 It is self forgiveness that becomes the key element here, a vital ingredient for ascension. For blame and doubt are hallmarks of third density. Realization of truth and acceptance of the One that you are erases all that is unreal. What is non essential is any idea contained in your mind that you MUST have something. This is not the same as desire, for desire is the fuel of creation. Consider the things we admire in each other – passion, dedication, drive, determination. All are driven by desire. the process and progress of creation occurs as a direct result of desire. We want something. The value in achieving whatever it is we want is ours to decide. Is it that we must have this thing to be worthy or that we’d like have it as an experience? As we move closer to a faster vibration we become conscious of the many possibilities available. We are moving from an understanding of the known universe to awareness of the multi-verse and the potential held there. Our perception expands. In order to keep up we have to release this baggage of self-doubt. If we aren’t sure we can fly, we’ll never take the leap. Questions about the state of our physical bodies or whether or not we did it right or loved enough, weigh us down. They become irrelevant on the path to ascension. My partner is a deep trance channel. Several years ago he did just that for a group of us, usually four or six at a time. Present during our gatherings were the “greater selves” of whoever was in the room, as well as other entities who were interested in the conversation or were our friends or who just wanted to help us find answers. His perspective at these times was as an observer. His “higher self” was the voice who spoke through him and answered our questions, speaking for the collective of entities present. He’d often remark on the sharp contrast between what he was seeing, our magnificent greater selves, which to him appeared as huge, beautiful balls of light; and what we were saying, “How come I can’t do this? How come I can’t have this? How come I can’t be this?” It seemed ridiculous to him. Here we were, these incredibly powerful beings – equal in every way to everyone else who was gathered, pretending we weren’t! We are at the moment now when we can stop pretending. It has been one heck of a costume party, but we no longer need to believe in the suit to enjoy it. We can believe in the truth instead. The truth is, we are capable of answering our own questions. The power to create the life we’ve dreamed of rests in our own hearts. All negativity stems from ego – that part of us that remains attached to this third dimension and self-limitation. Do not regret the ego. He was necessary to navigate the terrain and you needed her to get to this moment. It is time now to absorb the lessons of ego without believing it is who you are. You are an infinite particle of love, burning with the light of a thousand suns, here now to illuminate our shifting, morphing reality. You have come to love. There is no one else more capable or suited for the job than you. You are lesser than none. As we morph through the next six weeks, let go of anything that tells you otherwise. It is time to step into your truth. You are the One you’ve been waiting for.

 It’s tempting to make light of the U.S. Presidential election. Either because in the next dimension it won’t matter who holds office, (it’ll all be love and light), or because there will be no political agenda where we are headed or because it doesn’t really matter who holds the office, all are equally corrupt and capable.
This election matters if only because it is the first one held with so many of us awake. Being awake doesn’t mean you ignore things that don’t resonate. There is a potential now for you to see clearly. It all counts. Our world is being re-created now and now and now and now and NOW. You never intended to doze through 2012 and then wake up, ready to engage, on the morning after December 21st. You showed up to participate. You are one of the producers of the show. What kind of election are you going to hold? Once it’s over, what kind of President will hold that office? A reader shared with me this poem, which was dreamed into reality the night of the first presidential debate: Our Manifesto We love You. We call upon All leaders everywhere in every position and capacity: We love You. Either lead and serve Us, the people, the 100% Equally, benevolently and lovingly Or step down. We love You. Please pass this on We love You This is beautiful. As a producer, this is the sentiment I’d like to bring to the set. When producing anything, you first need to be aware of the end result. What would you like to create? It is tempting for us to attach a whole set of personality to the results. Personality is temporary. It is a platform on which we play. Personality enables us to see who we are, reflected back through each other. I didn’t see the debate. Instead I was blissfully engaged in a theatrical performance of “Alice in Wonderland”. My son has a lead role. One of the scenes from the play sort of jumped out at me: Alice is confused and the animals are speaking nonsense. She asks question after question. “Who am I?” “How do I get there?” “What do you mean?” “Where do I start?” At one point the White Rabbit answers: “That all depends on what’s in here” (pointing straight at Alice). It always depends on us. Regardless of who plays the role of U.S. President, we can intend for that man to operate from his deepest truth, empowered and sovereign. We can encase both men in love and support, seeing the outcome that supports the country in the best way possible for every citizen. We can do that in every case, for each country and election. Leadership happens with our consent, one way or the other. We are participating with our action or inaction, with our words and our efforts. We are One. It is not true that there are winners and losers. Victories and losses are temporary. Ultimately, we all end up as One. It is the place we began, the place we actually are, and the place we are headed. We are in this together and responding with love works every time. This is what we do best, and what we came here now to do. We are the One we’ve been waiting for.  