 The thing about this trip is that no one can tell you exactly where it leads. Google doesn't know. Siri doesn't know. The moment of arrival can't be predicted or plotted. Traveling this way is disconcerting at first. In a non-linear world everything is sort of vague and non specific. Surprises are everywhere. Times, deadlines and even destinations have little relevance. What matters is the doing. The Pando reminds me of what we'll find there. The Pando is an ancient clonal colony of quaking Aspen, found in Utah, USA. Estimates of its age start at 80,000 years but reach back to 8 million years old. What is clear is that these trees are connected, but that connection (a single root system) is invisible and sort of a distraction as they are all parts of a single living organism, one of this world's oldest. We are ONE. We exist as separate looking versions of ourselves, with separate sounding opinions, names, birthplaces and histories. Once we reach awareness, it'll sort of be like reaching Utah. We'll look around and notice that everyone looks exactly the same. If we decide to dig deep, we'll see that not only do we look alike above the ground, but we are ONE organism beneath as well. If we decide to ascend to the skies and look down, we'll again see ONE colony of identical trees. There will be no escaping our ONEness. With awareness comes simplicity. No longer are the reasons for your feelings complicated. It will not matter who got there first, who tripped who on the way, or who has the most souvenirs. Once you reach awareness, reasons fall away and whats left is the feeling. There is not a single path to Agape because, like the Pando, roots/connections exist in every direction. As part of the ONE, you will throw out your own shoots along the way. This journey cannot be mapped. The whole point is Agape. Like an invisible root system, this is the binding that forms who we are. It's not like we are separate things, held by an idea. We are one thing. The discovery of that singularity happens and WHAM – you are there. No one can tell you when that will happen. These journeys point to what you'll see along the way; they cannot put into words its magnificence. So, let everything go and you'll be there. It's that simple and the most difficult trip you'll ever take. You are here now to do this. Your success and your arrival is guaranteed. Expect only love and what you'll find is that you were never alone. I've been growing right beside you the whole time, as has every “other” you have known. We all love you. We all ARE you. We are the ones we've been waiting for. This ends our Love Quest for December. We will begin again in January, look for an invite/announcement next week.  You reside in a field of love. Your very base programming begins there. It is the spark of each other that joins you. Isolated, you may appreciate nature and love life, yet it is in human contact that you embody the fierce power of agape. For when you love another, it is not their attributes that are calling to your soul, but a reminder of your own. When you look at each other and are deeply moved, it is because at a fundamental level you understand that there you behold the sacred. It is you that has stirred your own soul. What this moment is about is a shedding of our skin of self-loathing. What is not perfection is not true. The veil that we speak of is not draped between ourselves and others - but hanging, invisibly, as a barrier to the truth. It is you on the other side of that veil - gloriously abundant and here now on purpose. Your vessel will push waves of light cascading over all of creation, creating tsunamis of love. For love is a force. Love is here because you are here. It arrives unbidden whenever you do. It takes a being of unimaginable power to embody divinity. It takes you. We are the one you've been waiting for. ( Repost from August 2012) ~Sophia  We’ve gotten to the end of this Quest and the beginning of the rest of your days. How you feel about yourself in them will, in no small way, determine how much love you experience as a tangible force. There are places you’ll go that are brimming with love. You may meet someone and “fall” in love, have a child and for a time be immersed in the pure energy of newborn love or begin a project you are passionate about and find yourself swimming in the juices of creative love. Each of these situations is temporary. You’ll move through them and wake up one day on the other side, with only you to look forward to. Then what? It’ll be important then to pull out all the stops you’ve typically put on self-love and allow it to continue to flow unrestricted. We talked about them this week, the dark stuff and the “when I am this” stuff. These reasons you carry in your head. The ones preventing Agape cannot reach your heart. You can try to put them there, to tell yourself how unworthy you are or how (fill in the blank) you are, but your heart will have none of it. Your heart cannot lie and it cannot be fooled. The reason you feel so bad whenever you are judging either yourself or a feeling of love you have for another, is because there is a lie in what your head is telling you, and your heart knows it. Love