 The choice has been made. There is no longer a wondering. I know. Things like “Why?” and “How?” just aren’t there. Doubt is gone. I am here. I am. There’s no question of success or judgment.
I woke up today, as I do most every day lately, not feeling slept out. The hours asleep seem to have no effect on the outcome; they could be 4 or 10. There is this feeling of “being pulled through a knot hole” that I wake up with each morning. Yet it’s okay today. Not a problem. I know it’ll be all right. Abundance, health and success are assured. I have no doubts. In 3D terms, what’s right before my eyes is not pretty. Yet my focus is not there. It’s not that it doesn’t matter; it’s that it’s not real. The difference is subtle. “Back in the day” my financial, physical and emotional state was how I defined my life. If things were good on those fronts, then I was too. Today those parts of my life are hanging by a thread – yet I’m okay. They are not who I am. I know that now. I have always known this intellectually, and even felt it at times. This morning I am aware on a visceral level of my truth. We are not our circumstances. We are source material, walking around in human suits. You are not defined by your life. Your life is an expression of what you’ve chosen to experience. You are free to choose fear, illness, poverty, joy, vitality or abundance. As soon as you release one you can check out another. All are potential expressions of the One. You are an expression of the One, holding every potential. It’s all here for you. The colors you are seeing right now are just your current favorites. Your palette has every shade. They can be mixed more than 7 billion ways. We are here to paint a world as she embodies new form. How she looks depends on her perspective and our belief. Believe in her beauty and as you walk on her today your reflection will embody that truth. It comes every moment to our perception. We are holding the brushes in hand, artists in the midst of creation. This is our masterpiece. Take your brush and apply love liberally. Every facet of this piece is waiting for your touch. You know exactly what is needed and are focused right now on the part most in need of your expert hand. It is love – your unique brand of divinity – that will complete this work. May as well begin today! You are the One we’ve been waiting for.

 Free will is an interesting idea. We can choose. There is no cosmic decider making our decisions for our own good. It comes always to us.
As a child when I heard about free will I thought “How free is it really? When, if you make the wrong choice, this thunderbolt God will strike you down.” I was 8 years old; the beginnings of my questioning. I am no longer a child, and today I question pretty much everything. We’ve been lied to and it no longer matters if it was deliberate or not, not really. What matters are the choices we make. In this year of 2012 our eyes are being opened. I must admit that mine are like a deer caught in headlights – they are wide open. As each day and new revelation passes, our choices become informed choices. We are no longer feeling around in the dark, hoping not to anger the lender or God or official we are dealing with. With an idea of what’s really going on, we are claiming our place as sovereign beings of light, living in a reality that’s been controlled and manipulated by those who serve only themselves. The choice to worship, fear, listen to or obey these beings is always ours; free will. What will you choose? The effects of your choice will play out in your every day. Realize that this choice is not evidenced only with your actions. It is demonstrated with your heart. What we haven’t been told is the truth of our own power. We’ve grown up in a manipulated world, trusting logic over intuition. The wisdom you hold is found in your heart. Its perceptual capabilities exceed those of your brain. If you nourish those, and approach each decision from a heart space rather than a head space, your will is free. Those that have controlled us have done so with our head. They fed us information to cause fear and obedience, worship and subservience. With your heart engaged, those emotional reactions are negated. There is no fear in love. Oneness is already understood at a deep visceral level. The ancients got it. When you hear stories of the wisdom keepers and their traditions and methods, you doubt them. That is your head, which has been fed untruths and limitations your entire life. Listen with your heart. If what you hear is truth, you’ll know what to do. Lies feel heated and uncomfortable and can be frightening. Trust. The answers to all questions are within. Your heart will lead you to information, places and people that stimulate your own knowing. “This above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man.” from Hamlet, by Shakespeare We are the One we’ve been waiting for.  Welcome to our second day! With a full heart, for all the love found here, let’s begin. It is not true, not ever, that you are alone. Now, you may feel alone and look lonely, yet this is part of the illusion. The illusion of separation has been so powerfully magnified, we have even imagined isolation. If only you could step way back and see the magnificent being that is you, surrounded by the rest of us, you would know for certain this could never be true. We are One. You’ve been given this body, these eyes and heart to explore in tangible, physical ways what it is to love. To love in human form is an honor. Not every being has had this opportunity. You do. The physical world you inhabit is exquisite. Your eyes behold each finger, toe and body part, while sensing each gentle breeze, hot shower and passionate embrace. Your nose smells home cooked food today and memories fill your mind of another time and meal. Your senses are inundated 24/7 while your heart beats out “Love-Love-Love-Love”. To make sense of it all is a challenge. You look on the scale and see a few more pounds or hear your mate or child or parent complain and you