 We are swimming in a sea of possibility. Whatever we desire is right here. All that’s missing is focus. This is all created by us. Thoughts attract more and more of whatever they look or feel like. We know this. We’ve heard it before. Yet we persist in accepting what life “deals” to us. Why? Creation requires active thought. The word “energize” works here. It is an action; it is a doing. You cannot sit still while energizing, and you are never still. Always a thought is emerging on the tail of the one before it. This being that you are is a creation machine! You’ve been so without awareness. It is the time now to be so consciously. Why is the Energizer Bunny so memorable? He keeps going and going – through every frame. He never stops; just like creation. You are creating now and now and now and now – creation keeps going and going and going and going. There are bunnies everywhere this week. Awareness is the first step towards consciousness. We are in every frame of our lives, just like the bunny. As we enter each, we create the next. This movie we are making has never been written. Only one thing is sure about the ending; it will be everything we’ve ever dreamed of. That’s how it works. We don’t have to know precisely how it happens, we only need believe. We came here knowing we’d have help and believing in ourselves. We came prepared. There are times we may sound as if we want a savior, yet those times are akin to that baby bird who doesn’t know it has wings, just before mama bird pushes him out of the nest. We can fly. This is not said as a metaphor or lightly, by any means. These are desperate times. All of our resources are being called into action. We knew this would happen and it has. It is. The fear you may be experiencing is not as it seems. Collection notices and “officials” are merely calling you out – it is your own power that frightens you. Consider the following: “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.  There is plenty of polarity to go around. Revolutions all over the globe offer up a world view that is anything but united. We are pushing the limits, testing the restraints, seeing just how far it will hold before it breaks. Children do this. Place a limit or a rule on the behavior of a child and he’ll immediately almost break it and watch what happens. If there is no reaction she’ll move closer to breaking it, awaiting the repercussions. If they are not decisive enough – the rules are blatantly ignored; to hell with the consequences! What has been forbidden is just too good to ignore, at any cost. Despite every effort to the contrary, oneness is upon us. We as a species have seen beyond the chains that bind us. We’ve decided that’s where we want to be; indeed we’ve discovered our truth. There will be no stopping this shift until our unity is palpable on every shore and in each heart. We’ve done this ourselves. There has been One force that enlivened our transformation and that force is love. We have chosen love. As my son said a few days ago, we’ve tried everything else. Nothing else works. It is the truth of our very essence that is our power. We are love. We are moving very quickly now towards the galactic alignment that we’ve been told will signify the end of duality, a shift in our way of life. Despite predictions and promises, none of us actually knows what it’ll look or feel like, not exactly. Yet there is one thing that can be surmised from even a cursory view at current headlines. We are coming together as never before. Whether this is due to a criminal banking system, a corrupt government or a natural disaster; we have joined hands, hearts and minds to find solutions. This is unity. It gets stronger every day and is felt in surprising places. The energy of our light is so very powerful. It’s broken through the cabal-inflicted darkness and flooded the place. There is nothing we can’t do. This simple decision, to love, is transforming the world. You are, without exception, exquisite. Take a look into your eyes today and say hello to a piece of divinity. You did it! You have hung in there at every impossible moment and met each obstacle. You are here now because of your sheer will and absolute love. In truth, many times it wasn’t that much fun. You stayed anyway. You’re doing a great job. I’m not sure what precisely you are here to do, yet I can tell you will full confidence what you are here to feel. You are here to experience agape. With every ounce of emotion you have, love yourself. You are one in seven billion and absolutely perfect. God, in putting this whole thing together, needed just one more piece in order to pull it off. That piece is you. You complete the puzzle; it is now a work of art. This masterpiece that is creation is alive and crawling with artists. Each moment there’s a new stroke, a bold color, or a subtle nuance added. We are the painters and the patrons, the brushes and the paint, the canvas and the pencils, the mind, heart and soul of this work. Our masterpiece evolves as we breathe in and out…love. This world is an emission of our brilliance, a product of our combined agape. Our eyes behold the reflection of One. There is no other who holds the brush; this work is our very own. We are the One we’ve been waiting for.  