 We wake up each day, holding within us the keys to the kingdom. A force, if unleashed, which could alter our world. We’ve been unaware. No longer. Those that have held us in their grasp have minimized, sentimentalized, diminished and sexualized love. In an intentional effort to hide from us our most powerful asset, they’ve crafted a heart shaped emotion used only on special days or with certain people. They would have us believe the love of power surpasses the power of love. In our very dense, 3D existence, they’ve created an illusion that in all appearances looks true. The kings, presidents, banksters and power elite have all the money and wield all the control. We’ve allowed that to happen because we’ve been asleep. The few of us that woke up and tried to warn us were gone before we knew it. Not today. Many of us are rousing from our slumber. We are paying attention now. What we are here to do is love fiercely and completely and absolutely. Love is not a greeting card. Love is a force. The cabal understands power by force and control; on that playing field, they hold all the cards. They do not know what love can do, although they suspect. That’s why it has been reduced to a sexual game. It is the only thing they understand; competition and conquest, fight and win, then own. Love is none of that. Love is a raw, deep and powerful emotion. It is unmistakable. Love is never felt inappropriately or misdirected. Love is truth. The chill that runs through your body when you feel someone’s touch or hear or read certain words is love. Love expresses itself to you in the grocery store, in the bedroom, in the board room and on the street. It is life and it is just oozing out of everything! These “holders” of our civilization are not going to give up. They know only the love of power and will stop at nothing to win it all. It is up to us to show them the power of love. With every ounce of generosity you have, love them. Visualize them encased in love. They too are human and on their own evolutionary path. They have corrupted this world and are comfortable in its’ atmosphere of fear and control. A climate of unconditional love will no longer feed them. They’ll have no choice but to move on. Sometimes it becomes necessary to remove a few rotten apples from the basket to save the bushel. This is where we are today. It will take strength, determination and absolute unconditional love to do so. Hate is no longer an option. We’ve been there and know where that’s gotten us; division, segregation, poverty, war and pollution. Our playing field is one of love. It looks like removal without destruction, education not punishment, collaboration not control. We are here to unite, not separate. We have come to show the way. September 16, 2012 – October 16, 2012 has been called the time of choosing. What world will you choose? It is changing and today we are at choice for which way it goes for us. Your heart is big enough to love our oppressors. It is, I am sure of this. Loving them does not mean you want them over for dinner. It means you understand they are you. As fellow pieces of the whole, bits of divinity, they are sacred; as are you. Show us what your love can do. Your feelings are not about them anyway, not really. Your feelings are about you. You are worthy and wonderful, powerful and perfect and so ready for this. Just love, it is what you came to do. It is time. We are the One we’ve been waiting for.

 ~ Re-post from 4.20.2012 when it was called "Paradise" ~ Someone reminded me of this one, catching and sort of re-working one of the lines. I like it ~ "Thrive anywhere. Regardless of product used, money spent or effort given, the battle seems won by the weed." So, thank you for the reminder! This is what we are meant to do. We are meant to "Thrive Anywhere". ~~~~~ A field of yellow catches my eye and I turn to enjoy the view. This little patch of dirt, squished between cement sidewalk and highway, is awash with color on this rainy spring morning. I am surprised. I drive by here every day and have never noticed. A closer look offers an answer, these are weeds. Relentless and persistent, dandelions thrive anywhere. Regardless of product used, money spent or effort given, the battle seems won by the weed. A dear friend of mine loves them and looks forward to their emergence. It does seem to be merely a preference instead of a fact that dandelions are an eyesore. You’d be hard pressed to tell the difference from a distance between a field of daffodils and a field of dandelions. One you plant, the other you pull. We have in our midst many “weeds” that are about to be pulled. They must be. Like the plant, once they gain strength in an area they choke out all other life. All resources support them. Nothing else can thrive. It is the way weeds work, in human and plant form. They know nothing else but to infiltrate and dominate. “Weeds” are not less than the rest of us. They are not supportive however and it is time to get rid of them. We can no longer thrive with them in our midst. The movie bearing that name illustrates what has been happening. This is what we are doing as a race. We are removing those that would take over and destroy the rest. It is necessary in order to continue. Hating the dandelion or getting angry at it is not productive. A clean removal of the entire plant must be accomplished. We have discovered the root and we are digging it out. We want a field of different flowers now. We want to plant them ourselves rather than being overrun. We are wildflowers, every one. We are looking now for fertile ground. Whether we find it or not depends