We are completing our Quest right now. Today is the last day of this journey and we can see our destination. Although it’s always been there, it may well have been invisible. Wrapped in blinders of shoulds and judgments, you could not see Agape. It is obvious to you now. Clear vision is available to us always, yet it sometimes shows up in surprising ways. “Hook” (2003) is a story of finding yourself again, after a long time of loss. The three clips here illustrate the journey. Peter Pan has forgotten how to fly. What he needs is simple; he must find his happy thought. What is your happy thought? From Agape flows a constant stream of smiles. The point of this Quest was to find an eternal source of love. It has been here always, right there in your heart. Love yourself. Robin Williams took on a persona that was not his true nature; he left Never Land to become a Pirate. It took the smallest of the Lost Boys to see the truth; Peter Pan was still there, only hiding. What it took for Peter is a moment of decision; he had to first realize he had lost himself, and then admit he needed help to find the way back. He had to ask. This is the moment we each must create. By joining this Quest you made a choice to look for Love. Will you recognize it when it shows up? This is who you are. What is your happy thought? Find it, tuck it carefully in your pocket and repeat it relentlessly. It must run right through you to work – its power resides in its truth. You must not only believe that it’s true, you must know it. Know who you are. It is love that sources your power and will lift your wings in flight. Neverland or the Next Dimension or just plain happiness; it is found right here. You made it. A constant stream of “Yes!” will assure you never get lost again. Read your happy thought over and over until it remains a part of you. It is. You are meant to fly. Agape means its all okay. You are right on time and we are thrilled you found your way back. This is who you are. A force such as yours could not be denied. The light that is you is brilliant. We are only too happy to bask in your glow. We’ve been expecting you! You are the One we’ve been waiting for! Until next month, with so much love, thank you, Sophia  Your body is hanging on. It desperately wants you here. You have to let go. Let go – everything you’re hanging on to because of fear, or are doing a certain way because of fear, or not doing at all because of fear – is time now to take care of. This is the end of duality. You have chosen this. You have confirmation many places – here, your body, an assortment of scribes and teachers. All of these sources are telling you:
- You have chosen this - You are changing - No one else knows how it’s going to go because you are creating how it’s going right now You have to let go. You have to let go. YOU HAVE TO LET GO. It is time. No longer do these very dense beliefs hold any fascination. You understand now the fragile nature of this dream. It’s been constructed, intentionally, by those who understood how it worked. For hundreds of years the plan has been laid and carried out. They utilized the power of emotion and set about to create a world of beings willing to give everything up for a cause. It didn’t matter the foundation, so several were chosen: - Religion - Wealth - Patriotism - Power Our minds have been filled with words and images, all of them resulting in blind obedience, subservience, greed, violence and separation. We have been taught to ignore our inner calling. Today though, it is more like our inner voice has a microphone! Shouting above the mainstream din are words of love, power, peace and unity. We’ve not heard this volume before and our bodies and minds are wrenched back and forth with the noise. The competing vibrations threaten to pull us apart, or so it seems. Should we listen to the side that is familiar? “Obey” “Be afraid” “Send us your money” “Hate this human” “Fight” Should instead, we follow this other voice? “You and I are the same” “We are One” “Love is the answer” “Above all, love yourself” Which is right? Which is wrong? How do we discern? Help!!! No one has a twelve step program for this one. This dimension is an addiction that’s never been released, until today. We are writing the steps right now. We are not doing so without help. We have teachers with processes and meditations, groups and seminars, books and workshops, videos and diets. If there was ever a time to utilize them, it is now. There is wisdom all around. It comes from the core of us. We are each others teachers. We have come to show the way. If you feel drawn to a particular web site, channel or conference – go there. It does not mean the others