The day of decision has arrived unannounced. I noticed just a few moments ago. It did not look the way I expected it to. There are big plans for the world wide meditation tomorrow. I can't wait for it. I love a real good group meditation...I love the FEEL of US as ONE. I have only had a few of these, the ones that sort of knock me over with our power and unity and love, but they move me to places I didn't know I could go. The global effort we are about to undergo promises to catapult all of us. This day, the subject of this blog, is different. It is not waiting for a moment, it is here now. I have decided. I have spent months in preparation and discussion and anticipation for change and magic and help. I mentioned in May that for us, for my family and myself, the money was just about gone. We could no longer feed the banksters and corrupt ones with our pennies, we needed them to pay for food and gasoline. Once you stop paying, there is a pause. Oh, the bills keep arriving but without any immediate repercussions or sense of urgency. They are easy to ignore. It changes after a bit. A sense of urgency is applied, anxiety enters. There was a time when I was anxious, then I became angry, then I began to search for solutions. To be perfectly frank, I think we were hoping for some magic someplace in there...so that we'd never have to deal with the searching part. Well, the magic did not come from the heavens. There was no "answer from above". The solutions we discovered sort of worked, for a month or so. But with no change in our ability to work or to prosper financially, they too were ineffective. Somewhere in there, the deciding commenced. This was a criminal way to live. We were not criminals. We were love. It was insanity. I have four children, a college education, a home and a cat. I am smart and have paid both income and property taxes for decades. I have not participated in any criminal activity. I write inspirational material about love and empowerment. I serve food to the homeless, deliver meds to shut ins and care to handicapped children. Yet I cannot afford to buy my son a new pair of shoes. I decided to do something. We are no longer waiting, we are doing. Our unsecured debt is being handled by a legal advocate consortium. Our mortgage by several other legal groups. This allows us to get help, using large numbers of us as a cushion to reduce our legal fees and inflate the power of our voices. We are no longer answering invasive questions or responding to telephone calls from banks. We have taken the controls back. I chose today's picture because, well, it expresses how I feel. It sums up my decision, and I hope yours as well. You are not losers or layabouts, slaves or subservient citizens. You're awesome. You're divine bits of the One Source, the battery of everything. This bill? This set back? This illness? This condition? It is temporary. You're bigger than all of it, better than what you've been told and brighter than the brightest star. This is our moment and the time for our choice. Two days ago I posted a beautiful video. It was a profound expression of what we are doing and what we have done. It was moving and empowering. It was also subsequently REMOVED. This is sad, but also great news. The effects of our choosing are being felt everywhere. When I told my partner, he replied "Awesome! Now you can get arrested!" What he meant was, people now know who we are. The love being realized is changing the planet. You are the One we've been waiting for.  There hasn’t been much to say these last few days. Not for lack of movement, but for an overwhelming need for silence. It’s as if all of my words are being used up on the inside; there are no residuals remaining for this blog.
There has been a shift, and a clearing. What stands in the place of a mind compelled to “do” is a soul content to “be”. The world looks different. On a physical level I sleep deeply, dream intensely and remember little. The mental chatter has all but stopped. There were headaches for the last week or so, but they too have left me. Eating is different somehow; addictions to any particular food are gone right now. It’s not like the challenges are gone from my life, it’s that they look merely like things to take care of. They are not definitions of anyone; they are scenes in a play. All around there is evidence of a different way to approach life. I brought my car in for service and received an unexpected Reiki healing, from the shop manager, right there in the showroom…what a gift! Our children initiated some unexpected and unprecedented deep heart conversations...which if you have kids you know is beyond wonderful. Everywhere I look there is healing and renewal. The news reports won’t be the place to find evidence of this shift. It will be told in our hearts. Mine has opened more than I realized was possible. It came unexpected and