There is a tension in the air. It comes from each life form participating. It has always been here and we have experienced it as polarity – there were things we didn’t like or approve of and things we did like and approve of. These things include people, products, government systems and activities. These ideas of like and dislike provide a focus for duality. Positive energy was focused in one direction while negative energy was focused in another.
This is how we have always lived. Oh, there are some of us who seem to love everyone and like everything, but we have tended to label these of us either mentally disabled or saints. Again, polarity.
We are moving out of polarity and into unity. The energy we have directed in either loving or hating is actually not gone. It is not showing up the same way, it is changing, as we are. Energy is vibration and as it still exists, we feel it. This is the “tension in the air”.
Where previously we would have expended it in anger or blame or judgment, we are allowing it to be. We are not expressing with the same degree of conviction and there is residual stuff. We have not yet decided how to feel, what to share, who to be, what to say. We are unsure. Things feel different, not just around us but within us.
This provides us with a backdrop of available, yet undirected energy; tension. We are reaching a point of decision. Each of us and all of us. In every moment and each situation we are choosing what to feel and then what to do.
It used to be easier; blame the other guy or the government, beep you horn, yell, feel sorry for yourself. Today, although those things still happen, it is not with the same enthusiasm. We have an inkling its not the same and the blame is not as satisfying.
As we walk into oneness it will not be comfortable. It’s like putting on a new pair of shoes, we have to break them in, soften up the edges a bit. Then, our feet are not fighting so much with the shape of the shoe – we are walking comfortably.
This shift is a movement, a progression and energy is expended. We will move with all of our passions and emotions firmly intact, yet they will look different.
We are deciding who to be, on purpose. Unity does not mean we are all the same. It means we spring from the same source and are made of the same stuff.
As I come to understand that we are one, I see that we are like fingers on the same hand. I will not blame the thumb when the hand drops the glass, shattering it. I will see it as an action taken by the body. There is no individual blame, there has been an action and now the body must collaborate to fix what happened.
So, what to do with this undefined tension we are feeling? See it as pure potential and remain focused on where you want to direct it. As we define ourselves our world is constructed. See yourself as who you want to be – abundant, vital, compassionate, strong, loving, creative, joyful, kind. Our dictionaries do not hold enough words for one such as you. These few only begin the very long list of who you are. You, a magnificent being of light, are limitless and exist with never ending possibility.
The tension we feel is not cause for anxiety, but for joy! We are deep within a moment of self-realization. Right now. Take this energy and adjust it accordingly and with intent. Rest when the need arises. Dance when the spirit moves. Stay the course.
You are love and love surrounds you. It has sometimes been cleverly disguised but you know better now. It’s all love.
Love is pouring from the universe and directing itself at you. This is the moment you have waited for. Grab it, love it and send it back out there, it will increase tenfold!
You are the one you are waiting for.