can’t lie. It only knows how to love. This week we pulled out all the ugly and loved anyway. If it didn’t feel good it’s because your head is still trying to run the show and tell your heart what to feel. It won’t work; you cannot change your heart. It only knows love. Allow yourself to be loved. You’ve opened the door to Agape, now let it in. Stand there, warts and all, and demand full acceptance. This may feel like a radical act. It’s the only one you have left. The dirty laundry is hanging on the clothes line in full view. The neighbors have all seen it. Nothing is hidden. Keep standing. What you will discover is parts of you which you’ve been unaware of. You see you can’t cover just the “bad” and “unacceptable” parts without also hiding the rest. You are full out now and available for complete emergence into your life. There is much more to you than you know. Let it come out. As you feel safe, as the judgment leaves, there will be room left for love. You will start to feel okay not just momentarily, but in all of your moments. That okay feeling, if allowed to grow without inhibition, will one day turn into full out adoration. This is the secret very young humans have. What’s pumping through their veins is only love. Their heads have not yet tried to convince them they are wrong. That joy and freedom in their play and the exuberance in their eyes is what lies beneath the cover of judgment and self loathing you carry. Today, leave the cover off and watch yourself rise. You are enough, and all that you “need” to “find” true love. My son calls today “Singles Awareness Day”; a perfect day to complete our Quest. It’s not someone else you are looking for anyway. It’s you. There are no conditions that make you unlovable, no parts of you unworthy. The treasure revealed when you toss off self hatred is one you have never seen. It has been hidden so well, even you were blind to its brilliance. Go ahead, take a peak. Imagine today is your last chance to win the Joy Prize for the rest of your days. Only one more thing to do and it’s all yours. It’s so close you can almost see it. All you have to do is let go. Whatever “reason” you have, and you know them all cold, must be left behind. The only thing capable of accepting Agape is already yours. Your heart feels Agape. It’s been telling you for years. With every good feeling you’ve ever had about someone or something, no matter who or what, its beating self-love. None of this was ever wrong. So leave your head out of it. It will try to convince you otherwise. There is nothing wrong with you and as you accept all your parts, the rest of you will join the party. You cannot partially love or put conditions on Agape. It’s either full acceptance or some degree of discomfort – you’ll have to choose. Whether “single” or one part of a “couple”, you are alone in this. When all is said and done, it comes down to one thing. The self-acceptance you allow is equivalent to the love you feel, regardless of its “source”. It starts and ends with you. The rest of us? We are just some other fun parts, the ride is yours alone. You are the one you’ve been waiting for. Thank you for sharing your journey with me. Thank you. Letter for you on your first day here.  We were wrong about love. We know what it feels like; yet just a few of us know what it looks like. We’ve tagged it with promises, dressed it up with rings, burdened it with contracts and misidentified it with more words – words like loyal, moral and only. Love is not any of these – love is what you are. Without the baggage, love is remarkable. It shoots out at everyone indiscriminately; there are no loyalties or labels. There is no hesitation. Those of us reading this blog have learned the rules of love and either successfully or not, live within those definitions. These new ones, born after December 21, 2012 – could care less about our boxes for love. They’ve arrived with box cutters for the rest of us. These are old souls who may or may not have been here before now. There is no karma; they are here for the party. Connecting with them is like enjoying the buzz with another soul who gets you on every level. It is bliss, and bliss is where they reside. They see and love us equally and exuberantly. Contact with them could be cut off at any moment depending on their interest, yet there is no sense of loss or feeling cheated. On the contrary, you are enlivened and grateful. These individuals get it. They are not here to bash through and change things as the Indigo’s have been described, or to demonstrate compassion and peace as the Crystal children. They are lovers. Those of us who’ve grown up already cannot envision the world they see, not clearly. Our sight is limited and constrained by boxes. Marriage and family, religion and sex, skin color and age, class, income and nation are the walls we see through. They have no such ideas; for them, we are ONE. This is not because they are too little to understand. They are ancient and they understand perfectly. With them comes a new energy, the energy of play, of joy, of unencumbered life and of indiscriminate love. They have no concept of illness or restraint. They do not understand having to do or to