was not orchestrated by my mind. Although you’ll hear and read of progress on financial and government fronts, the real answer will come from deep within you. Everywhere now, folks are rising up. We are answering the call in so many ways. Evidence surrounds us. It wasn’t long ago we were a people mentally enslaved and seemingly without choice. Our self definition has radically altered. Thanks to thousands of lightworkers and millions of people with hundreds in the headlines – we have found our voice. It is a voice holding every possible range and it speaks just one song – freedom. Unity is not something that will arrive overnight. It has been building and becoming. It is. We are One. Our realization of that truth is bringing us out of the closet. We help each other without expectation. We join hands in protest and in song. We talk out loud about our “Galactic Families”, about ending the corruption and creating joy; about the importance of love. It is not exactly as we expected; it is so much better. We are allowing ourselves to seamlessly morph into Oneness. Who else but humans could do it this way? We are experiencing the fullness of our own evolution, individually and collectively. It has all the elements of life we came here for; tension, anticipation, surprise, pain, pleasure, defeat, success and love. We did this. We are doing this right now. We are performing beyond anyone’s wildest expectations. Maybe help hasn’t arrived from the skies because we are doing just fine. Everyone is watching; it’s all good. This is happening. It is happening because we say it is. We know who we are and we are doing what it is we came to do, perfectly. We are awesome! Great job! We are the One we’ve been waiting for. Much love, Sophia  I am filled with hope, love and excitement for what is to come. Something has changed recently and although I cannot show you a picture of what it was, I can tell you what I see. I see all of us right.
There are so many versions of truth. What if they were all correct? We stand today a divided planet. There are nations and within them states and within them counties and towns. Within the towns there are men, women and children; from every nation, following every religion, team, political party, interest and sexual preference. Within each of these you will find a belief so strong that it seems unchangeable. Here is a version of life I am coming to resonate with, for it allows for every difference. We are all right. The Cabal has infiltrated the speaking of the “Channels”, while there are some authentic “Channels” as well. There are man made ships as well as off world ships. There is both divine and human intervention. There is a dark force looking for domination and destruction while there are very human men and women who have followed the “service to self” route all on their own. There are “Archons” wreaking havoc and there are Alphabet agencies of human beings carrying out criminal agenda’s. All stories contain truth. Everyone is right. Everyone is love. You chose to be part of a grand plan – to lift the Earth out of the darkness she has been in; to ascend. The stories are all true. You are here to participate, not because you are better than anyone else, but because it is time now to restore balance to the Earth. The depths of the darkness demanded a great deal of light. You are that light. There are forces for balance and forces for destruction and forces for peace. The sacred texts speak truth, although the literal interpretations have led to division and speculation and misunderstanding. Many of them were taken out of context, which does not negate their value, or make them irrelevant. The force that yields the greatest power is the force for One. You are that force. The One has asked for a great influx of light to the earth right now because there is an imbalance; the dark/destruction has seized and held this planet for long enough. Our work is not complete. The balance must be maintained once it is achieved. We have free will. Man chose this path. We have been (unknown to our conscious selves) collectively in service to a destructive force. This force has one goal and it is absolute – it creates and then destroys as a show of power – absolute power. That is its only purpose. War, ownership and corruption are its methods. When it realizes there are no longer possibilities for domination it moves on – it has. Its minions, the Archons/Illuminati, do not realize yet that the game is over. They will continue. Like chickens without heads, they are unaware and still running around, doing whatever chickens do. This is where the free will of man comes into play. Man must now continue to make a stand against destruction by resisting those efforts. He will be helped by off world sources if he chooses to be helped. We have to ask for help, not ask to be “saved”. We do not need a savior; we are here to save ourselves. We are the One. We have come here ourselves, to save ourselves, in service to humanity; the One. It would appear that we have asked. Although our history is filled with