on how we get rid of the weeds. The normal stuff isn’t working. It is time for a new plan. Twice I’ve removed persistent, giant, deeply rooted weeds. The first time I hated that weed. It had destroyed parts of my fence and numerous, expensive ornamentals that I had carefully planted. I dumped a quart of gasoline on it – in the process killing not just the weed, but everything else. It’s been years and still nothing grows there. The weed is gone, but at the expense of all life. The second weed was more of a small, ugly, relentless bush. We wrapped a chain around it and a truck pulled it out. It took effort, a group of us, planning and precision. It was taken out, roots and all, and has never returned. Flowers grow beautifully in its place. We are seeing the depths of the roots of our human “weeds”. They need to be removed, not destroyed. Respect for all of life demands that each action benefit the whole. Once these weeds are gone, we are going to need fertile ground. We are gardeners, not weed killers. Once a dandelion is removed at the root, you only need to drop it on the nearby soil, exposing the root. It can no longer grow and will naturally decompose, nourishing the ground beneath. We are being called now to proceed with wisdom to activate the love that we are. It is this love that supports all of life. We are seven billion and more powerful than the weeds. They have no choice but to yield to our decision. All of life flourishes when love dictates each movement. You have come to show the way. These “weeds” in our midst understand only dominance; divide and conquer. They require removal if really aggressive and re-education. Proceed with love. Hatred is a fruitless enterprise. Growth is paramount. Collaboration for mutual benefit is what we are here to do. You have come now to energize us all with your love and your light – to nourish this beautiful home called earth. Love in every moment. This is how we get to Paradise. We are the ones we are waiting for.  This process of ascending has been gradual. With each day there is a combination of clarity, anticipation and questions. For quite some time I subscribed to what I’d call “magical thinking” around Ascension. This comes close to the fairy Godmother in Cinderella. The trouble with that is everyone knows it’s not real and at midnight its nothing but a pumpkin and some mice. You never expect it to last. This is not a Disney fairy tale. As humans, we expect to have some sort of obvious, natural progression from one moment to the next. Our memory, and thus our learning style, is associative. We need something to hang each new fact onto. What is true about learning is that it only happens when the thing learned connects to and thus applies to something already known. This is why artists struggle with facts and figures and scientists with art. Much of what is taught to our children today is not used anywhere else in their life, and thus quickly forgotten. We’ve been fortunate. For some time now we’ve been hearing messages from a host of channels, visionaries, and reporters about these “end times”. We are prepared and can see the “writing on the wall”. We’ve heard many stories. Once they may have seemed a bit “out there”; no longer. Today words like Reptilian, Galactic Federation, Illuminati and Cabal are everywhere. There are few of us who have not heard about or seen a UFO. State agencies are telling citizens to stock extra food and essentials. Every one of the players in this End Time Scenario is performing perfectly. What wasn’t obvious 9 months ago is that these changes are not isolated. As One, we and the earth are ramping up the vibe. This frequency change results in the crumbling of very dense structures, institutions and beliefs. As light workers, we’ve worried that we may have to tell people all these shocking revelations. We don’t. We are shifting as One. These higher frequencies can’t hold rigid and divisive belief systems. This is an organic process. It is natural, progressive and rapid. Minds and belief systems simultaneously expand. Every system is gradually altered as this occurs. It is seamless. As humans, we’d have it no other way. Our deepest intent is not to shock and frighten. That would be counter productive. It is rather to love and gently nudge each other. We are here as a collective. With One Voice, we are shifting to a new range. Beneath every message, whistle-blower, protester and reporter is a being of light, here to facilitate this New Age. It serves us to remember that we are One, and every bit of us is right on time. Expect each other to show up and do what we came to do with brilliance. We are not here waiting for someone else to fix things for us. We are the change we seek. Our relationships and interactions are creating this dream. Expect the changes. Look for the love. Stand for the light. You are one who came now to demonstrate truth. You are love and so is everyone else. It is a diversion to spend energy criticizing and questioning yourself or anyone else. It is time now to trust. You have the answers and are here to provide them at the moment they are needed. We all are. This is a perfectly choreographed moment. It will proceed naturally as we move through our days, expecting only love. We know what the next dimension looks like. It looks like us – brave and beautiful, strong and determined, patient and gentle – quietly perfect. We are the One we’ve been waiting for.  Our greatest and darkest moments are now readily available. It is a time of choosing. We are entering a period when all will be laid before us. The best of us. The not so stellar.
