’ve chained ourselves in imaginary bonds of fear. This was a deliberate act, perpetrated by those who would enslave us. We are not slaves, we are light workers. Our light dissolves these invisible chains, our love sets us free. Realize in every moment the power you hold. Look up! We are all around you, waiting to meet your gaze. One of us has to begin; it may as well be you. Even going to the grocery store can be a blast when the trip includes some love. That’s the whole point! We are not just background and scenery while you “get your work done”. We are your work! Look around, smile, and connect. It’s incredible how that lifts you up. Say yes, and watch your world conspire to create more for you to love. Our purpose is expansion. We are here to evolve. We came to love. It starts with yes. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. |
