 It is our third day. We are on a Quest for truth. This is not a simple thing; it is the only thing. In lifetime after lifetime, you’ve come here searching. Your search is over. Your heart holds what you’ve been craving. You reside in a field of love. Your very base programming begins there. It is the spark of each other that joins you. Isolated, you may appreciate nature and love life, yet it is in human contact that you embody the fierce power of agape. For when you love another, it is not their attributes that are calling to your soul, but a reminder of your own. When you look at each other and are deeply moved, it is because at a fundamental level you understand that there you behold the sacred. It is you that has stirred your own soul. What this moment is about is a shedding of our skin of self-loathing. What is not perfection is not true. The veil that we speak of is not draped between ourselves and others - but hanging, invisibly, as a barrier to the truth. It is you on the other side of that veil - gloriously abundant and here now on purpose. Your vessel will push waves of light cascading over all of creation, creating tsunamis of love. For love is a force. Love is here because you are here. It arrives unbidden whenever you do. It takes a being of unimaginable power to embody divinity. It takes you. Once you embody your truth, we shift. We have come here thinking it was possible to be alone; understanding now our unity. We are but One. There is no better, worse, richer, poorer, deserving or undeserving. In each of our moments it is decided whose needs take precedence – these things are not foretold by age or economic status, color or title. We are but different fingers on one hand – equal in all ways. Oneness is understood as a by product of Agape. Unconditional love breaks out and encompasses all of life. Once you feel the extraordinary power of simple self acceptance – you are transmogrified. You emerge from that discovery a “fifth dimensional human”. Duality is not in your realm. Unity is a fact, period. As you breathe – you love. Our questions and misunderstandings all stem from a lack of love. Accept who you are without exception. This radical act changes everything. We are here to create the shift of the ages and there is no one else who can. We are the One we’ve been waiting for.

 It snowed last night. Not much, but enough to send the geese south. There has already been a dozen flocks overhead, headed that way, and it’s barely 7:00 AM. Regardless of the date or celestial happenings, time marches on. This November, for all intents and purposes, looks pretty similar to last November here on earth. That’s the thing about time, illusory or not, it is not stagnant. This past weekend, walking out of the laundry room, a thought emerged; “Someday is here.” A small idea really, just three words. Yet it put so much in a brand new light. The eternal optimist, there has always been something better coming. “Someday there will be dishes that match.” “Someday these nails will get a proper manicure.” “Someday there will be a trip to that really beautiful bright blue water where you can see all the fish.” “Someday the Thanksgiving dinner table will look just like a Norman Rockwell painting.” This “someday list” is all stuff. Einstein said “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again while expecting different results.” The someday list has not been fulfilled because although the words were there with a tinge of hope, the actions never backed them up. As we approach December 2012, our authenticity is sticking out everywhere. We can’t help but be who we are, and it’s all okay. Sometimes these nails get painted and the house is typically full for Thanksgiving. The truth is, we are living the life we’ve chosen right along. Only now, with the clarity of awareness, we are seeing what it is we’ve wanted all along. It has little to do with what the media has been telling us we should want. It comes from within. It is there you’ll find your deepest truth. We may not be exactly who we thought we were, but we are perfect. Acceptance and love is what will gently nudge us towards ascension. Those geese are moving this morning in the direction their internal guidance system pointed them. That’s exactly how it’ll be for us. Our heart will take over and do the driving. This is the year we all get to “someday”. Whether our dishes or our clothes match is hardly the point. We’ve come now to actualize love. What does love look like in human form? It’s us, in whatever form we choose. There is no method or product that can prepare you to be who you are. There is only acceptance and allowance. He’s been waiting for as many years as you’ve been breathing and she’s been planning for just as long. You are now and always have been, love. Just be. Contentment and peace are by-products of loving without exception or condition. The realization last weekend was that everything is and has always been here. Someday is now. Love is what’s been on the table all along. Love is what you bring to every table, every day, regardless of décor. It is here because you are. Welcome to “Someday”! You are the One you’ve been waiting for.  For a few days now there hasn’t been much to say. Or, more accurately, it’s felt as if there wasn’t much useful to blog on about. Then yesterday there was a thought. It began like this – “How come there seems nothing to say? It’s not as if nothing is happening. A ton is happening! Yet, it all feels 3D, mundane and internal. What is this pre-occupation with 3D, after a solid year of focus on everything else? Has time slowed down?”