hold onto anything. Everything they do is consciously self-driven. They are completely chill; watching and waiting and happy. They will re-define child care, human development and love. Their world has no concept of a box. It is their world we are setting up now. A huge letting go will help us adjust. This doesn’t mean throwing away current commitments or relationships. We’re here with different agendas. It does mean releasing judgments around lifestyles, living arrangements and moral codes. I suspect the highest expression of agape is completely amoral. There can be no restrictions on a being of light. If we are to transcend this density with comfort and ease we’ll take a cue from the newest amongst us. They demonstrate a purity of intent, a focus and a force of passion that until now we’ve never seen. The next time you run into one, reach out energetically and welcome them. They are waiting and will eagerly blast you with enlightenment in physical form. Let them show you what your new world looks like. Without rules and absent limits, it is dripping Agape. Their arrival is solid physical “evidence” that we’ve done it. Your effort, your light and your love have created a world ready for these enlightened ones. It is done. You were the ones you were waiting for. ~Sophia  What is happening now is extraordinary. In this fictional arena called time we are becoming One. It transcends language so hang in there as a telling is attempted. (click picture for audio) Yesterday polarity roared, gasping for breath. There was a moment of confusion. Within reach and in plain sight were the oxygen tanks; familiar and easy to operate. Yet nearby, something else insisted; something new and untested. It was not reached for as much as it arrived, right on time. In one bold moment of unity, agape arrived. It said “I know you. I have seen you. There is nothing you can do to change the way I feel for you. You are no parts distasteful, hateful, repulsive or disappointing. You are me. How can I hurt or hate that which I understand? I am you.” This answer came clothed as a human. Another who knew the question without sound or words; who felt it and responded. Oneness. The oxygen tanks remain unused, we are breathing new air. Oneness transforms everything. It is not taught so much as recognized; learned so much as remembered. The precise moment in which you realize that God has always been within you, you know truth. You are God. As God, there is no other. None to judge. None to blame. None to fight. None to harm. None lesser or greater. Just One. One to love. Yesterday life played its songs and stories, reminding us of what we are doing. We are closing not just a door, but a plot line. Its recurring roles and lives and struggles were lived so that we’d understand completely. We do. We can walk as One now. We can trust each other. We are One, in real time. The walls must fall. It’s the only way. Acceptance of love erases any risk. We must be willingly, unconditionally ourselves. All the walls were glass anyway. We just pretended they were either mirrors or bricks. We’ve moved past the need for pretense. Oneness breathes only love. When you meet another who breathes that air, joy sort of melts from their pores. Look around, it is happening in surprising faces. You can see it in their eyes; agape. If you close your eyes, you can feel it. You’ve been here before. Remember. You are the One you’ve been waiting for. ~Sophia  There’s only one way to create. “Let there be light”, and light IS. The story is simple, straightforward and clear. It did not go – “Let there be light, and let it show up on Saturday, at 2:00 PM GMT, until precisely Midnight GMT, at only these places, while these 11 people are doing these 7 things, NOT these other things, or with these other people, or on this other day or in this other way.” We are Masters, becoming conscious of that fact. We’ve recently been made aware of our value, our ability, our power and the truth of our multi-dimensional existence. It is not that we are sometimes here and sometimes elsewhere, we are always all places. It is not that we are creators some days and not others, we are and have always been Master creators. The difference now is that we are doing so on purpose. Like any new skill, it is gradually assimilated. Through trial and error, we hone the craft. It is brilliant in its simplicity and surprising in its reach. Each moment, every thought, all words are creative. Our wishes, frustrations, joys and disappointments send out a vibe. From there, our life is made manifest. Rather than worry over the multitude of thoughts we hold, we can remember just one; focus trumps all. It is not a person, date, group or method that will grant your wish. It is your intent, belief and focus. If I decide to lose ten pounds and spend my days angry at the numbers on the scale or the image in the mirror, I will end up no closer to my goal at the end of them. My weight will be unchanged most likely, only I’ll be a bit more angry, discouraged and frustrated. If instead I spend time doing things I enjoy and I am active; while dressing to feel good about myself, then I will (feel good). A by product of the increased