are wrong; there is truth in every creation. Some days a certain passage may sound brilliant and be just what you needed. While other days it would hold no relevance. Such is the nature of the times we are in. Each day is a new adventure. I feel either ten, twenty, fifty or eighty years old in alternating moments. I cook when I feel loss or anxiety. Yesterday I got some unexpected news that set me back. It was a huge “IT IS TIME TO LET GO” message. This happened as I was beginning to do some preserving. Today we have a zillion jars of fruit preserves. Washing, coring, cutting, and cooking apples were yesterday’s therapeutic processes. Now I guess that’s not a bad choice, yet I wonder if I would have enjoyed the whole day a bit more if it included flexibility. I’m hanging on with an iron grip. It’s time for some specific guidelines. I suspect unexpected news will come fast and furious these next three months. Perhaps, because we are used to naming things and following rules, we need to invent the list for our “3D ANONYMOUS”. Here is the first rule: 1. Let go. When surprised, frightened or angry, let it go. Today it’s a rigid belief – tomorrow it’ll be an entire dimension. This is good practice. Inelia Benz (ascension101.com) has some wonderful exercises that work for me, (perhaps I should have remembered this yesterday… ;). Yet it doesn’t matter how you do it, it matters that you do it. Let go. I don’t know precisely what Ascension looks like, yet I do know that I’ll be moving from one frequency to the next. Like tuning in to an FM station on my radio, I have to let go of whatever happens to be playing on AM. Experience tells me that my FM station has fewer commercials and a richer sound; altogether a better experience. I am betting 5D will be much the same. In fact, I’m creating it to be. Step 1. Let go. We have come to embrace our dreams. We are here to create the manifestation of truth – love. This is who we are. We are the One we’ve been waiting for.  This process of ascending has been gradual. With each day there is a combination of clarity, anticipation and questions. For quite some time I subscribed to what I’d call “magical thinking” around Ascension. This comes close to the fairy Godmother in Cinderella. The trouble with that is everyone knows it’s not real and at midnight its nothing but a pumpkin and some mice. You never expect it to last. This is not a Disney fairy tale. As humans, we expect to have some sort of obvious, natural progression from one moment to the next. Our memory, and thus our learning style, is associative. We need something to hang each new fact onto. What is true about learning is that it only happens when the thing learned connects to and thus applies to something already known. This is why artists struggle with facts and figures and scientists with art. Much of what is taught to our children today is not used anywhere else in their life, and thus quickly forgotten. We’ve been fortunate. For some time now we’ve been hearing messages from a host of channels, visionaries, and reporters about these “end times”. We are prepared and can see the “writing on the wall”. We’ve heard many stories. Once they may have seemed a bit “out there”; no longer. Today words like Reptilian, Galactic Federation, Illuminati and Cabal are everywhere. There are few of us who have not heard about or seen a UFO. State agencies are telling citizens to stock extra food and essentials. Every one of the players in this End Time Scenario is performing perfectly. What wasn’t obvious 9 months ago is that these changes are not isolated. As One, we and the earth are ramping up the vibe. This frequency change results in the crumbling of very dense structures, institutions and beliefs. As light workers, we’ve worried that we may have to tell people all these shocking revelations. We don’t. We are shifting as One. These higher frequencies can’t hold rigid and divisive belief systems. This is an organic process. It is natural, progressive and rapid. Minds and belief systems simultaneously expand. Every system is gradually altered as this occurs. It is seamless. As humans, we’d have it no other way. Our deepest intent is not to shock and frighten. That would be counter productive. It is rather to love and gently nudge each other. We are here as a collective. With One Voice, we are shifting to a new range. Beneath every message, whistle-blower, protester and reporter is a being of light, here to facilitate this New Age. It serves us to remember that we are One, and every bit of us is right on time. Expect each other to show up and do what we came to do with brilliance. We are not here waiting for someone else to fix things for us. We are the change we seek. Our relationships and interactions are creating this dream. Expect the changes. Look for the love. Stand for the light. You are one who came now to demonstrate truth. You are love and so is everyone else. It is a diversion to spend energy criticizing and questioning yourself or anyone else. It is time now to trust. You have the answers and are here to provide them at the moment they are needed. We all are. This is a perfectly choreographed moment. It will proceed naturally as we move through our days, expecting only love. We know what the next dimension looks like. It looks like us – brave and beautiful, strong and determined, patient and gentle – quietly perfect. We are the One we’ve been waiting for.  It’s like someone pressed replay.