imagine yourself imperfect. This is illusion and deep within you sense the truth. All the while, your heart is beating “Love-Love-Love-Love”. The din of society, government, anguish and fear threatens to drown out the truth of your heart. You heart will not be silenced. As long as you are here in the physical, it will continue, synchronized with mine and everyone else’s; “Love-Love-Love-Love”. To love is a privilege. One such as you only comes around once. There is no other who walks in your shoes. Only you understand what resides in your heart and propels your life. This is good news. It means, my fellow human, that there is no one who is better equipped to love you than yourself. For regardless of relationship, you will always be the closest friend you have. Love yourself. Be careful and tender; listen and allow. There is a reason for every emotion, thought, word and deed. You would not waste your time here in fruitless pursuits. You are a component of divinity, an integral part of the fabric of humanity. We are not complete without your particular thread. Be patient with yourself. Treat yourself as you would an honored guest – you are. Here now to help us all, you have arrived right on time and with all you need. Trust yourself, love yourself and be yourself. You are uniquely suited to do so! I am thrilled to take this Quest with One such as you. Thank you for showing the way. You are the One we’ve been waiting for! See you tomorrow, Sophia The Voice of One  Your body is hanging on. It desperately wants you here. You have to let go. Let go – everything you’re hanging on to because of fear, or are doing a certain way because of fear, or not doing at all because of fear – is time now to take care of. This is the end of duality. You have chosen this. You have confirmation many places – here, your body, an assortment of scribes and teachers. All of these sources are telling you:
- You have chosen this - You are changing - No one else knows how it’s going to go because you are creating how it’s going right now You have to let go. You have to let go. YOU HAVE TO LET GO. It is time. No longer do these very dense beliefs hold any fascination. You understand now the fragile nature of this dream. It’s been constructed, intentionally, by those who understood how it worked. For hundreds of years the plan has been laid and carried out. They utilized the power of emotion and set about to create a world of beings willing to give everything up for a cause. It didn’t matter the foundation, so several were chosen: - Religion - Wealth - Patriotism - Power Our minds have been filled with words and images, all of them resulting in blind obedience, subservience, greed, violence and separation. We have been taught to ignore our inner calling. Today though, it is more like our inner voice has a microphone! Shouting above the mainstream din are words of love, power, peace and unity. We’ve not heard this volume before and our bodies and minds are wrenched back and forth with the noise. The competing vibrations threaten to pull us apart, or so it seems. Should we listen to the side that is familiar? “Obey” “Be afraid” “Send us your money” “Hate this human” “Fight” Should instead, we follow this other voice? “You and I are the same” “We are One” “Love is the answer” “Above all, love yourself” Which is right? Which is wrong? How do we discern? Help!!! No one has a twelve step program for this one. This dimension is an addiction that’s never been released, until today. We are writing the steps right now. We are not doing so without help. We have teachers with processes and meditations, groups and seminars, books and workshops, videos and diets. If there was ever a time to utilize them, it is now. There is wisdom all around. It comes from the core of us. We are each others teachers. We have come to show the way. If you feel drawn to a particular web site, channel or conference – go there. It does not mean the others are wrong; there is truth in every creation. Some days a certain passage may sound brilliant and be just what you needed. While other days it would hold no relevance. Such is the nature of the times we are in. Each day is a new adventure. I feel either ten, twenty, fifty or eighty years old in alternating moments. I cook when I feel loss or anxiety. Yesterday I got some unexpected news that set me back. It was a huge “IT IS TIME TO LET GO” message. This happened as I was beginning to do some preserving. Today we have a zillion jars of fruit preserves. Washing, coring, cutting, and cooking apples were yesterday’s therapeutic processes. Now I guess that’s not a bad choice, yet I wonder if I would have enjoyed the whole day a bit more if it included flexibility. I’m hanging on with an iron grip. It’s time for some specific guidelines. I suspect unexpected news will come fast and furious these next three months. Perhaps, because we are used to naming things and following rules, we need to invent the list for our “3D ANONYMOUS”. Here is the first rule: 1. Let go. When surprised, frightened or angry, let it go. Today it’s a rigid belief – tomorrow it’ll be an entire dimension. This is good practice. Inelia Benz (ascension101.com) has some wonderful exercises that work for me, (perhaps I should have remembered this yesterday… ;). Yet it doesn’t matter how you do it, it matters that you do it. Let go. I don’t know precisely what Ascension looks like, yet I do know that I’ll be moving from one frequency to the next. Like tuning in to an FM station on my radio, I have to let go of whatever happens to be playing on AM. Experience tells me that my FM station has fewer commercials and a richer sound; altogether a better experience. I am betting 5D will be much the same. In fact, I’m creating it to be. Step 1. Let go. We have come to embrace our dreams. We are here to create the manifestation of truth – love. This is who we are. We are the One we’ve been waiting for.  