activity and positive emotion could very well be a loss of weight. In any case, I will be happier, which will attract more of what I enjoy. We’ve been trained as slaves. Slaves expect all things to come from their masters. As we remove the shackles from our own limbs, it’s time to also cut them from those we’ve decided hold the key. The I/UV or any other prosperity/freedom package out there is not the controller of your destiny. You are. Remove your focus on who, how and when and place it solely on what. FREEDOM. ABUNDANCE. UNITY. TRUTH. LOVE. VALUE. ABSOLUTE AWARENESS. These are the attributes of a Master. This is what your life is. Not because Caleb released a piece of software, St. Germaine released the gold or of any other specific event. Because this is what you are. You are not becoming anything new. You are realizing your very own truth. A caterpillar has always held the makings of a butterfly, albeit unaware. You have within the attributes of Mastery. The controllers have effectively convinced you of your need for something outside yourself. You have no need, you are Gods. Aim your focus squarely on freedom; watch heaven manifest before your eyes. This is more about belief than faith. Faith can distract you with details and descriptions of what is not happening. Know the truth of creation; “what you see is what you get.” Declare it every day and let it go. Live your life knowing who you are. Nothing is more important than agape. As our self-love encompasses Oneness, our focus incorporates joy for all of us. There can be no disappointment in a life fully and intentionally lived. All moments are expected, experienced fully and appreciated. With gratitude for each component of us and for every part played, stay present in the Now. From there all of life begins. As we let go of our death grip of expectation on those most visible players of this end game, we’ll see an exponential increase in effect. Only we can do this. This is what Masters do, we support the whole. You empower each other and in turn, propel us all towards absolute knowing. You are the One. ~Sophia  Welcome to our 5th day. You probably don’t want to hear methods or ideas or best routes to our destination. You probably just want to feel amazing. We are shooting for fantastic. Agape and Freedom promise spectacular. Contemplating both, here’s what your day looks like: You leap out of a warm comfortable bed. Remember how you did that as a kid? You can’t wait to see what comes next! You run into the kitchen and enjoy a meal of fresh food, which you have plenty of. You then spend the day engaged in DOing. Your “work” includes always your passion. You are unrestricted in where you can do this and how you can do this and who you can do this with. You are acknowledged for your unique brilliance and enjoy contributing. Life is your stimulant. What is absent are rules, requirements, debt. There is nothing you “should” BE or DO. You are Free to choose. Love is not something you longing for – it is everywhere. You may or may not live with a “significant other” but it won’t matter – all are significant for you. You don’t have to hold on to Love with an iron grip. You Trust. Love is. When you look into the eyes of humanity you see it there. This is what fills you. Excess amounts of anything are no longer necessary to complete and thrill you. Living full out is your drug. Loving absolutely is your high. This way of life is ours today, if chosen. No longer willing to commit to ownership and its resulting slavery systems, we must commit to ourselves. Freedom is full time. Love is constant focus. We have to yank ourselves out of anything other than fantastic. Tell ourselves the Truth until every corner of our BEing believes it, and shouts “Yes!” You are a BEing of Light – embodied. Source had a thought, an imagining, and you were shot forth. The thought went like this “What would it be like to experience the fullness of creation as ( …fill in the blank )?” You are not your body or your role or your relationship or your failure or your success. You are light, a bit of source, experiencing life. There are no parts of you unworthy. You are the stuff of Gods, Source in a human suit and beholden to none. Commit to this Truth. Look in the mirror and greet God. Look around and say hello to the sacred. Walk gently and with a deep knowing of respect, feel the Earth and all of us whom she supports. Honor the task set forth when Source imagined you. Create Amazing. You are all that has ever been required. You are enough. You are Eternal Essence Embodied. Nothing could be more fantastic. What are you waiting for? You are the One. I love you, thank you. See you tomorrow, ~Sophia  Welcome to our 4th day. We are right between the beginning and the end of this Quest. Consider unconditional self love. Do you have it? What is stopping you? The words “but” and “if” and “when” and “almost” have no place in a sentence with Agape. You either do or you don’t. You can’t be a little bit pregnant. You can’t be a little bit Agape. It is the same with Freedom. You can’t be partially Free. Either someone else pulls your strings, or they don’t. You know now, the Truth. The “other” only shows up as a