darkness, the overall picture of things is not. We must get past the horror and disbelief of our past and move on to action in our present. It is time to do what we feel called to do. There are many possibilities. We’ve learned that there is corruption in our banks, corporations, religions and governments – we can start just about anywhere. Think of things to do that will no longer support a self-destructive system. Self reliance and collaboration is key. It’s not necessary that we all get on the same train, yet it is time to start moving. We are here with purpose. We are here to love absolutely. This may not always be easy, but it is necessary and will alter our world. Balance means that both sides always exist. This is the lesson of every spiritual teacher we’ve encountered. The earth is a template for growth and evolution. The challenges propel us; we are here for the stimulus they offer. We have come to learn. We are Master creators. We know what to do. We all planned this party, ages ago. We are the One we’ve been waiting for.  We are completing our Quest right now. Today is the last day of this journey and we can see our destination. Although it’s always been there, it may well have been invisible. Wrapped in blinders of shoulds and judgments, you could not see Agape. It is obvious to you now. Clear vision is available to us always, yet it sometimes shows up in surprising ways. “Hook” (2003) is a story of finding yourself again, after a long time of loss. The three clips here illustrate the journey. Peter Pan has forgotten how to fly. What he needs is simple; he must find his happy thought. What is your happy thought? From Agape flows a constant stream of smiles. The point of this Quest was to find an eternal source of love. It has been here always, right there in your heart. Love yourself. Robin Williams took on a persona that was not his true nature; he left Never Land to become a Pirate. It took the smallest of the Lost Boys to see the truth; Peter Pan was still there, only hiding. What it took for Peter is a moment of decision; he had to first realize he had lost himself, and then admit he needed help to find the way back. He had to ask. This is the moment we each must create. By joining this Quest you made a choice to look for Love. Will you recognize it when it shows up? This is who you are. What is your happy thought? Find it, tuck it carefully in your pocket and repeat it relentlessly. It must run right through you to work – its power resides in its truth. You must not only believe that it’s true, you must know it. Know who you are. It is love that sources your power and will lift your wings in flight. Neverland or the Next Dimension or just plain happiness; it is found right here. You made it. A constant stream of “Yes!” will assure you never get lost again. Read your happy thought over and over until it remains a part of you. It is. You are meant to fly. Agape means its all okay. You are right on time and we are thrilled you found your way back. This is who you are. A force such as yours could not be denied. The light that is you is brilliant. We are only too happy to bask in your glow. We’ve been expecting you! Let go – everything you’re hanging on to because of fear, or are doing a certain way because of fear, or not doing at all because of fear – is time now to take care of. This is the end of duality. You have chosen this. You have confirmation many places – here, your body, an assortment of scribes and teachers. All of these sources are telling you:
- You have chosen this - You are changing - No one else knows how it’s going to go because you are creating how it’s going right now You have to let go. You have to let go. YOU HAVE TO LET GO. It is time. No longer do these very dense beliefs hold any fascination. You understand now the fragile nature of this dream. It’s been constructed, intentionally, by those who understood how it worked. For hundreds of years the plan has been laid and carried out. They utilized the power of emotion and set about to create a world of beings willing to give everything up for a cause. It didn’t matter the foundation, so several were chosen: - Religion - Wealth - Patriotism - Power Our minds have been filled with words and images, all of them resulting in blind obedience, subservience, greed, violence and separation. We have been taught to ignore our inner calling. Today though, it is more like our inner voice has a microphone! Shouting above the mainstream din are words of love, power, peace and unity. We’ve not heard this volume before and our bodies and minds are wrenched back and forth with the noise. The competing vibrations threaten to pull us apart, or so it seems. Should we listen to the side that is familiar? “Obey” “Be afraid” “Send us your money” “Hate this human” “Fight” Should instead, we follow this other voice? “You and I are the same” “We are One” “Love is the answer” “Above all, love yourself” Which is right? Which is wrong? How do we discern? Help!!! No one has a twelve step program for this one. This dimension is an addiction