After rolling these questions around for a bit, it comes to this blog. Perhaps you’ll find it useful. You are becoming that which you are. You can no longer leave her behind. She is in every part and each moment of your life. You are in a process of integration and your life has not caught up. The events and responsibilities feel all over the map, as you have been – until now. You are honing in and hunkering down – morphing into the multi-dimensional, multi-faceted being that is your core. You do not so easily slip into the mainstream mold; it is not your comfort zone. You are leaving all of this behind. You’ve read again and again that 3D will continue, yet that does not mean that you’ll continue in 3D. You’ve chosen another way. This way that you’ve chosen is another density – a more complex density. It makes sense that you are feeling a pulling in because YOU ARE. It is not that you are shutting out the world – you are taking in the world – absorbing all that you see and all that you are – into YOU. This is not an ending, but a beginning. The new you that is birthing is all of you – every part. You are not in a place where you can deny any part of you or any segment of your life. It’s part of the package of you. Every bit of you will ascend, will condense. What you are leaving behind is the ego – that part of you that doubts and second guesses and takes offense and judges. It is not that you’ll leave your opinions behind – you’ll leave your need to voice your opinions behind. You will still have preferences, favorites and things you choose to avoid. You need nothing yet everything is available. Yes, it’s all changing around you as you change – a confusing and perhaps crazy time. This is not a time to despair; it’s a time to rejoice! You are taking the reigns of your life and steering – heading for deeper levels, more freedom, love, joy and abundance in all things. You are bringing yourself to the place of your dreams, literally, and doing so with a full complement of YOU. None of you gets left behind. Your loves, your favorite slippers and your gorgeous physical self is flying into this deeper complexity, as ONE. Relax and enjoy this ride. You are gathering all of you together so when the time comes you can take off! We are growing our wings. It is almost time to fly. With divine perfection and pin point accuracy we are right where we need to be. If it occurs to you to take that job offer or buy that jacket – do it! We are not leaving ourselves behind, that is the point. All of us will arrive as ONE; a singular, multi-faceted, brilliant particle of creation. These months and years of contemplating our divinity and our truth are coming to fruition right now. We are about to experience our own unfolding. It promises to be exquisite. Love every single moment your life shows you today, and rejoice! You are the ONE you’ve been waiting for!  Welcome to the Love Quest, which this month coincides with “The Day Of Decision”. This was not planned consciously, yet there are no accidents. It’s time to decide. Agape is a fearless act. Are you up for it? It demands honesty, bravery and belief. In order to love ourselves we must first be aware of whom it is we are loving. The blindfolds are off, the shields are down; ego does not need protection from agape. What we need is acceptance. The only word is “yes”; it answers every protest. “Can I love myself knowing all I’ve done?” “Can I love myself even when I’m angry?” “Can I love myself after I screwed up?” “Can I love all of my human faults?” “Can I trust myself?” “Can I fearlessly scrutinize my body and love all my parts?” “Can I let go of self-blame?” “Can I stop all this judgment?” “Really?” On the face of it, love seems an easy choice. Would I rather be happy and uplifted or frustrated and miserable? Within us, is from where our happiness springs, and the only thing that’ll lift us up permanently. Love is not found “out there” and does not originate anywhere but your own heart. Your loves are reflections of your deepest beliefs about you. Although intellectually the choice is an easy one – our childlike tendency to be thrilled with ourselves has been eroded. Our elders and our society have taught us guilt and judgment and we’ve learned well. This is not truth. We are on a Quest for truth and it must be taken alone. No one but you knows the depths of your self loathing or the images that you fear. It is time now to see clearly. These ideas have not served you. In this year of Revelation we are beginning to see the manipulation and control that was our life. As facts are uncovered and the plans are exposed, we are empowered. We’ve been lied to by every institution we believed in; religion, government, financial, health and education. The time now is not for blame or regret. It is time to rebuild; the moment to love has arrived. Unconditional and fearless agape is what will empower us to demand truth and transparency from each other. For we are worth it. One such as you is a gift to all of mankind. Your arrival was planned and celebrated by all of creation. This moment now is about the realization of your worth; the acceptance of your divinity. We are One. Source energy, God, the Creator or whatever term works for you had a brilliant plan. The success of that plan depends on you. Your part is simply told – you are here to love fearlessly. In doing so, the realization of Oneness is achieved; we will all walk in Paradise.