reflection of your state of BEing. So the questions come again – Are you Free? Do you Love yourself? Look around, you are surrounded with your answer. You are looking for an unrestricted life. Consider the birds. When the spirit moves them, they fly. Watch a toddler. She wears, plays, sings and does whatever makes her feel fabulous. She Loves her toes, her voice, her body, herself. The bird flies Free. There is Source. Between you and Source is merely a thought – know yourself. I AM. Everything beyond that is experience and the reason you are here. You are able to imagine yourself restricted or limited or unworthy. Yet these are not reflections of Truth. They are illusions. Those mirrors have been taken down. The Truth is Eternal Essence – the place where Gods hold hands. It exists in exuberance, excitement, laughter, joy, passion, brilliance, Love. It is Agape. For the One you are loving without restraint has 7 billion Eternal Hearts. They know who they BE. They are watching you remember. What are you waiting for? You are the One. See you tomorrow, ~Sophia  We’ve embarked on yet another Quest. For two years we’ve travelled together and still there is further to go. For we have not seen what we are searching for, and we are associative learners. Repetition and familiarity jog our memories. There is nothing familiar about Absolute Freedom. Unconditional Love is sovereignty. “Thou shalt have no other Gods before me.” Realize what the words mean. Examine the Gods in your life. Who or what is preventing you from Love Absolute? To Love is a fearless act. Freedom is something we like to hear tales about and fight for. Yet fight and freedom are oxymorons. You must not fight for that which you are. You must accept that which you are and BE. For we are One. There is no other. Love is your very essence and to realize itself does not require a fight. Do your lips argue over which is right? How could you kiss without the upper? How could you kiss without the lower? The Gods before you have demanded subservience. You may say, “I have only one God.” Yet I tell you this, any person, idea, law, situation or belief that requires your compliance before you are accepted – is a “God before you.” You require nothing. Agape is the force that propels your BEing. You have come to this life fully prepared to embrace your truth within a sea of falsehoods. For Agape and Freedom are synonymous. You are not here to be inhibited or limited or diminished. You are here to realize and be the essence of Eternal Love. In our everyday, since we are on a Quest, this demands a noticing. Step back from your interactions and examine your role in them. Are you, at any moment, giving up a bit of yourself? For Love is Free. It makes no demands. It has no requirements. There is not another who can take it from you, all is given. If you feel you are controlled you have given your power away. To reclaim it, merely stand. You carry the truth, and regardless of the shouting and the doubting, the truth will not be stopped. You are Free. What would you do right now if you were unlimited? I tell you this – you are. So the question then becomes, what are you waiting for? You are the One. See you tomorrow, ~Sophia  You have not come this far to stop now. You are at the starting gate and the race is already won – ONE. Do you see?
The struggle you feel is habitual. You have come to love it because it has been a part of you for all that you currently remember of you. You’ve known all along that you are love and now, with Truth at your doorstep, you hesitate. If struggle is not love, then what is? How will you know that this door opens to truth? It is not with your eyes, ears or body for discernment – but your heart. Trust what fills you. It is not about anyone else. You are not uplifted or depressed from the action or inaction of another. It is only you. The love that you are has immeasurable worth. You are unlimited. Your accounts could be filled tomorrow with billions and the emptiness will not be sated. Your value is, was, and always has been – within. It is here that the shift occurs. Around you many things are changing, yes. They always will. Inside you is the light; always the beacon, waiting for the fog to clear. It’s clearing now. What does a beacon do without a dense layer of fog to penetrate? It shines. It bursts forth with clarity, merging with all the other beacons who’ve come out of the fog. You see, the fog became so much a part of us, it became our self-definition. We are great at pushing through. It’s what we do. Well, we did it. It is done. Time to let go of old constructs and see what else these lights can do. Your worth does not rest in your bank account. Your worth does not rest in your physical looks, accomplishments or abilities. Your worth IS. You have never been told this truth but you’ve always known it. With every uncomfortable feeling when being restricted, you knew. You knew as a child and you know now. You are worthy. Period. End of story. Our light has replaced the fog completely. Allow yourself to know this truth. There are no numbers big enough to indicate your value. Let got of whatever is stopping your joy. You are unlimited. Feel it. BE.