that’s never been released, until today. We are writing the steps right now. We are not doing so without help. We have teachers with processes and meditations, groups and seminars, books and workshops, videos and diets. If there was ever a time to utilize them, it is now. There is wisdom all around. It comes from the core of us. We are each others teachers. We have come to show the way. If you feel drawn to a particular web site, channel or conference – go there. It does not mean the others are wrong; there is truth in every creation. Some days a certain passage may sound brilliant and be just what you needed. While other days it would hold no relevance. Such is the nature of the times we are in. Each day is a new adventure. I feel either ten, twenty, fifty or eighty years old in alternating moments. I cook when I feel loss or anxiety. Yesterday I got some unexpected news that set me back. It was a huge “IT IS TIME TO LET GO” message. This happened as I was beginning to do some preserving. Today we have a zillion jars of fruit preserves. Washing, coring, cutting, and cooking apples were yesterday’s therapeutic processes. Now I guess that’s not a bad choice, yet I wonder if I would have enjoyed the whole day a bit more if it included flexibility. I’m hanging on with an iron grip. It’s time for some specific guidelines. I suspect unexpected news will come fast and furious these next three months. Perhaps, because we are used to naming things and following rules, we need to invent the list for our “3D ANONYMOUS”. Here is the first rule: 1. Let go. When surprised, frightened or angry, let it go. Today it’s a rigid belief – tomorrow it’ll be an entire dimension. This is good practice. Inelia Benz (ascension101.com) has some wonderful exercises that work for me, (perhaps I should have remembered this yesterday… ;). Yet it doesn’t matter how you do it, it matters that you do it. Let go. I don’t know precisely what Ascension looks like, yet I do know that I’ll be moving from one frequency to the next. Like tuning in to an FM station on my radio, I have to let go of whatever happens to be playing on AM. Experience tells me that my FM station has fewer commercials and a richer sound; altogether a better experience. I am betting 5D will be much the same. In fact, I’m creating it to be. Step 1. Let go. We have come to embrace our dreams. We are here to create the manifestation of truth – love. This is who we are. We are the One we’ve been waiting for.  We wake up each day, holding within us the keys to the kingdom. A force, if unleashed, which could alter our world. We’ve been unaware. No longer. Those that have held us in their grasp have minimized, sentimentalized, diminished and sexualized love. In an intentional effort to hide from us our most powerful asset, they’ve crafted a heart shaped emotion used only on special days or with certain people. They would have us believe the love of power surpasses the power of love. In our very dense, 3D existence, they’ve created an illusion that in all appearances looks true. The kings, presidents, banksters and power elite have all the money and wield all the control. We’ve allowed that to happen because we’ve been asleep. The few of us that woke up and tried to warn us were gone before we knew it. Not today. Many of us are rousing from our slumber. We are paying attention now. What we are here to do is love fiercely and completely and absolutely. Love is not a greeting card. Love is a force. The cabal understands power by force and control; on that playing field, they hold all the cards. They do not know what love can do, although they suspect. That’s why it has been reduced to a sexual game. It is the only thing they understand; competition and conquest, fight and win, then own. Love is none of that. Love is a raw, deep and powerful emotion. It is unmistakable. Love is never felt inappropriately or misdirected. Love is truth. The chill that runs through your body when you feel someone’s touch or hear or read certain words is love. Love expresses itself to you in the grocery store, in the bedroom, in the board room and on the street. It is life and it is just oozing out of everything! These “holders” of our civilization are not going to give up. They know only the love of power and will stop at nothing to win it all. It is up to us to show them the power of love. With every ounce of generosity you have, love them. Visualize them encased in love. They too are human and on their own evolutionary path. They have corrupted this world and are comfortable in its’ atmosphere of fear and control. A climate of unconditional love will no longer feed them. They’ll have no choice but to move on. Sometimes it becomes necessary to remove a few rotten apples from the basket to save the bushel. This is where we are today. It will take strength, determination and absolute unconditional love to do so. Hate is no longer an option. We’ve been there and know where that’s gotten us; division, segregation, poverty, war and pollution. Our playing field is one of love. It looks like