It is an honor to walk by your side. Our Quest continues for 6 more days, thank you for showing up! We’ve been expecting you. You are the One we’ve been waiting for. Much love. See you tomorrow, Sophia  The choice has been made. There is no longer a wondering. I know. Things like “Why?” and “How?” just aren’t there. Doubt is gone. I am here. I am. There’s no question of success or judgment.
I woke up today, as I do most every day lately, not feeling slept out. The hours asleep seem to have no effect on the outcome; they could be 4 or 10. There is this feeling of “being pulled through a knot hole” that I wake up with each morning. Yet it’s okay today. Not a problem. I know it’ll be all right. Abundance, health and success are assured. I have no doubts. In 3D terms, what’s right before my eyes is not pretty. Yet my focus is not there. It’s not that it doesn’t matter; it’s that it’s not real. The difference is subtle. “Back in the day” my financial, physical and emotional state was how I defined my life. If things were good on those fronts, then I was too. Today those parts of my life are hanging by a thread – yet I’m okay. They are not who I am. I know that now. I have always known this intellectually, and even felt it at times. This morning I am aware on a visceral level of my truth. We are not our circumstances. We are source material, walking around in human suits. You are not defined by your life. Your life is an expression of what you’ve chosen to experience. You are free to choose fear, illness, poverty, joy, vitality or abundance. As soon as you release one you can check out another. All are potential expressions of the One. You are an expression of the One, holding every potential. It’s all here for you. The colors you are seeing right now are just your current favorites. Your palette has every shade. They can be mixed more than 7 billion ways. We are here to paint a world as she embodies new form. How she looks depends on her perspective and our belief. Believe in her beauty and as you walk on her today your reflection will embody that truth. It comes every moment to our perception. We are holding the brushes in hand, artists in the midst of creation. This is our masterpiece. Take your brush and apply love liberally. Every facet of this piece is waiting for your touch. You know exactly what is needed and are focused right now on the part most in need of your expert hand. It is love – your unique brand of divinity – that will complete this work. May as well begin today! You are the One we’ve been waiting for.  Today we are on the second half of our Quest for Agape. As we proceed, we’ll encounter lots of “Stitch’s”. In the movie, “Lilo and Stitch”, Lilo was consistent about one thing – love. The object of her affection was a destructive, mono-syllabic weird looking alien. There was nothing warm and fuzzy about this pet. Lilo decides he’s family and will not leave him behind; an extreme example of unconditional love.