In the last several weeks I’ve either heard from, or run into people whom I haven’t seen in years. The first time it was interesting. The sixth time, which was last night on a walk in the nearby park, it was sort of mind blowing. It’s like a weird sort of family reunion, only it feels more like a review than a visit. I am bumping into everyone who’s played some role in my life, however brief; sort of re-living who I was then, and then, and then, and then… Parts of me I had forgotten are once again saying hello. Not all of these are welcome guests. I’ve worked very hard to extricate them and thought I’d never see them again. I was wrong. I may need a twelve step program; Addictions Anonymous. What is an addiction? It is something that seems to take over and recur without thought. You become a slave to this impulsive thought, behavior, food, drug or drink. Consciousness means perhaps we can identify them now, it does not mean they are gone. As we become more aware, all of who we’ve ever been is checking in. “Are you sure?” “Shouldn’t you be afraid?” “Who do you think you are anyway?” “Stop all this, it’s too weird!” Our habits of fear and low self esteem are staring us down – daring us to ignore them. They are like any worthy addiction and will not be denied. The way to deal with these challenges is to love them. This is the only thing that seems to work. It takes the wind out of their sails. Then it is just a matter of persistence. Absorption, not resistance, will see us through. We’re wired to be addicted here. It’s what keeps us focused on this solid 3D life we are in. It’s time for some new addictions – success, happiness, love, abundance, fun. They may not be our habitual thoughts today, but with practice they could be. Practice for the next dimension. We tend to gloss over the good stuff – from now on, don’t. Feel it and celebrate it. Allow it to grow in your heart, experience how it feels in your body. You’ll inevitably want more. This is conscious creation, and the best antidote for self abusive addictions. When an old self destructive version of you shows up, gently tell him to take a seat. Then see yourself as you want to be; strong, shining, powerful and loving – standing right there. With a warm hug and a gentle goodbye, let the seated version of you go. When I do this, she sort of dissolves by becoming pixilated and I absorb her. She is me, and I love her. It’s okay. I know who I am now. I am love. We are here now to release the bonds of density and slavery. We have come to embody freedom, while we demonstrate truth. We are not our addictions, our habits or our past. We are powerful beings of light, here to show how this is done. Tenacious and fearless, we will love ourselves beyond all reason. There is nothing in society that tells us we should. The rules we have memorized outline only why we shouldn’t. We are changing the rules right now, denying every self-defeating impulse and loving ourselves. We are doing this. Welcome to our Quest for Agape. I am so grateful to be here again. This time we will explore deeply the truth of our connection – oneness. For as One, we are beginning to appreciate just what that actually means. Agape takes on a whole other “dimension” when you understand that the One you unconditionally love – is us. I was recently asked, “What is a Love Quest?” Those of us who have been here since they began (a year and a half ago) will remember that we started by loving ourselves in our bathroom mirrors. These Quests are the ultimate journey to truth, the path to Ascension. Ascension is a rising up to a faster vibration. The hallmark of this place we are moving to is love. We are not truly going anywhere. We are becoming that which we are. We are love. When you understand deeply this truth, you find something that may surprise you. It is okay to love yourself. In fact, it is necessary. For what is held in your head about this being that is you, will radiate out to become your entire world. This life that is yours is a projection of whatever it is you believe. What you believe, you perceive. Believe in yourself. You chose and were chosen to be here today. You are the Master, it is not necessary to seek truth in another, you only need remember. You are love. A God particle shot from Source, here to love in the darkest place in the universe. Earth has been your home not as punishment or because we are lesser beings, but because we are brilliant lights. Only one such as you could handle this dimension. Only light such as yours is brilliant enough to sustain itself while immersed in ideologies of war, greed, subservience, slavery, illness and pain. Not only have you maintained – you have become a beacon of light and altered the course of humanity. Our favorite movies are those in which the odds are clearly stacked against the lead character and he or she triumphs anyway. This is because we’ve been watching our future, writing our own story, and remembering why we are here. Every thought, word, and deed, whether self or other directed is a line in the script. We know this truth today. It is time to write each line