Assistance is available within. We know when a thought, word or action does not coincide with the opinion of our greater self, by how we feel when it shows up. If it feels bad then it is not in concert with your plan before you got here. It is simple to recognize yet not easy to analyze. Last night I received what I perceived to be a direct attack. I felt it immediately. Heat ran through my body and fear showed up; sandwiched between anger and blame. It was sort of shocking. I’ve spent most of the last twelve hours wrestling with it. I’m okay now, and I know what happened. The words in the attack did not cause the emotion. It was my immediate thoughts/reactions that brought it on. They went like this: “This is wrong!” “I must not be wanted.” “I should stop all this blogging.” “They don’t know what they are talking about.” These very human feelings are merely knee-jerk and reactive. They do not embody love or unity. They are in fact divisive and very 3 dimensional. They are not where I choose to stay. I choose to be inclusive, in a place where nothing is taken personally. In fact, words spoken by any of us are merely us talking to ourselves. Nothing is personal. I yell at my kids because I’m having a bad day. I react to a verbal attack because I am feeling insecure. This may not make me enjoy the behavior of my children or the words of my “attacker” any more, but it sure tells me what I can do to change it. I can love myself. Its okay that I lashed out, this is earth. I am not defined solely by my reactions. I am love. As a being of light it is my intent to express my unique signature wherever I am. That’s what we are doing here. Source is experiencing itself through every thought, word and deed. That makes all actions okay. None are “wrong”. There is a push now to recognize which choice coincides with our core truth and which veers from it. This is an internal push. Although I can’t speak for everyone, I suspect it is universal. We are searching for our inner voice. Once discovered, we only need to pay attention. As we are challenged with conflict and upset, this could feel really bad. Once we recognize the feeling we can use it as a directional arrow – don’t go there. What feels good does so because in that moment you are expressing truth. You are loving yourself without reservation. Regardless of what brings it on, remember how it feels. It is a statement of your divine truth. It is the whispering of Agape. When you hear it, you remember who you are. You are the one you’ve been waiting for.  This ego is a construct of this dimension. It is true that your personality remains with you always – you are who you are – yet your personality is not your ego. The essence of you (your personality) is what is recognized by others you have known. The experience of meeting someone for the “first time” and feeling immediate familiarity happens because you’ve been together before – as other versions of you. In the case of “love at first sight” the prior connection was an important and loving one. This doesn’t always mean you’ve been lovers in your “past”. Love is expressed deeply in many relationships – parent/child, brother/sister, lifelong friend or beloved grandparent each create a bond that spans lifetimes. So what is love? Love is the fabric of you. You are birthed from Source, an element that holds the identical components of our Creator. Everything God can do you can do also. This is not blasphemy, it is truth. The love of God is all encompassing, unconditional, eternal and free. This is what you are, and it defines where we are headed. Life is an evolutionary progression. We are experiencing now just a moment in an eternal string of potentials. This human that is you today has developed thought patterns, necessary to keep you focused in this dimension; the patterns of ego. As we begin to prepare ourselves for Ascension, we let go of them. They are no longer necessary. They were needed to keep us here, “believing the dream”. This life was set up so that we’d experience it as if it were real. It is not, and as we gradually uncover the truth we simultaneously increase our vibration – Ascension. Our bodies are doing this by prior agreement. Ascension was always the plan. It is not something to worry about or wonder if you’ll be ready for. You are on the list and your body is fully aware. As our planet raises her vibration, so do we. This is a simultaneous, beautiful event and we’ll enjoy it as One. There is no test or tool necessary, it is already done. We are Ascending right now. Our fears were creations of our ego and a part of this dimension. Ascension puts them behind us. Where we are headed, there is only love. There is no loss in truth. There is only Agape. Love is what is felt for everyone. Oneness is understood. Punishment is not even considered an option; there is no blame. We do, in fact, love everyone equally. There are some we favor and harmonize with beautifully – these souls we gravitate towards and dance with again and again. There are none we hate. This is life in the next dimension and our natural state. Our ego is not bad; it just can’t go where we are headed. We can seek justice and work to correct what does not serve us without adopting a divisive belief system that segregates us. These are habits of this third dimension. We can drop them right now. All it takes is a decision. We’ve played our parts and are acting our roles as we agreed to do before arriving. With free will, we colored them in our own unique way, using a pallet of ego. They are not, in truth, who we are. This was and is a grand production, believable and captivating. We’ve done a great job. It’s time for new roles, with less acting and more truth. Our bodies are already preparing. It is our minds that have to get ready now; it’s almost time to take the stage. We were meant for this part. It’s going to be the greatest show in the galaxy, produced with perfection. We are the ones we are all waiting for!!  It is a gorgeous Fall day. The sky is that blue you only see this time of year. The clematis, deep purple and violet, seem to push along the fence as I watch, eagerly getting in one good spurt before their exit.