Lilo could not know the motivation of Stitch, yet she identified with him as another lost soul, lashing out at a world he didn’t understand and that couldn’t understand him. We are all Stitch to some degree. There are no exceptions. We are here for reasons we don’t fully recall, trying to fit in, do the right thing, find some love and happiness. We came to this life because we have an incredible opportunity. We are going to experience in one lifetime both extremes – polarity and unity. We will advance while physical, and the intensity of that experience is what we came for. Comparatively few beings signed on for this – being human is hard. Yet you did, confident you could pull it off. A shift of such magnitude that it’s been heralded “The Shift of the Ages” is what you agreed to conduct. You are not watching this happen, you are making it happen. In the home stretch now, you are looking around wondering how you’ll ever cross the finish line. You may also be contemplating what the prize is. First – the how – without judgment. Every circumstance, each mistake, every outburst or criticism or atrocity witnessed you’ll view without blame, accusation or fault finding. There is a difference between seeing clearly the person responsible for an action and hating him or her for it. The first demands clarity of vision while the second incorporates duality. Agape does not mean that suddenly all behavior is allowed to go on and that it is okay with you. In a world such as ours, which has been deeply enslaved in density and polarity, the complete change to “service to others” will take awhile. Many here will remain in the “service to self” modality for a bit. Our challenge is what to do when they impact our life. First, love. All are equal here. We are One. Hatred and punishment is not necessary, while removal and re-education most definitely applies. In our personal relationships, the option for re-education may not be there, yet we can always step away. “Service to Others” does not mean NOT service to you, it includes you. You are all others, they are mere reflections of the One that you are. This is where our Quest began and where it must go. Love that man or woman in the mirror. All actions, thoughts, and words support her; everything he does begins with acceptance. You are okay. You are more than okay, you are a champion. The prize is bliss. Absolute joy ensues when you see only love. Regardless of what your focus is, you are witnessing the workings of God. This is possible with agape. Loving the One that we are yields astonishing happiness. No longer are you wasting your moments in judgment or pain. You will stand in the truth of your divinity and establish a firm ground of love. All who enter will be encased in the radiance of Agape. No mistakes. No exceptions. This is where we are headed. It is what we came for. This prize cannot be measured in terms of earthly wealth, it is priceless. We are the One we are waiting for. Thank you. I love you so very much and this Quest is a gift. See you tomorrow, ~Sophia  ~ Re-post from 4.20.2012 when it was called "Paradise" ~ Someone reminded me of this one, catching and sort of re-working one of the lines. I like it ~ "Thrive anywhere. Regardless of product used, money spent or effort given, the battle seems won by the weed." So, thank you for the reminder! This is what we are meant to do. We are meant to "Thrive Anywhere". ~~~~~ A field of yellow catches my eye and I turn to enjoy the view. This little patch of dirt, squished between cement sidewalk and highway, is awash with color on this rainy spring morning. I am surprised. I drive by here every day and have never noticed. A closer look offers an answer, these are weeds. Relentless and persistent, dandelions thrive anywhere. Regardless of product used, money spent or effort given, the battle seems won by the weed. A dear friend of mine loves them and looks forward to their emergence. It does seem to be merely a preference instead of a fact that dandelions are an eyesore. You’d be hard pressed to tell the difference from a distance between a field of daffodils and a field of dandelions. One you plant, the other you pull. We have in our midst many “weeds” that are about to be pulled. They must be. Like the plant, once they gain strength in an area they choke out all other life. All resources support them. Nothing else can thrive. It is the way weeds work, in human and plant form. They know nothing else but to infiltrate and dominate. “Weeds” are not less than the rest of us. They are not supportive however and it is time to get rid of them. We can no longer thrive with them in our midst. The movie bearing that name illustrates what has been happening. This is what we are doing as a race. We are removing those that would take over and destroy the rest. It is necessary in order to continue. Hating the dandelion or getting angry at it is not productive. A clean removal of the entire plant must be accomplished. We have discovered the root and we are digging it out. We want a field of different flowers now. We want to plant them ourselves rather than being overrun. We are wildflowers, every one. We are looking now for fertile ground. Whether we find it or not depends on how we get rid of the weeds. The normal stuff isn’t working. It is time for a new plan. Twice I’ve removed persistent, giant, deeply rooted weeds. The first time I hated that weed. It had destroyed parts of my fence and numerous, expensive ornamentals that I had carefully planted. I dumped a quart of gasoline on it – in the process killing not just the weed, but everything else. It’s been years and still nothing grows there. The weed is gone, but at the expense of all life. The second weed was more of a small, ugly, relentless bush. We wrapped a chain around it and a truck pulled it out. It took effort, a group of us, planning and precision. It was taken out, roots and all, and has never returned. Flowers grow beautifully in its place. We are seeing the depths of the roots of our human “weeds”. They need to be removed, not destroyed. Respect for all of life demands that each action benefit the whole. Once these weeds are gone, we are going to need fertile ground. We are gardeners, not weed killers. Once a dandelion is removed at the root, you only need to drop it on the nearby soil, exposing the root. It can no longer grow and will naturally decompose, nourishing the ground beneath. We are being called now to proceed with wisdom to activate the love that we are. It is this love that supports all of life. We are seven billion and more powerful than the weeds. They have no choice but to yield to our decision. All of life flourishes when love dictates each movement. You have come to show the way. These “weeds” in our midst understand only dominance; divide and conquer. They require removal if really aggressive and re-education. Proceed with love. Hatred is a fruitless enterprise. Growth is paramount. Collaboration for mutual benefit is what we are here to do. You have come now to energize us all with your love and your light – to nourish this beautiful home called earth. Love in every moment. This is how we get to Paradise. We are the ones we are waiting for.  Our greatest and darkest moments are now readily available. It is a time of choosing. We are entering a period when all will be laid before us. The best of us. The not so stellar.