with one focus – love. This is why you are here. Intend only love. Your power is unmatched. We are surrounded with off world beings not to help us so much as to watch us! We are transforming ourselves and the planet on which our feet are parked, with not more than our faith to go on. Our inner promptings have led us here, to a place of choice. In the sharp contrasts we encounter each day, we see clearly the options; to see ourselves as separate and judge or to see ourselves as One and love. What you do, think, and feel in each moment becomes your life. Love yourself. Give yourself a gift today. Begin this Quest with immersion in adoration. Take a walk, a few extra moments and honor the One that is you. He is beautiful beyond description. She is powerful beyond measure. You are the Master of the Universe. Uni-Verse. One Verse. One Song. Us. There is no other here to sing this song. It is you. You are the one you’ve been waiting for. See you tomorrow, Sophia  Each day there should be an audio version of the blog, accessible via this photo. I tried running once. It didn’t go well. The man I was with at the time thought it would be a good idea if we ran together – fitness and togetherness all rolled into one miserable moment. He of course, was an athlete. As I gasped and jogged, he ran circles around me, smiling loving words of encouragement. It didn’t last a week. As I watch the runners each morning on this quiet little lake, I wonder if each step they take is amplified this summer. Time is speeding up. It seems I wake up and all of a sudden it’s noon. Is everything working this way? Will I lose weight, increase my stamina and reach my health goals quicker now? How does it work? Linear time is part of this illusion. I read something yesterday saying that in other dimensions it’s more of a marker. I have trouble wrapping my head around that concept. So I wonder where this is going, as I feel an increased sense of urgency to “get ‘er done”. We are literally running out of time. One of my favorite lines from my favorite movie is when George Bailey, in “It’s a Wonderful Life”, says, “You say they should wait, and save their money. Wait? Wait for what? Until their children grow old and leave them?” Our time is now. The window of opportunity has opened. We are here to love ourselves and our planet back to health. Positive efforts and truth have more effect today than they did yesterday. Our creator has set it up this way. We’re wired for success. Our actions are exponential. It’s like we’re on “power boost”. You are an infinite being of unimaginable strength. What are your wildest dreams? Health? Prosperity? Love? Strength? Freedom? Wisdom? It’s all yours for the asking. Believe it. It’s true. Love yourself. This body and life is only one component of who you are. Refuse to support or continue whatever does not nourish you. Eat delicious food that sustains your entire organism. Everything you touch can do that. Things like credit cards promote debt and feed the cabal. Subservience maintains a weakened and needful existence. You are beholden to none. Approach everything you do with dignity. You are a light worker, here to light a spark of brilliance in every dark place. Do it. Today, with these increased energies and time acceleration, your intent and deliberate action is all it will take. You are a magnificent light being, chosen for your role. If you aren’t sure yet what that is, hang in there. It’s right there. This rapid acceleration of time guarantees you’ll know very soon. You planned it perfectly. Trust. All morning there’s been a huge, white bird perched high in a tree on the opposite side of this lake. I’ve never seen one like it and I wonder if it’s from another dimension, most certainly it’s not native to this area. It looks out of place, yet it’s stunning. We are like that. Debt, illness and struggle do not sit well in our presence. We are out of place in a world run by fear – our home is love. We move quicker and quicker to that place each day. Our small steps span more distance than they once did. We can see clearly where we are going. It’s nestled beneath lush foliage, where birds of every color nest and a rich assortment of flowers grow. A garden of abundance, it is the resting place of light warriors – living in freedom, loving with abandon. That’s where we are headed and we’ll get there as One. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.  