The sounds are different. The crickets, as ever, provide background but I wonder about that propeller I hear from the sky, perhaps a helicopter. What’s missing are the voices of the children, school has them captive and quiet. The dogs are inside as well today. I hear an occasional muffled bark from behind closed doors. Summer is about over. Birds surround the property, enjoying the almost empty yard, along with the dragonflies. These are the things I’ll hang on to – crisp Fall days, the sound of birds, vibrant flowers, and brilliant skies. Creation is only amplified as we evolve. The most accurate tool we possess is our emotions. The stronger we feel around a person, place, thing, or event, the speedier is our manifestation. I am blissful; this day will get a repeat. What has been kept from us is the power we hold in our emotions. As we unleash our true feelings, our core focus emits an ever stronger frequency. We get more of and quickly, whatever we strongly react to. Emotion is emotion. Positive or negative are irrelevant. It is the strength of the feeling that creates MORE. The Universe is operating on magnetic attraction. Our feelings are powerful attractors. We are entering a pivotal time. Let’s keep our eyes on the prize, and focus on the world we’d like to keep. There can be brilliant skies above us with striking flowers at our feet while we live, surrounded in fields of love. Fear may rise up. When it does, remember your creative power, and let it go. For best results, it is best to do it in a quiet and private space and working through a list of fears you have written beforehand. Sit or lie down comfortably with your back straight and close your eyes. Breathe in deeply and slowly into your abdomen, then breathe out as fast as you can. Repeat, breathe in slowly, then out as fast as you can. And once more, breathe in slowly and slowly, then out fast. Now continue breathing at your own pace. Scan you physical body from head to toe, to find the energy of fear. Look for fear. If you cannot find it, read one of your fear items in your list and scan your body again. Once you find fear in your body, simply look at it. Don’t analyze it, just look at it. Allow it to be there. Allow it to exist. Allow it to grow and to be. It could be a physical discomfort, such as a knot, a pain, a location of energy, or through a thought or memory, or it could be just the emotion of fear. Just look at it. Observe it. Feel it. Allow it to be here. And say, “fear, you are welcome here.” Welcome here. Welcome fear and allow it to grow. Let it get bigger and bigger. Allow it to grow, and grow... as big as it can go Let it be as big as it can possibly get. Allow it to express itself to you. But don’t analyze. Simply allow whatever comes. Whether words, thoughts, memories, Follow it if it changes into another emotion, or changes locations in your body. Whatever it does, welcome the new expression. “you are welcome here, thought... you are welcome here emotion, words, memories, you are welcome here fear.” You are welcome here. Watch it. Observe it. Now, allow yourself to get closer and embrace fear in whatever expression it has chosen. give it light and love, and allow it to exist. Thank it for whatever job it had for you, for being with you for so long. Now, release it into Oneness. Allow it to go free back into Source. Breathe deeply now. As you breathe in, breathe in light and love. And as you breathe out, allow that light and love to go to and fill the space where fear used to be. Now, simply breathe deeply and slowly. Breathing in light and love, and as you breathe out, allow that light and love to expand throughout your body and out into your environment. Now, scan your body from your toes to your head and see if there is any of that fear left. If so, repeat the exercise straight away. If not, you can use your list to repeat the exercise, or end now by opening your eyes and having a good stretch. Repeat this exercise every day until there is no more fear in your life.