Assistance is available within. We know when a thought, word or action does not coincide with the opinion of our greater self, by how we feel when it shows up. If it feels bad then it is not in concert with your plan before you got here. It is simple to recognize yet not easy to analyze. Last night I received what I perceived to be a direct attack. I felt it immediately. Heat ran through my body and fear showed up; sandwiched between anger and blame. It was sort of shocking. I’ve spent most of the last twelve hours wrestling with it. I’m okay now, and I know what happened. The words in the attack did not cause the emotion. It was my immediate thoughts/reactions that brought it on. They went like this: “This is wrong!” “I must not be wanted.” “I should stop all this blogging.” “They don’t know what they are talking about.” These very human feelings are merely knee-jerk and reactive. They do not embody love or unity. They are in fact divisive and very 3 dimensional. They are not where I choose to stay. I choose to be inclusive, in a place where nothing is taken personally. In fact, words spoken by any of us are merely us talking to ourselves. Nothing is personal. I yell at my kids because I’m having a bad day. I react to a verbal attack because I am feeling insecure. This may not make me enjoy the behavior of my children or the words of my “attacker” any more, but it sure tells me what I can do to change it. I can love myself. Its okay that I lashed out, this is earth. I am not defined solely by my reactions. I am love. As a being of light it is my intent to express my unique signature wherever I am. That’s what we are doing here. Source is experiencing itself through every thought, word and deed. That makes all actions okay. None are “wrong”. There is a push now to recognize which choice coincides with our core truth and which veers from it. This is an internal push. Although I can’t speak for everyone, I suspect it is universal. We are searching for our inner voice. Once discovered, we only need to pay attention. As we are challenged with conflict and upset, this could feel really bad. Once we recognize the feeling we can use it as a directional arrow – don’t go there. What feels good does so because in that moment you are expressing truth. You are loving yourself without reservation. Regardless of what brings it on, remember how it feels. It is a statement of your divine truth. It is the whispering of Agape. When you hear it, you remember who you are. You are the one you’ve been waiting for.  Today begins our Love Quest. Welcome to our Quest for Agape. I am so grateful to be here again. This time we will explore deeply the truth of our connection – oneness. For as One, we are beginning to appreciate just what that actually means. Agape takes on a whole other “dimension” when you understand that the One you unconditionally love – is us. I was recently asked, “What is a Love Quest?” Those of us who have been here since they began (a year and a half ago) will remember that we started by loving ourselves in our bathroom mirrors. These Quests are the ultimate journey to truth, the path to Ascension. Ascension is a rising up to a faster vibration. The hallmark of this place we are moving to is love. We are not truly going anywhere. We are becoming that which we are. We are love. When you understand deeply this truth, you find something that may surprise you. It is okay to love yourself. In fact, it is necessary. For what is held in your head about this being that is you, will radiate out to become your entire world. This life that is yours is a projection of whatever it is you believe. What you believe, you perceive. Believe in yourself. You chose and were chosen to be here today. You are the Master, it is not necessary to seek truth in another, you only need remember. You are love. A God particle shot from Source, here to love in the darkest place in the universe. Earth has been your home not as punishment or because we are lesser beings, but because we are brilliant lights. Only one such as you could handle this dimension. Only light such as yours is brilliant enough to sustain itself while immersed in ideologies of war, greed, subservience, slavery, illness and pain. Not only have you maintained – you have become a beacon of light and altered the course of humanity. Our favorite movies are those in