That old fisherman just headed down to the lake again, pole and bucket in hand. It’s so quiet here. I can hear the hollow sound from his bucket when he first sets it down on the ground. I like that. There’s a comfort in the ordinary. I grew up far from this tiny lake, surrounded by water. Fish and clams and minnows and fisherman were my everyday. This familiar scene runs very deep and soothes me somehow. Little else does right now. I feel as if I am at a masquerade ball. We are dressing up in costume for business as usual, while beneath these masks it is anything but. We are unrecognizable. Nothing is at it seems. A hawk circling high overhead, just swooped down low, a few feet in front of my eyes – as if on command. An omen. We are entering powerful times. Every cell of my body feels it. I couldn’t sleep last night. My “Mom” mask may be buying school supplies, but my light worker self can barely contain her excitement. It’s pretty wild to be contemplating the price of notebooks while simultaneously saving the world. We are super heroes in disguise – We look like regular people, yet beneath these calm exteriors lie powerful forces. Don’t you feel like that? It’s like every fantasy rolled into one. There’s good guys fighting corruption, space ships, natural disasters, help from the heavens and everlasting love. It’s all here and yet, while it goes on, we pay our bills, mow our lawns and talk about the weather. We have families to raise, money to earn and a planet to save. Not just anyone could do this you know. It takes one powerful being to pull off such a stunt. Our masks are so well constructed the vast majority of the population will never even know they exist. We are that good. We were chosen because of our ability, determination and power. We are the light – one force of absolute love here to lift a world out of darkness and propel her into a brilliant new dimension. Our voice gets stronger all the time. You could hear the start of this new song with the OWS (Occupy Wall Street) movement. It continues. Just listen to what many of us, speaking as One, can do (see video below). We are exquisite. Our efforts to topple corrupt regimes and institutions will set us free. All of us are discovering we have a voice, and our song just keeps getting louder, our harmony perfect. We are not debt slaves. We are love, and love cannot be stopped. You did that. You are here because you knew there would come a day when you’d be needed. We may never take our masks off and that’s okay. We’re good with that. We know who we are. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.  I wonder what my backyard is like in the next “dimension”. Are there locusts and crickets? What other colors are the flowers? Do I hear the A/C kick on or is there a form of soundless energy? Is A/C even necessary or is the air temperate always? What do the birds sound like?
As I go through this summer of 2012 and we rapidly approach whatever it is we are approaching, I have been considering beyond 12.21.2012. There is one, you know. For all of us. This point was driven home for me a week ago as a pregnancy was announced in my family – due date February 2013. As ridiculous as it now sounds, I hadn’t thought much about anything past December. I suspect I traded in my rose colored glasses and instead I’ve been wearing my blinders. There is always a future. You are walking into tomorrow, taking with you whatever baggage you decide to hang on to. Our focus decides what we see. Our intentions determine how it works for us. There are no dimensional erasers. You will be right where you find yourself now, only a bit “shinier”, I suspect. Your light will be more evident. There are so many components of our lives – our government, our bodies, our relationships, our source of energy, our shoes. What we believe we are will always be true, until we believe something else. In these days of exposure and awareness, we are getting a bird’s eye view of what we’ve believed. Seeing the truth is great, it’s part of the process. We are working up to creating a new truth. Some of us have stopped waiting. Where do you stand? There are many places to plant those shoes you firmly believe in. You could wait and see, join up, construct a plan, listen and advise, work behind the scenes or do nothing at all. Every action is an answer, and the answer is either – “Yes, I am a sovereign being of light and I choose something different than what I now see”, or “Yes, I am a sovereign being of light and I’m good where I am right now”. You could flip flop once a day, once an hour or not at all. You are always giving your answer. As we move from polarity to unity we find ourselves faced with very polarized viewpoints. We are massively changing, this is how it works. We never knew we had a choice. Now we know. Our steps now are “walking our talk”. Once I had a new floor put in my home. It was poorly installed and needed to be replaced immediately. It was my entire first floor, I had babies, it was a mess and I was completely distraught. I believe it took as long as it did, which was months, because I told everyone I ran into how awful and unfair it was; complete strangers, friends, family, co-workers, neighbors. It was the only topic of my conversations. My walk was consistently “Do you know how torn up my house is?” and it stayed that way. Whatever we talk now will define the tomorrow we walk into. I choose responsible government, health, prosperity, clean energy, love and colorful flowers. Our choice is in our every breath. We’ve come now to consciously step into the new as we create it. We are actors on this “End of Times” stage, setting the mood for the next scene. We’ve all been perfectly chosen and our shoes are right where we meant them to be. We are the ones we are waiting for. |