removal without destruction, education not punishment, collaboration not control. We are here to unite, not separate. We have come to show the way. September 16, 2012 – October 16, 2012 has been called the time of choosing. What world will you choose? It is changing and today we are at choice for which way it goes for us. Your heart is big enough to love our oppressors. It is, I am sure of this. Loving them does not mean you want them over for dinner. It means you understand they are you. As fellow pieces of the whole, bits of divinity, they are sacred; as are you. Show us what your love can do. Your feelings are not about them anyway, not really. Your feelings are about you. You are worthy and wonderful, powerful and perfect and so ready for this. Just love, it is what you came to do. It is time. We are the One we’ve been waiting for.  It is a gorgeous Fall day. The sky is that blue you only see this time of year. The clematis, deep purple and violet, seem to push along the fence as I watch, eagerly getting in one good spurt before their exit.
The sounds are different. The crickets, as ever, provide background but I wonder about that propeller I hear from the sky, perhaps a helicopter. What’s missing are the voices of the children, school has them captive and quiet. The dogs are inside as well today. I hear an occasional muffled bark from behind closed doors. Summer is about over. Birds surround the property, enjoying the almost empty yard, along with the dragonflies. These are the things I’ll hang on to – crisp Fall days, the sound of birds, vibrant flowers, and brilliant skies. Creation is only amplified as we evolve. The most accurate tool we possess is our emotions. The stronger we feel around a person, place, thing, or event, the speedier is our manifestation. I am blissful; this day will get a repeat. What has been kept from us is the power we hold in our emotions. As we unleash our true feelings, our core focus emits an ever stronger frequency. We get more of and quickly, whatever we strongly react to. Emotion is emotion. Positive or negative are irrelevant. It is the strength of the feeling that creates MORE. The Universe is operating on magnetic attraction. Our feelings are powerful attractors. We are entering a pivotal time. Let’s keep our eyes on the prize, and focus on the world we’d like to keep. There can be brilliant skies above us with striking flowers at our feet while we live, surrounded in fields of love. Fear may rise up. When it does, remember your creative power, and let it go. For best results, it is best to do it in a quiet and private space and working through a list of fears you have written beforehand. Sit or lie down comfortably with your back straight and close your eyes. Breathe in deeply and slowly into your abdomen, then breathe out as fast as you can. Repeat, breathe in slowly, then out as fast as you can. And once more, breathe in slowly and slowly, then out fast. Now continue breathing at your own pace. Scan you physical body from head to toe, to find the energy of fear. Look for fear. If you cannot find it, read one of your fear items in your list and scan your body again. Once you find fear in your body, simply look at it. Don’t analyze it, just look at it. Allow it to be there. Allow it to exist. Allow it to grow and to be. It could be a physical discomfort, such as a knot, a pain, a location of energy, or through a thought or memory, or it could be just the emotion of fear. Just look at it. Observe it. Feel it. Allow it to be here. And say, “fear, you are welcome here.” Welcome here. Welcome fear and allow it to grow. Let it get bigger and bigger. Allow it to grow, and grow... as big as it can go Let it be as big as it can possibly get. Allow it to express itself to you. But don’t analyze. Simply allow whatever comes. Whether words, thoughts, memories, Follow it if it changes into another emotion, or changes locations in your body. Whatever it does, welcome the new expression. “you are welcome here, thought... you are welcome here emotion, words, memories, you are welcome here fear.” You are welcome here. Watch it. Observe it. Now, allow yourself to get closer and embrace fear in whatever expression it has chosen. give it light and love, and allow it to exist. Thank it for whatever job it had for you, for being with you for so long. Now, release it into Oneness. Allow it to go free back into Source. Breathe deeply now. As you breathe in, breathe in light and love. And as you breathe out, allow that light and love to go to and fill the space where fear used to be. Now, simply breathe deeply and slowly. Breathing in light and love, and as you breathe out, allow that light and love to expand throughout your body and out into your environment. Now, scan your body from your toes to your head and see if there is any of that fear left. If so, repeat the exercise straight away. If not, you can use your list to repeat the exercise, or end now by opening your eyes and having a good stretch. Repeat this exercise every day until there is no more fear in your life.