We wake up each day, holding within us the keys to the kingdom. A force, if unleashed, which could alter our world. We’ve been unaware. No longer. Those that have held us in their grasp have minimized, sentimentalized, diminished and sexualized love. In an intentional effort to hide from us our most powerful asset, they’ve crafted a heart shaped emotion used only on special days or with certain people. They would have us believe the love of power surpasses the power of love. In our very dense, 3D existence, they’ve created an illusion that in all appearances looks true. The kings, presidents, banksters and power elite have all the money and wield all the control. We’ve allowed that to happen because we’ve been asleep. The few of us that woke up and tried to warn us were gone before we knew it. Not today. Many of us are rousing from our slumber. We are paying attention now. What we are here to do is love fiercely and completely and absolutely. Love is not a greeting card. Love is a force. The cabal understands power by force and control; on that playing field, they hold all the cards. They do not know what love can do, although they suspect. That’s why it has been reduced to a sexual game. It is the only thing they understand; competition and conquest, fight and win, then own. Love is none of that. Love is a raw, deep and powerful emotion. It is unmistakable. Love is never felt inappropriately or misdirected. Love is truth. The chill that runs through your body when you feel someone’s touch or hear or read certain words is love. Love expresses itself to you in the grocery store, in the bedroom, in the board room and on the street. It is life and it is just oozing out of everything! These “holders” of our civilization are not going to give up. They know only the love of power and will stop at nothing to win it all. It is up to us to show them the power of love. With every ounce of generosity you have, love them. Visualize them encased in love. They too are human and on their own evolutionary path. They have corrupted this world and are comfortable in its’ atmosphere of fear and control. A climate of unconditional love will no longer feed them. They’ll have no choice but to move on. Sometimes it becomes necessary to remove a few rotten apples from the basket to save the bushel. This is where we are today. It will take strength, determination and absolute unconditional love to do so. Hate is no longer an option. We’ve been there and know where that’s gotten us; division, segregation, poverty, war and pollution. Our playing field is one of love. It looks like removal without destruction, education not punishment, collaboration not control. We are here to unite, not separate. We have come to show the way. September 16, 2012 – October 16, 2012 has been called the time of choosing. What world will you choose? It is changing and today we are at choice for which way it goes for us. Your heart is big enough to love our oppressors. It is, I am sure of this. Loving them does not mean you want them over for dinner. It means you understand they are you. As fellow pieces of the whole, bits of divinity, they are sacred; as are you. Show us what your love can do. Your feelings are not about them anyway, not really. Your feelings are about you. You are worthy and wonderful, powerful and perfect and so ready for this. Just love, it is what you came to do. It is time. We are the One we’ve been waiting for.  Our greatest and darkest moments are now readily available. It is a time of choosing. We are entering a period when all will be laid before us. The best of us. The not so stellar.
Assistance is available within. We know when a thought, word or action does not coincide with the opinion of our greater self, by how we feel when it shows up. If it feels bad then it is not in concert with your plan before you got here. It is simple to recognize yet not easy to analyze. Last night I received what I perceived to be a direct attack. I felt it immediately. Heat ran through my body and fear showed up; sandwiched between anger and blame. It was sort of shocking. I’ve spent most of the last twelve hours wrestling with it. I’m okay now, and I know what happened. The words in the attack did not cause the emotion. It was my immediate thoughts/reactions that brought it on. They went like this: “This is wrong!” “I must not be wanted.” “I should stop all this blogging.” “They don’t know what they are talking about.” These very human feelings are merely knee-jerk and reactive. They do not embody love or unity. They are in fact divisive and very 3 dimensional. They are not where I choose to stay. I choose to be inclusive, in a place where nothing is taken personally. In fact, words spoken by any of us are merely us talking to ourselves. Nothing is personal. I yell at my kids because I’m having a bad day. I react to a verbal attack because I am feeling insecure. This may not make me enjoy the behavior of my children or the words of my “attacker” any more, but it sure tells me what I can do to change it. I can love myself. Its okay that I lashed out, this is earth. I am not defined solely by my reactions. I am love. As a being of light it is my intent to express my unique signature wherever I am. That’s what we are doing here. Source is experiencing itself through every thought, word and deed. That makes all actions okay. None are “wrong”. There is a push now to recognize which choice coincides with our core truth and which veers from it. This is an internal push. Although I can’t speak for everyone, I suspect it is universal. We are searching for our inner voice. Once discovered, we only need to pay attention. As we are challenged with conflict and upset, this could feel really bad. Once we recognize the feeling we can use it as a directional arrow – don’t go there. What feels good does so because in that moment you are expressing truth. You are loving yourself without reservation. Regardless of what brings it on, remember how it feels. It is a statement of your divine truth. It is the whispering of Agape. When you hear it, you remember who you are. You are the one you’ve been waiting for. |