which the odds are clearly stacked against the lead character and he or she triumphs anyway. This is because we’ve been watching our future, writing our own story, and remembering why we are here. Every thought, word, and deed, whether self or other directed is a line in the script. We know this truth today. It is time to write each line with one focus – love. This is why you are here. Intend only love. Your power is unmatched. We are surrounded with off world beings not to help us so much as to watch us! We are transforming ourselves and the planet on which our feet are parked, with not more than our faith to go on. Our inner promptings have led us here, to a place of choice. In the sharp contrasts we encounter each day, we see clearly the options; to see ourselves as separate and judge or to see ourselves as One and love. What you do, think, and feel in each moment becomes your life. Love yourself. Give yourself a gift today. Begin this Quest with immersion in adoration. Take a walk, a few extra moments and honor the One that is you. He is beautiful beyond description. She is powerful beyond measure. You are the Master of the Universe. Uni-Verse. One Verse. One Song. Us. There is no other here to sing this song. It is you. You are the one you’ve been waiting for. See you tomorrow, Sophia  Listen for the answer. Look for the idea. Pay attention. All around you, your answers lie. There is no mystery without its solution, no problem unsolvable. You are here to experience life and that is just what you are doing. Every moment you are faced with this question of emergence. The answer is given in your response – will you react and retreat in fear? – will you respond and act with love? Always the choice is yours to make.
Most of us have retreated internally, hidden in worry and preoccupation while life swirls around us with exit doors wide open. Today I hear the gulls cry, calling me to places far from this suburban deck. I see the boats and buoys; hear the waves slap against the hull. I grew up on the water. Our memories are associative and although today’s gulls cry above a little nearby lake, for me they call from the ocean. We learn gradually, repetition eventually becomes truth. Awake now, we can consciously choose what it is we wish to repeat. New information is streaming forth in a flood, along with a new vocabulary (LIBOR). We are light workers. It is up to us to bring light to the new without judgment. Refrain from dismissing what is initially uncomfortable. Look at everything. This change will bring the unexpected. There is a joke that goes something like this. A man near death prayed for a miracle. His faith kicked in and he expected to be saved. While he was waiting, he turned away procedures, medicine and doctors, claiming they weren’t necessary because God was going to heal him. He died. When he got up to Heaven and finally spoke to God, he asked what happened. God said “I sent you the finest medical procedures, medicines and doctors and you refused every one of them! What were you thinking?” Our answers don’t always come in the neat little packages we’ve imagined. This shift will be understood and experienced seamlessly, gradually and perfectly. Each of the current players and dramas are getting us used to a new way of thinking. They are steps on the path to awakening. You may not like the route they offer. That’s okay, some will. As you notice each stepping stone you are building memories with which to associate. You are learning. You will need them in order to process this shift successfully. It’s our polarized way of looking at things that creates judgment. You are a light worker, here to shine your light on it all. Listen, consider, observe and continue to shine. You work for the light. You recognize the spark within each facet of life. Your heart beats with constant love. Listen. The answer for you is right here. It may sound strange and feel a bit unsettling, but trust what calls you. We have come as One to complete these “end times”. When we act with love, rather than react with fear, we do so beautifully and powerfully. There are none who will do this for us. It is up to us. Pay attention. Use your wisdom and brilliance to illuminate the path. As it shines for all to see, we will emerge as One Force; Divine Love. This is what you’ve come to do. We are the ones we are waiting for. |
